This place is my go to for late night pho. Just a reminder, it is cash only! The have the best egg rolls and the price is fair. The customer service is good, they are attentive and ensure safety. My favorite has to be the number 4, the steak pho always does it for me! Typically I get a side of egg rolls as an appetizer. The regular size pho is enough for me and the up size is filling! My male friend, who has a large appetite, is satisfied with the regular size and cannot finish a large. Late night pho is always a hit and this place does it for my friends and I. The place is large so you are able to sit inside and distance from other customers! Fair warning: They have an atm machine within the facility but there could be a charge depending on your bank. read more

if I can give a 0 star I would , bad customer service! This is our go to spot for pho. We found a piece of hair in the pho, not expecting a "discount " because I found it at the bottom of my soup . When we went to pay we told the lady what we found a hair we didn't want a discount we just let them know to be cautious with there cooks and the owner came up and started to scream with her co worker , Also brought out some guy from the kitchen to "scare " us or something. We are all 3 young females why bring out a man from the back to scare us off? read more

I said I wouldn't be back, but I was invoted and still, I just can't. The food is good, don't get me wrong but... $15!!! for a large pho, $11 for 5 eggrolls...? It was $63 for 3 of us to eat. We have been coming here for over a decade, but this time it was bare. Not like before when they place was half the price it is now. It used to be the place to go, and all the time. Now it's just a sad reminder of what was. read more

Stumbles upon this place while looking for an open pho place at 2am. The staff was attentive, and brought the food out quick. We tried the spring rolls which were ok, but the pho was so bomb. I got the #11 in a large size, the broth hit the spot perfectly before adding toppings/sauces. The meat was tender and savory. Over all the food was great. The place was pretty calm vibes, although around 2:30 it started to pick up and get busy. Definitely recommend. read more

I'm surprised this place has only 3 stars! We got the pho dac viet, pho tai, and pho bo vien. The broth was so flavorful and they have me so many meatballs (some places can be stingy with the meatballs). I love that they're open late and service was fast. read more

Terrible place. Cash only, and they steal money using their broken ATM machine. It fails to dispense the cash, but counts the transaction as having gone through anyway. Stole $40 from my group and the manager there won't do anything about it. We overpaid by $40 and they had the audacity to claim we underpaid by $10. read more

I'd give four stars if it was based solely on food, but it isn't. In totality, I can't in good faith give more than 3. While the food is good, customer service was great, and they are open 24/7... this place isn't the most clean. The tables were extremely sticky and the floors were slippery. This is clearly the place you go after a long night out at 3AM. read more

Pho Ga (Chicken Pho): I can't even tell you on how much I fell in love with this pho & only this pho inside of this restaurant. After ordering and being introduced to it, from then on, I DO NOT order anything else in this restaurant. The broth was bomb, noodles were thick medium size, and not your usual skinny ass noodles. It also comes with a sauce to dip your chicken for it and chicken sizes were chunky. The price is inexpensive. When ordering to-go, it dosen't taste the same via sitting down in Pho Thanh. Don't eat too much pho ga or else you will get sick of it. The service sucks, ain't great. There was a waiter who was kind and thoughtful enough to say, "Enjoy your meal". The rest of the peeps look at you. You ain't getting no tip. This pho place closes late 24/7 which is bomb! read more

This was not our intended place for dinner but ended up being so when the other spot closed their kitchen 30 mins before closing. When walking back to the car, we noticed this spot was still open and 50% of select pho noodles. My bun bo hue was pretty good - usually it's watery or too spicy but this was decent and they gave lots of veggies. BF got their pho and it hit the spot. Wasn't super generous w/ the meat but for 50% off, it was expected. Broth was tasty. They forgot our drinks until the end so we had to remind them. Dinner came out to be under $25. Unexpected turn of events but we left happy and full. read more

I ate here many times in 4+ years when I saw 50% OFF. Pros they're opened 24/7, you can go eat here anytime, they seems restless but they got a lot of stuffs on the menu for people to come back and try. Cons they only take cash like most Vietnamese restaurants in OC, this method will cut their costs in half, they don't have to deal with the credit cards service, but then the price will also cheaper compare to some places. The food quality wasn't bad, maybe some places would be better but they will get my vote for staying 724, cause you don't have many options at 2 AM, but you can eat something light then go for a small bowl of Phở Đặc Biệt :) PS: if you have a cousin who is a famous singer, expect to get a lot of attention dining here, the owner will switch the background music to all my cousin hit songs for the entire visit, also he would ask to take a picture with my cousin at the end in front of the restaurant logo, I hope he wouldn't use that to promote his business, my cousin will not like that at all. read more

