Great service the driver through worker kept us entertained while we waiting for our big order

Ran out of lettuce in the middle of the day, dr pepper is flat, always forget your drink cup, they give you the wrong order 90% of the time. This place sucks the bend one is better read more

Corporate needs to shut this place down or find better management. Speed of service is absolutely horrible. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen. There's probably six people on shift but you would never guess with how slow you get your food. A dine in restaurant has faster ticket times. I should know, I work in one. read more

One of the worse places in Redmond Oregon. Employees need help , maybe overworked or something? But they are absolute jack asses to people. I have seen them berate DoorDash drivers when they have 2 orders. They straight up refuse to let a driver take 2 orders . What they are totally clueless to is that we are all trying to deliver tacos to paying customers. Door Dash drivers come to Taco bell , because Taco Bell tells them to, and then Redmond Taco Bell assholes act like they are being put out when a drive shows up to deliver two order orders. We pay your wages your fucktards!!! How your think you get your money?? Door Dash customers pay big bucks for your half ass tacos and you gang up on Door Dash drivers ??? Get a clue. I hope this Taco Bell fails and let the awesome local food trucks thrive. read more

The wife and I were in town visiting and stopped by hoping for a quick, easy dinner after a long day. It took 45 minute for us to finally get our food. During the almost 15 minutes alone I was at the drive through window, they mixed up my order and tried giving me someone else's and I got a snarky attitude from the employee when I said it wasn't mine like it was my fault, my wife's Baja blast was practically water with little to no flavor, when we finally got our actual order (which was practically tossed at us) they shut the window on us without a word or "have a good night" or anything, and our food was some of the worst quality I've had. I understand it's a fast food restaurant, but I wish our experience was better. I don't recommend this location in the slightest. read more

this place rocks!! we got there a few minutes before it closed, after picking up our daughter from the airport. the guy that took our order was awesome! theres more to the story but this will do for now!! read more

Every single worker here should be fired. Slowest service I have ever seen in my entire life. We waited for over an hour for 1 cravings pack. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Customer service, speed and efficiency is the absolute worst.

this taco bell was rather interesting. upon entering this Taco Bell I encountered an employee doing burpees on the sidewalk still in his gloves. I would like to also add they were out of mild sauce, which felt rather diabolical. Some other customers in this not so fine establishment reeked of way too much cologne. I don't know what taco bell's acceptance rate is but it's too high. read more

THE WORST TACO BELL ON PLANET EARTH. Horrible employees (but I see why they work at Taco Bell)... As for ambiance how can there be ambiance when they never unlock their doors and force people to sit in a drive-thru line that takes 45 minutes to get through? (Another testament to their lack of good staffing). Just close this location. read more

The have the worst service ever and the food is not clean and the are employees walking around and not making the food you have to wait for ever i made complain to there general manager he also don't care about it Nothing is good about that taco bell i decided i will never go to any taco bell anymore read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Redmond, Oregon

Worth it to drive to a Bend Taco Bell because this one is so bad, slowest service on planet earth.

This Taco Bell really needs to figure it out. I don't know who owns it, but you really need to figure it out or hire more employees honestly. I love Taco Bell but the Taco Bell in Redmond is absolute crap. I can't believe they're still open honestly. I could go to a sitdown restaurant and get my food and pay before I get my Taco Bell order... i'm sorry I hate to leave bad reviews, but it's just ridiculous. read more

nasty ahh food bro. This shi was so diabolical, after the first bite i felt the discomfort of soggy rice in my mouth. The wait was over 20 minutes for 3 bean and cheese burritos. Never in my life have i eaten at a taco bell this bad. Terrible customer service. Terrible food prep and obviously dont wanna work here. Never again, this place is dogshit read more

I would give 0 stars for this location. been waiting 45 minutes and not one person has received their orders at all! staff didn't talk to anyone at all about why it was taking so long. there was no line and now 20 people are standing in the lobby waiting. garbage. don't bother. read more

Sosososo slow, food is messed up EVERYTIME. Every time I get to the window after waiting a hour there is a group of teenagers in a circle laughing while I sit there for another 15 minutes, and after waiting that long it ALWAYS seems to be cold. read more

