Whenever in the area we come here to get tacos. There was a new truck that looked delicious. We ordered up the al pastor taco special and the quesabirria taco plate. The tortillas on the burrito plate we homemade and amazing. The service was fast friendly and amazing. This will be out go to everytime we're in the area

This was probably the best fish taco I've ever had. Moist and grilled to perfection. Crisp cabbage and a zesty sauce. I got the medium salsa on the side, delish. Came with beans and rice. Cart is stationed at the Vault, Kobalt brewing. Great outside area with plenty of seating in the sun or shade, whatever is your jam. Cart staff were helpful and friendly. Service was fast with piping hot food. I will definitely be back to try the other offerings!

Wow, that caught me completely off guard. The food was yummy, fast and honestly well priced. The ambience was great, it is a tap house/food truck location. The quesabirria seems pricey but honestly is totally worth it. The torta is a more affordable option that is also super yummy, I would order light mayo next time though.

This place was sooooo good! It's a must-stop! I ordered the quesabirrias and my husband got the carne asada burrito. They even have "kids meals" that my daughter was able to eat. When I say this food hit the spot, that's an understatement. This is hands-down the best quesabirrias I've ever had. The meat was perfectly flavored and cooked and all the veggies were perfectly fresh. The servers were also very friendly and the food came out quickly. Definitely coming again next time we're in Redmond.

Delicious food!!! Hand made tortillas were amazing....good portions as well, with the price of grocerys to make this food I think they are reasonable priced. I was super excited to try this place. I was in town for work and found this food truck downtown in-between two buildings. The menu had a nice variety and the location offered seating on-site. When I went to the window I was greeted by a lady that was all business and skipped pleasantries. A little off putting but that's just me. I ordered 3 Carne Asada tacos with hot sauce as I was starving! It said these were double corn so I was thinking they would be a decent size. What I got instead were 4" tortillas that were two bites each for $5.00 each. In the photo you can see the hot sauce container takes up half a taco and I can hold the taco with three fingers lol. Now, I will say, these tasted amazing! They were fresh, perfectly seasoned, had a nice char, and the hot sauce was incredible! With the squeeze of lime, delicious. Unfortunately, these werent filling and I had to go somewhere else to grab more food before my flight. read more

Wow! We happened upon this little food truck tucked behind a brewery and what a find! I had the best carnitas quesadilla I have ever had. There was so much meat I could only eat half of it and the leftovers the next day were just as good. Highly recommend when in Redmond! read more

To be honest, I don't miss Westside at all. These guys have better food and service. True Mexican food cart. Popusa are my favorite If you prefer tacos don't skimp. Go with the hand made tortillas. And always the pickled cabbage. No pics because I scarfed my food yet again. read more

This place was sooooo good! It's a must-stop! I ordered the quesabirrias and my husband got the carne asada burrito. They even have "kids meals" that my daughter was able to eat. Basilio and Claudia are the best! And their food matches!!! The meat used for the carne asada is top grade, no match found yet. The Al Pastor is also excellent. The wifey loves the vegetarian tacos, best she ever had. And the hand made tortillas...to die for.