Randomly met a friend here on Saturday late night - like 11pm. So cool there's late night food options around!! Plus it's nice to have warm pho when it's so cold outside. I ordered the pho with beef & it was good!! We also had spring roll with shrimp. The place has decent parking and it's fairly a large restaurant. It's all indoors though; didn't seem like there's outdoor seating. read more

Everything here is always so good. It's the go to spot out of every other pho spot across the street on every corner around here. Portions are plenty. Calamari is surprisingly super good better than other calamari apps you would get at sushi or something. Pho broth is amazing. Shrimp pork spring rolls with their peanut sauce is sooo good and I'm very picky about spring rolls and the peanut sauce, I only have one other spot in the IE I would order spring rolls from. Vermicelli bowls are amazing and their rice entrees too. They are always friendly and quick with service. Reviews about them being rude must expect in n out service but everyone knows the best pho spots are family run and just because it isn't a chain restaurant greeting, it doesn't mean they're rude at all!!! read more

I came here to eat with my friend after work and we ordered 2 pho's. I was super hungry after coming from work. So then this lady comes out with a shrimp fried rice and delivers it to our table. We tell her that we didn't order it and she says "no it's on the house, it's free" and so since we're super hungry we just said ok and started eating it. Maybe I should've questioned why we were getting a free fried rice but Idk i did tell them we didn't order it so honestly I did my part. Then after our pho came out we noticed a lady eyeing our table saying "aiyah" so thats when we thought maybe something was wrong and the free fried rice wasnt actually for us? Fast forward to paying for the bill, we ended up getting charged for the fried rice. We tried explaining to them that we didn't order it so why are we getting charged? and they said that nothing is free and that their fried rice is marked at 13.99 on their menu so thats what theyre charging us since we ate it. Thats freaking ridiculous because we told them we didn't order it and if we knew that it was going to be charged to us then we would've insisted that they take it away. The only reason why we ate it is because the lady said it was free & on the house. This experience left a really nasty taste in my mouth and food isn't even that great here for them to be acting like that. SMFH read more

I remember this place was super pack back in the day Not now. I came in on a Tuesday at about 7pm with 5 other people and there was only one other group inside. The guy that was taking our orders were rude and stingy. I am guessing he is the owner. There were no napkins laying out on the table like most pho restaurants. There weren't any forks, spoons, or chopsticks as well. The only thing they had on the tables were the hosin sauce and sriracha. However, once you seat they then give you the ultinsels you need with a napkin each. I got the pho tai. Nothing speculator. The broth was okay. Everyone else though it was also okay as well. It's a little bland but with the sauces it is okay. The pricing is about the same as any average pho restaurant. The inside is large and fairly clean. However with the service, we probably wont be back. read more

Well like I said on my tip, I describe this place like a dying relationship that some people hang onto. Well, I personally like to cut the cord on relationships before watching them die an ugly death and this one has got to go. I've been with them since their recent renovation. The place actually looked nice, like they did some feng shui. They must have done something wrong cause their staff is even worse than I last remembered. However, here's the good and the bad. The good memories: 1) open 24/7 2) pretty good broth The bad memories...like the reason you got rid of that last person you were with: 1) They were rude to your friends 2) You were embarrassed to bring your friends and family over 3) They didn't seem to care about you 4) They neglected your needs 5) They treated you like you were nonexistant 6) They rolled their eyes whenever you asked questions 7) They walked away when you had a question 8) Totally and utterly unavailable Yes I'm talking about the restaurant. To the management: Please train your staff to be decent. Please fire that guy with an attitude. Don't know his name but he looks like Astro Boy. read more

I genuinely appreciate their effort to open 24 hours during this covid time. Sometimes me and my friends crave for some hot soup around 11,12 pm and this is the only place we can find at that time. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They were so rude. My mom & I go inside & sit down. As the lady approaches I ask her politely if she can clean the table since it was a bit sticky & she proceeds to grab napkins to clean the table??? Like girl, go get a rag & clean it, napkins will only worsen it. & I ask her again & she grabs the menus & instead takes them to another family that had just walked in. So then the guys comes with other menus to our table to drop off & I ask him again, if there was any way he could clean the table & instead says we should move to another table & I ask him why he can't just clean the table & why WE have to get up?? & he says because "they're busy" and there were only two other families inside. It's gotten worse now as there's no management oversee things. The employees decide to do what they feel like.