Hours on Yelp show 4 PM. Google says 10 PM and their door says midnight or later. We chanced it and showed up at 10 minutes until 8 PM which apparently is the ACTUAL close time. They locked the doors as we were walking up and yelled "CLOSED" at us. Judging by the other reviews - it's probably a good thing we didn't eat here. We ended up going to the Mexican restaurant next door and enjoying a great meal. read more

Really good food good quality too also nice people there too fast drive thru asked me for condemints

Lobby is randomly closed du to short staff but the app accepted my order just fine. Calling the store was useless the said I had to use the app for a refund. I get a message an hour later that my order is ready. So which was it? You didn't have my order or yall don't care and lied. Can't walk through the drive thru so I wasted my time. Next time I'll just spend more and go to chipotle or any of the half dozen Mexican restaurants in town. read more

Order soft taco no lettuce and i git a supreme! plus I order a dorito taco no lettuce and it had lettuce, like bruh its not that hard to read ‍‍ read more

If you like waiting 2 hours for your food, this is the place for you! Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

If I could be 0 stars I would. Customer service was awful. Had a hour wait for 1 beef burrito and 2 soft tacos. I understand that rushes happen but a hour long wait for 3 small items is ridiculous. I ended up leaving after an hour long wait. Didn't get the food I ordered. read more

Horrible service took me an hour to get something I ordered through the app 30 minutes prior to getting there. I got a refund but I still will never get that time back that I waited. Also they always get you food wrong nothing is ever right something is always missing horrible service there needs to be a health inspector check there it always smells nasty. read more

I see all the employees working hard as short staffed as they have been. I also see the rude door dash people coming in and making there jobs so much harder. I give these employees 5 stars for their level of patience with them as they can be . As a customer i find the staff friendly and kind and always helpful. read more

0/5 this place is a joke amazed its still up ordered my food online and when I got there maybe 10 minutes later it wasn't ready I waited 20 and then asked they said it was stolen twice and they wouldn't make it again so I was out of luck. The place is a joke read more

Don't accept online orders for pickup if your store is closed. Nobody wants to wait an hour to get a burrito. When I get there they won't cancel my order after I called and couldn't cancel on the app. They said it wasn't made why can't you cancel it. I'm through with app orders, being held hostage to wait in this slow drive thru to pick up an online oder. Cause I can't cancel my order. Slowest and stupidest taco bell I've ever been too. Why close the store to online orders you don't even take orders inside anymore. Close the kiosks and let people come in for there food. Including doordash order pickups like very other taco bell does. read more

Very bad customer service! The told us "we're going to have to wait, sucks to suck" honesty they should close this place down. Not even worth the wait. read more

I am in disbelief with the Taco Bell here in Redmond. The wait time in the drive thru is one thing, but for me it's the lack of attention that they have when it comes to adding extras and getting the orders right. I couldn't tell you how many times I've paid for extras on my orders only to never get them. A complete disregard for people and their money. I don't know if it's because they don't care, don't know how to read/follow instructions, they don't want to work or a combination of the three. This location is fuckin trash and it's because of the people who work and manage this location. read more

Thumbs up for being super modern and having so many outlets. That was awesome! Thumbs down because I get green sauce everytime I go to Taco Bell. I have been to maaaaany Taco Bell's and have never been charged for green sauce. This specific location charges .50 for a side which was weird but whatever. I ordered two. Well on top of having to pay for them, they put sooooo little in. Usually I get two for free and they're filled up, but these were basically empty and they charged for them. Also they charge to add onions to your food which also never costs anything at any other t Bell. Weird. Food was okay though and they give mints which is nice. read more

