How this place is open 24/7, I'm not sure but I'm grateful for it nonetheless. I got my usual Regular Pho Tai Nam Sach. The broth was disappointing. I usually like just adding Sriracha and Hoison sauce as an extra touch, but felt like I needed to double up on it because the broth was not flavorful anymore. There were good portions of everything else so I appreciated that. Great spot if you're out late at night and want a spot to eat! read more

This place is so bad. The lady who took our order look like we were not welcome. We ordered a Beef pho and a vegetable tofu stir fried. The beef pho does not have beef flavor . It seems it was a corn pho not beef flavor at all and the other dish unflavored. The service is low. I like to let know everyone do not follow the good reviews because you got to taste and experience the restaurant and the food. read more

Looks like they increased the happy hour (7 AM to 7 PM) pho prices. Now it's $12 for a bowl before tax and the portion size was very lacking and the broth flavor was mediocre. Can't recommend. Cash only place as well. read more

Lovely place. Vietnamese own and ran. Went with my boyfriend twice-- dine in and take out. And then once more with his whole family when they came into town to visit. Food reminded me of home and the service isn't "american expectations" or upscale but staff are super friendly. read more

CASH ONLY! I was on the hunt for a 24/7 pho spot after a concert, and this was one of the few still serving steaming bowls at 4am. Apparently all the late-night pho joints run on cash, so don't make the mistake of showing up empty handed. I got the pho tai without noodles plus a side of boiled veggies, and we also tried the short rib pho. The broth hit that homemade sweet spot: comforting, not overly salty, just the kind you want at an hour when your brain is barely online. The place was hopping even before sunrise, but service stayed on point. Plenty of parking in the lot too. Perfect for those nights when sleep can wait but pho can't. read more

We came by to grab a bite before our road trip to go back up north as they were advertising $8.50 pho. Upon entering, no one greeted us so we sat ourselves down. We were able to flag someone down to get menus. We ordered two bowls of pho and I got the vermicelli bowl with egg rolls, pork, and shrimp. They have utensils at the table and we grabbed the soup spoons and noticed they were all new but unwashed. All the spoons still had the stickers/labels on the back. Unsettling to know they didn't wash these and just left sticker residue and the remaining sticker they couldn't peel off of the soup spoons. We also asked for water at the beginning when ordering food and did not receive the water until the end of our meal when we were already done. The lady that was going to give us our water had them in her hands and was coughing so much she had to go to the back of the restaurant or back in the kitchen and then came out to us with the water. We did not touch or drink the water. You get what you pay for which is not good customer service or cleanliness. They also do not give you a receipt and the shrimp in the vermicelli bowl were insanely small and tiny. Many other good pho places around. read more

I love this place! It was definitely a childhood spot for me and my family since my grandmas house was near by and even after 15+ years I still come back. The restaurant does a great job accommodating for big parties, pushing tables together and having the space needed for all of us to sit together. Food comes out in a timely manner and is always hot and delicious. The owner and workers are super sweet and are very quick to attend to our needs. The price point, accessibility, and space is perfect for our needs! Definitely try them out for late night pho :) read more

Things to note here, good amount of parking, quick no frills service, cash only, open 24 hours. I came in around 1am for a post concert meal, and got their pho with no meat. The food here comes out pretty quick, and honestly it was pretty tasty too! Tip, ask for fresh/wide noodles if you prefer the flatter noodles. They have an ATM machine here in case you need to grab cash. I think my bowl was around $10-12, which is pretty affordable for a simple bowl of pho. There's also plenty of seating here, so they're pretty good for large groups. Definitely very traditional vibes here. read more

Service is so bad, went there are 11pm there's only 3 tables and we're five people and we ordered and they took our orders the pho and pork bbq came out but we ordered steamed chicken and shrimp fried rice and it's been 30minutes already and we follow up and the lady said 5minutes and after 10minutes some of us are done eating already and we follow up the chicken and fried rice again and the same lady said 5minutes again because there's a new chef and after 15minutes the chicken is still not out, i went to the counter and the rude guy said we ordered the chicken late and I told him we ordered it all at the same time and he said what do you want me to do? We ended up cancelling the order and went home after an hour of waiting. Worst customer service will never come back even if it's the last restaurant open at night. Opens 24/7 and plenty of parking. Huge and spacious inside (abit cold in the morning) with plenty of tables/seats. They have special sales of $8.50 for regular bowl of noodle and with $2 more, you will get a large bowl. Portion is very generous and the soup base is well broth. Service is very nice and easy order & quick turnaround. Overall very tasty hot bowl of pho for a morning glowing May in SoCal. Just abit loud on the music, especially in the morning (see the video). I ordered a large and a cup of water for a total of $13 with tip. Not bad at all. read more

Cash only Pho Thanh is open 24/7 which makes for a great place to go late at night when most other pho shops (and restaurants in general) are closed. We were seated right away and ordered the #14 pho dac biet ($14 for large). The food came out blazing fast, the broth was good, and there was a lot of meat in it. It definitely hit the spot on a late cold night and we were hungry. Once we finished we paid at the front before leaving. I wouldn't say it's the best pho in Little Saigon but for a place that's open 24/7 when there are very few options, this place is pretty good. read more

Pho Thanh is hands down the best bang for your buck when it comes to pho. At just $8.50 a bowl, you get a massive portion loaded with meat--easily one of the most affordable spots, especially if you are covering for your girlfriend (or girlfriends). The broth is rich, the meat is plentiful, and the portion size is no joke. I ordered one bowl and could not even finish it. Compare that to places like Phoholics, where you are paying double the price for half the meat--it is not even close. I normally do not give 5-star ratings unless a place truly deserves it, and Pho Thanh absolutely does. If you are looking for quality pho without overpaying, this is the spot. Highly recommended. read more

The service was quick. We were seated quickly. Music was nostalgic. Best thing we got was the spring rolls. It was adequately sized. The Kobe beef pho on the other hand had noodles that were overdone. It was clumped together. It still tasted alright. My in-laws' pho had overcooked rare beef and the noodles were overdone. Thus, it clumped together. read more

There are plenty of restaurants in Little Saigon/Bolsa street/Westminster. Pho Thanh was our choice because the restaurant is open after midnight. We had just come home from Hollywood and were ready for some late dining. Finding parking at this late hour for this place was easy. We were greeted and sat at table 21. The lovely missus came for good company and conversation. Our son orders Pho Dac Biet #14 and I followed his lead. Regular bowls were good for us. We also ordered a bright presentation of sautéed vegetables placed on fried rice noodles that were on the perimeter of the plate. I've seen this before on menus as birds nest (vegetables). The sauce for this nested warm vegetables plate was what made this a stellar choice. My taste buds were happy as I took turns with my chopsticks picking vegetables and the crispy noodles. The pho was pleasant as well. The broth was clear and beefy flavors from the thin steak as well as tendons wafted up for a satisfying fragrance and taste. The side dish of Thai basil and bean sprouts and sliced jalapenos were fresh and bountiful. Patrons at adjacent tables were pretty loud as the Pho Thanh restaurant had Staff busily tending and serving at this late hour. We completed our meals, and asked for a to-go container for the delicious vegetables. One other minor issue at Pho Thanh was the "cash only" policy. I prefer paying my bills with a CC. read more
