this taco bell was rather interesting. upon entering this Taco Bell I encountered an employee doing burpees on the sidewalk still in his gloves. I would like to also add they were out of mild sauce, which felt rather diabolical. Some other customers in this not so fine establishment reeked of way too much cologne. Hours on Yelp show 4 PM. Google says 10 PM and their door says midnight or later. We chanced it and showed up at 10 minutes until 8 PM which apparently is the ACTUAL close time. Don't accept online orders for pickup if your store is closed. Nobody wants to wait an hour to get a burrito. When I get there they won't cancel my order after I called and couldn't cancel on the app. They said it wasn't made why can't you cancel it. The wait time in the drive thru is one thing, but for me it's the lack of attention that they have when it comes to adding extras and getting the orders right. I wanted to order a number 8 large with a Baja dream freeze and I added another freeze at the window (I told them to add another of the same freeze) I didn't realize until driving off my girlfriend noted they weren't the dream freeze they were the regular freeze so whatever we barely drank any I took them back and the same girl that took my order tried telling me I didn't say dream freeze? I proceeded to tell her I definitely did and must've been mixed up because I was making sure my drink was a freeze by confirming it was changed from a fountain drink at the drive thru speaker but my mistake Is didn't mention AGAIN that it was a dream freeze i shorted it and said "that was made into a freeze right" referring to the fountain drink being changed to a dream freeze but when I came back I didn't understand her trying to tell me I didn't say something which I certainly did, even my girlfriend heard me say it at the speaker and the drinks are literally the same price? Just give me the other drink I wanted I even brought the drinks back to prove we barely drank any it was 3 sips gone at most and I offered to throw them away which I had every right to just keep them since places can't take products back, she then gained a attitude but did what she's supposed to and gave me the dream freezes,with little to say. Not very impressed by this customer service since I work in the food industry and I have to deal with confused customers (I work at a brewery) all the time in which I definitely treat them differently and proceed to give them what they wanted. I have been to maaaaany Taco Bell's and have never been charged for green sauce. This specific location charges .50 for a side which was weird but whatever. I ordered two. Well on top of having to pay for them, they put sooooo little in. Usually I get two for free and they're filled up, but these were basically empty and they charged for them. What is going on with this Taco Bell?!?! It was supposed to finally be open from 12-6pm on Saturday. We got in the drive thru line, which seemed to be moving when we got there. Then it came to a complete halt and we sat there behind only a single vehicle for 20-25 minutes with no sign of movement. As we left, we could see that the window was closed up. People are moving around in there even though the lobby is closed. This location used to be the busiest Taco Bell we had ever seen. Now it is only open about half the time.