I wanted to order a number 8 large with a Baja dream freeze and I added another freeze at the window (I told them to add another of the same freeze) I didn't realize until driving off my girlfriend noted they weren't the dream freeze they were the regular freeze so whatever we barely drank any I took them back and the same girl that took my order tried telling me I didn't say dream freeze? I proceeded to tell her I definitely did and must've been mixed up because I was making sure my drink was a freeze by confirming it was changed from a fountain drink at the drive thru speaker but my mistake Is didn't mention AGAIN that it was a dream freeze i shorted it and said "that was made into a freeze right" referring to the fountain drink being changed to a dream freeze but when I came back I didn't understand her trying to tell me I didn't say something which I certainly did, even my girlfriend heard me say it at the speaker and the drinks are literally the same price? Just give me the other drink I wanted I even brought the drinks back to prove we barely drank any it was 3 sips gone at most and I offered to throw them away which I had every right to just keep them since places can't take products back, she then gained a attitude but did what she's supposed to and gave me the dream freezes, with little to say. Not very impressed by this customer service since I work in the food industry and I have to deal with confused customers (I work at a brewery) all the time in which I definitely treat them differently and proceed to give them what they wanted. Can't say I expect much from this place the people there are typically young and this Taco Bell has had problems for awhile I've had plenty of issues here and sadly it's the only one in town the ones in Bend aren't the same not a lot of places cheap in price with corn tortillas for my girlfriend who's gluten free to top it all off the tacos were half filled with little meat Ives never see a taco bro filled completely with topping half the taco was missing and it was on all three I went to this taco bell at 3:40-4:20 who even was working the cashier window needs to consider there customer service a bit more read more

First off I absolutely love taco bell, but every single time I come to the Redmond taco bell it's a absolute nightmare! Extremely slow service the people working there just don't seem to care that people are waiting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes! And then the last time I was there I had to come in and get my food because apparently something just broke at the doctor window.... Complete joke! read more

Food was disappointing and overpriced. Won't be going back. Service was slow as well.

Shut this Taco Bell down. 3people will need to find new jobs & it won't aggravate the entire town when business hours aren't followed & product sucks. read more

Do not go here! I ordered on the app to pick up inside the store. Got there and all the doors were locked. Knocked on the doors and the employees working there just sat and looked at me. There were 15 cars in the drive thru and in the 20 minutes that I sat in that line, 2 cars were served! If you close your dining room and still can't attend to the drive thru in a timely manner, you have problems! If you are the owner of this establishment, please consider selling it to someone who actually wants to operate a business!! And I don't want to hear about being "short-staffed", I saw 6 people behind the counter! read more

Food was ok once we finally got it. They don't take your order so we had to figure out how to order from the stupid kiosk. I usually walk out if the places that don't take your order with a human. But we were traveling. Well they were so slow to process our order that we wasted over an hour just trying to get a quick meal on the go. Won't do that again! If Taco Bell won't supply a human at the register we will continue to walk out and not go back again! read more

This Taco Bell is super slow and has limited hours, which means I don't eat here very often. Today as expected it was slow but not too horrible. I made the mistake of ordering the steak grilled cheese burrito. It was too cheesy and had barely any steak, it was mostly cheese and rice it looked like a mushy gross mess. I hated it - not worth the over five bucks it cost. read more

Apparently they seem to choose their hours and they are not open as much as it says on the website.

please, DO NOT COME TO THIS TACOBELL! first it will take you 40-1hr to get the food, second off they will 98% get your order wrong. When you go to get it fixed it will take you a good 20-30 mins. When me and my husband went through we asked for a customized box, we ended up getting the car behind us food (about 30 tacos i sh*t you not) it felt wrong to take it and we were craving what me bought, so we just brought it back in. there was at least 15 people inside waiting for there food, everyone was upset and no one was at the front. Finally we spoke up and it took them 20+ mins to make our box (3items). They ended up throwing the 30tacos away, and still messed up our order. honestly they ether one need to shut it down or just completely restart, this place is absolutely horrendous ‍ read more

Wow! What a disappointment! Thought it was a good idea for supper but I saw a line in the drive thru so went inside. Taco Bell - Waiting! - Fast Food Near Me - Redmond, Oregon

I ordered a potato burrito, they gave me a bacon burrito. No big deal, it happens, I drove all the way back and told them my order was wrong and asked again for a potato burrito. They were very nice and remade it. It was another bacon burrito, and at this point I have run out of time. Not trying to be rude to anyone but getting an order wrong twice after someone has specifically pointed out the issue is pretty frustrating. read more
