We decided to enjoy a couple of cocktails and apps before taking our dinner to go. So glad we did! We just love the vibe in Little Noodle and its bar Itty Bitty Buddha. Great cocktails and great service. I wish I would have gotten a better picture of the apps (totally forgot the soup dumplings - a fan favorite) all together. I did get a pretty good one of my delicious Tri-tip Pho. My husband on the other hand, devoured his Bahn Mi so fast I didn't get to snap a shot. Id say it's a "good problem" if you eat the food so fast that you forget to take a pic first. If you haven't already...you really should go check it out for yourself! You won't be disappointed.

    "Spring roll"

Shrimp spring rolls are full of noodles and some shrimp. A few pieces of pale Romain? And one basil leaf torn in half. Very disappointed. I'm used to fresh veggies and herbs.... Carrots, cucumber, mint, cilantro, etc.

Staff were nice and friendly, but it took while them to notice us when we (total of four people) came. And inside the restaurant was humid. The soup in our ramen bowls we ordered were not hot enough and way too salty. I don't think they should be lukewarm like French meals. The soup in ramen bowl suppose to be hot when it was served. Also, the noodle was so mussy and stuck together. The egg in the ramen was like eating salt. The smoked pork was fine. I noticed at least a menu was misspelled and means a totally different dish. I mentioned it to a staff, but she really did not care about it. The wall in the restaurant was painted so cute, though.

    Tonkotsu ramen.

I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and it was anything but ramen. The noodles were hard and looked like yakisoba noodles, it came with cilantro instead of bok choy, and had pickled veggies. It tasked more like a pho dish than ramen because it had a sweet vinaigrette taste to it. I've had tonkotsu before, not here, and the broth is meant to be hearty, smooth, and rich in flavor. The garnish is the pork belly, soft boil egg, seaweed, bamboo shoots, green onions, and mushrooms. This was not that dish. I'm sure their other food is probably good but if you want Japanese ramen you won't find it here.

I'm quite surprised to see negative reviews. A couple of friends and I had an amazing experience at this cute little establishment tonight... From the moment we walked through the door, the service was friendly and attentive. They have covered outdoor seating, and the patio is dog friendly for your fur children. Inside you seat yourself, and order at the counter, which the friendly woman behind the counter made sure we knew, which was awesome cuz we were newbies. We ended up wandering to the back of the place which is called the "Itty Bitty Buddha Bar." It's a small but very quaint place with fun wall art, lighting, and cozy seating, including a velvety plush couch. The Bartender was amazing from the moment we walked in. I asked her to make me a drink based on just a few things I said I liked, and she made me one of the most refreshing and delish cocktails I've ever had! We ordered three different appetizers, and then three different entrées. Everyone shared everything. Not one of us had a bad thing to say about any of the dishes. Delicious flavors all around, and beautiful presentations. House-smoked meat aromas greet you as you walk in the door. Smoked Tofu is just stupid good. Scrumptious hand crafted cocktails. This is my new go to for Asian fusion deliciousness!!

Great service and a fun ambiance, but for what you're getting it's a bit pricey and not that amazing quality altogether.

All 3 courses were not good at all start 1st with the shrimp. The shrimp was cooked to tough. They were stuck on the skewers and were not easy to remove. The shrimp also was not cleaned and deveined properly. I would rate it a 1 out of 10. The blackened salmon was decent but the risotto that came with it was salty and had hard pieces of rice mixed that were not thoroughly cooked. I'd give it a 3 out 10 just cause the salmon was decent. The jalapeno cilantro infused fettuccini Alfredo sounds like it would be excellent but it was lacking flavor and the plate presentation was sloppy. The dish could have been good but it was lacking flavor and I'd rate it a 3 out of 10. The huckleberry berry shortcake was not good at all the biscuits say they were made from scratch but the tasted store bought and old and the lemon sorbet with the Rosina amaro pairing tasted like medicine. The two 3rd course desserts were the icing on a horrible dinner for restaurant week. Not sure if I'll ever go back to this restaurant.

Did not expect this!…read more I've driven by this place a hundred times and was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The inside decor is dark with low lighting giving it a cozy , romantic , upscale feel. Unique decor and decorated cool. The first thing you see when you walk in is a glass floor that you can walk on and can see a table of people Dining in the basement. It's pretty cool. Our server was extremely attentive. Every time he walked by he would check our drinks or ask us if we needed anything... top notch ! The food - it's on the pricier side but worth the experience. We started off with the baked Brie and the blue cheese wedge. The baked Brie was unique. The Brie was wrapped in a house made phyllo dough and covered in caramel sauce. Accompanied by Some fruit and bread. Unique and well executed. The wedge was wonderful. Very tasty house made blue cheese dressing and bacon (I think adding some tomato or onion would have broken up the saltiness) but was still great tasting We ordered the sweet pork chop. I was impressed how moist and tender they cooked the pork.. I have to admit that it was too sweet. Even for me, who has a crazy sweet tooth. It was a unique pairing, but left no room for savory. We also ordered the seafood fettuccini. I believe they house make their pasta and Alfredo sauce. It didn't come with a ton of seafood (a couple large prawns and a few bacon wrapped scallops) but hit the spot. Their house bread they serve with your meal is the highlight! A little loaf of breast drenched in a garlic butter sauce! I'm salivating just thinking about it! I' have to admit, I have high expectations, and this place is probably the better of the many other local eateries I've tried . A little spendy- 2 people , no drinks with tip $130 ish Ambiance - 5 Food- 5 Service -5

Let's count the ways..... the ambiance is very warm, dimly and indirectly lit in amber light, and the decor is kept dark and in wood. Loved it! The service I got was top notch with personable touches. No Martini served warm or food served cold. This was attentive and on point. The food was delightful- on this cold, rainy night in October, I felt it for the baked brie followed by the pork chop with apples and oh boy, did this hit the spots. Best baked brie in years.... and the pork from the local Snake River Farm was delicious. This all was framed by the Dirty Goose Martini and some beer on tap (to rehydrate for health reasons of course) and ended up being a very wonderful and stylish dining experience.

Meats I would personally recommend the spicy pork belly. It was chewy in a good way and had a lovely flavor. The beef bellies (spicy/non spicy) was also great. Beef and pork bulgogi has a lovely umami flavor. I had more meats but the best things were the sides. The kimchi was delectable and still crunchy. I do not believe it was house made but honestly that doesn't matter much to me. The spicy cucumbers tasted of gochugaru and were not as crunchy as I personally liked but still flavorful! The Hawaiian Mac salad was perfectly balanced and the pasta had a nice bounce and chew. The Asian veggie pancakes were to die for. They were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It was also covered in this tangy sauce. They're were perfect. The cream corn was delicious and very cheesy. There was a nice balance of cream, corn, and cheese leading to a nice creamy flavor. I also had a order of lettuce wraps that we add rice, kimchi, spicy cucumbers, and meat. It was really good and had a lot of different textures. The service was great! We had multiple servers and they were lovely. The service was fast and efficient and the hostess was great and bubbly.
