Five star, best customer service hands down. There are a few pho places in Spokane but this one seems to be one of the very few that had dine in. My fam and I stopped here while on our road trip since we were hungry. Customer service was beyond excellent. The food was so amazing. Favorite pho spot in town, to each his own but I've tried all the best local spots in Spokane, I keep ending up here! I have only had an issue once here and the waitress apologized for the wait and was very earnest with her situation (someone called out sick). Each time I've been in I get fast, friendly service and anytime I've gotten an order to go there has never been an issue. Best Pho broth I have had in forever. Seriously, didn't add anything except a squirt of lime and I usually would add hoisin and hot sauce. So delicious and nourishing. The Pho here always warms my soul and the noodles, are so so yummy. Pho Thinh is on Division right across from World Market and it's easy access from the center turn lane. We have the Beef Pho which includes delicious broth and the Thai basil on the side is super fresh. The main two people I usually see working there are so friendly and hard working. If you're on the North Side and are craving some Pho, this is a solid spot. read more

Vegetarian review: I had the vegan pho. The vegan pho broth is bland. However, the pho was served with tofu, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, and onion, and those vegetables and protein were greatly appreciated, though. There are an assortment of hoisin and chili sauces to flavor the broth, but if you accidentally get the ratio of those wrong, the dish is wrong and can't be fixed. However, I also had the tofu fresh rolls as an appetizer, and they were really delicious! The service was really friendly and quick. I'll try this location again in the hopes I can luck out with the broth, but if it doesn't work out, I'll just cut this place as a loss. read more

Extremely disappointed with our visit. First issue, server came to the table to take our order while still chewing on his own food, just smacking away. We ordered 3 waters, 2 orders of spring rolls, 1 order of egg rolls, and 1 order of fried wontons. We received 2 waters, 1 order of spring rolls, and 1 order of egg rolls. The order of spring rolls was dropped off by another person and that was the last we saw of our server at our table. He never came back with a receipt, to ask how things were, or for refill our 2 waters. The rolls were fine, but nothing exciting. The pork was dry and the spring rolls had no flavor. Might as well have gotten frozen stuff from Costco and saved the money and our appetite from having to watch someone talk with food in his mouth. read more

We were really excited to try this place based off the reviews... we got chicken teriyaki and lemongrass beef and both plates of rice were stale, crunchy, and dry. The beef was 80% fat and the chicken was mixed with onions. (More onions than chicken) The food is not fresh here. Do not waste your time or money. read more

My husband and I tried this place and it's better than any other in Spokane or Spokane Valley so far. I spent 15 years in Silicon Valley so I have had some incredible pho and am therefore a bit picky. I had the Lemongrass chicken, just the right amount of spice and delicious. Hubby had vegetarian pho and he loved it. Good broth and nothing was oily like we've seen at a couple other places. The spring rolls were also very good. Fresh veggies, good sauce, and the rice paper wasn't thick and gummy. Waitstaff was nice and place was clean also. Definitely recommend going here if you're in the mood for pho. read more

I eat lots of Pho, and this place is my favorite in Spokane. If you're like me, then you're asking yourself, well if that's the case why only 3 stars? Let me tell you... Service is key. The staff is incredibly friendly, but terrible about checking in. Want a drink refill? Forget it. Be prepared to ration your beverages. I've learned to ask for more than what I want, upfront. If you want an appetizer (although good), it will probably be dropped on your table at the same time as the entree. They need to learn to stagger better. Atmosphere is also important. Pho Thinh has 0 appeal when it comes to atmosphere. It's a converted Pizza Hut, and it feels like that. Spokane has another converted Hut turned Pho restaurant that has a much better atmosphere. They make a great Pho broth and provide all of the usual self service add-ons (soy sauce, chili oil, chili paste, fish sauce, sprouts, cilantro, lime, etc), however, the soup itself is a bit lacking in substance. It needs another couple of bites of meat, and another fistful of noodles. I've addressed some negatives (and a couple of positives), but why do I keep going back? Initial interaction with servers is great, the broth is some of the best I've had (locally), portion size is perfect (small or large depending on appetite), and the price is also great. They need to work on a few things but overall, I highly recommend Pho Thinh to fulfill your Pho cravings. read more

After losing Vien Dong, my old go to, I headed up Division to give Pho Thinh a try. So glad I did, excellent spicing on the meat marinades, tender chicken, and a fresh and flavorful bowl of bun were served quickly with the usual nuoc maam sauce to pour over the chopped spring rolls, fresh veggies, and rice noodles. I had the Bun Thit Nurong Cha Glo. Bun is one of those dishes that packs powerful flavor but goes down light and easy even when you eat until you are stuffed, which you tend to do because you can't stop when the flavor is so good. This is the best Bun I have had in Spokane. Will be heading back the next time I need a Bun or Pho fix. read more

This is the best Pho around town. The broth is authentic and so flavorful, not watered down like some other restaurants serve. The noodles are cooked perfect and the broth to noodle ratio is very good. It is DELICIOUS and AWESOME!!!! The veggies are fresh as are the spring rolls. So yummy. I have to say they have done a much better job at the cleanliness of the interior. So I just moved to Spokane last year from the Seattle area. I was a big fan of a little pho restaurant in Edmonds over on the west side, and I had not eaten pho in over a year because I couldn't imagine anything measuring up. But my pho craving finally got big enough that I gave this place a try! My beef pho was delicious; service was timely; the price was right; and the employee helping us was kind and good-humored. I tried to go here for my friend's birthday. There was 2 people waiting for a Togo and a guy eating in the corner. On older man asked us to wait outside for 15 minutes. I asked him if we could wait in because we had walked. Nope. So we waited until he came out 5 minutes later I asked him if we will be able to come in and eat and he said no that we can not and roughly to stop attacking him and that he would talk care of us. I tried to reason with him because up to this point I didn't mind. I get it. But that mixed with the other patron eating inside just bothered me. So I believe in free commerce so I left went across the street and picked up what I needed to make my friend pho. I'm sure the food is good but I didn't even get a chance to try it. read more

On my first visit I wasn't that impressed with the service. It's only gotten worse. But as we all know timing is everything. I've been back a few times now and I must say I do enjoy what I go there for.... the soup. I get the #14 combo Pho. Lots of good ingredients. Decent quality comes from the kitchen. Other than a few housekeeping chores that could be done around the condiments. And they need to replace the male server that has no clue how to take care of the front of the house.
