Came here with my kids for dinner and the pho noodle was very good and definitely would come back. Everytime we come here has been very good. We ordered the special pho(đặc biệt) and it was very good. Service was good. Ambience, they got a lot of chairs and table and you can come with groups. I keep hearing about how good this place is so it's time to give it a try. My family from out of state enjoyed the meal but I find it a bit better than average pho, not very good. The price of the pho is fine but the drinks including milk tea are ridiculously overpriced - like $7-8 bucks!!! Ways too expensive. Also, the pho didn't have a lot of meat and more of the noodles. I wouldn't go here again unless I'm craving and right by it. Again , the drinks are way too expensive! read more

Man, I had a hankering for Pho! This man moved to Chicagoland almost 3 years ago and sorry to say the Pho there doesn't hold a candle to that found in the OC! I quickly ordered a Pho Ga (chicken) and some egg rolls! The Pho came out first with a bunch of fresh sprouts, basil, and lime wedges- in went all of it into the Pho! Hot, tasty, and OH so filling! I've reviewed this place before, and I believe I've already given it 5 stars. A good chunk of my family members go here for their $6 bowl of tendon and broth. Haha! They are in their 80s and still think they can consume their collagen through this bowl and wake up looking younger. I must say, they look pretty good for their age. I'm sure it's an Asian thing. I'm just their driver. When I drive them, I eat for free! So of course I love it here. I always get the pork bowl with the egg rolls and noodles. That's a winner. read more

I ordered the Stir Fried Filet Mignon Pho. It came out within 10 minutes. It was good! The meat was soft and not chewy. The pho broth was tasty. This is a great place for dates or hanging out with friends or family! The parking lot is medium sized so come during nonpeak hours. I recommend this place if you want good pho. read more

My favorite location is the HB one but my parents regularly get take out from this location. Parking is super easy in the giant strip mall where it's located, next to 85 degree bakery. I have gotten take out while waiting for my drink order at 85 degree. Service is okay but I still prefer the hb location more. Food is uniform I think across all pho lovers locations but to me the customer service is the added touch that differentiates the experience for me. This is my second spot compared to the pho lovers on bolsa, which has the least favorite option for parking because it is too congested down that way. read more

I'm not sure why this place is rated so low, because it's an overall great spot for solid pho. It's located in a popular strip mall with plenty of parking, which makes it super accessible. The pho is delicious, and their other dishes are just as good--especially the vegetarian stir-fries and spring rolls. What really stood out to me was the peanut sauce. It's one of the best I've had: super aromatic and well balanced. Most places just mix hoisin sauce with peanut butter, but this one seems to add garlic oil, which gives it such a rich depth of flavor. I'm definitely taking inspiration from that sauce for my own cooking moving forward. read more

Pho Lovers restaurant was a very good experience. Overall the location is pretty big not cramped at all. For the Pho, I got number 13 Large and let me tell you they do not skimp on the meats and noodles. Broth was very hearty and the protein was delicious. There are three locations. This is the second. We like coming here because we never have to fight for parking and this location is not as busy as the others. You are always guaranteed to walk in and not having to wait. The pho is always consistent unlike other places. You have a choice of large or thin noodles. I like thin unless it's northern style. Service was great and food came out quickly. We were wondering why the broth tasted so good - it didn't require any additional sauce at all but realized they put A LOT of msg. Immediately after we both felt very tired and thirsty. We chalked it up to a food coma/ mid day slump but it knocked us out for the rest of the day. I feel like I sound like I'm exaggerating but others have said the same in other reviews so I'm not crazy. It was so much so I went to bed at 8pm with a migraine because of the saltiness. Best pho I have had in a long time. Their broth is so rich and not too sweet which I love. Their side veggies that you usually get at pho restaurants is so fresh. I have never seen those side veggies this fresh it amazed me. It let me know that the quality here is not to be missed. PLEASE STOP HERE FOR PHO!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! BEST PHO EVER!!!! Really solid Vietnamese spot--clean, modern, and easy to get in and out. Service was great, and prices are very reasonable for the portion size. Broth was yummy, and they gave us a good amount of meat. Eggrolls and spring rolls were also very tasty. The green Thai tea with coconut milk was delicioussss, especially because that isn't the most common drink to find! With all that being said, it wasn't a complete 5 stars for me (I'm very very picky with my pho) but it was still great and I see why I've heard this place being people's go-to spot. The flavor itself wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't anything memorable. It was just okay, and when you factor in the cold food and the presentation, it made the whole dish disappointing. With so many places around Orange County serving bò né at a much higher level, I would probably recommend spending your money elsewhere. If you were wondering whether you missed out on some hidden gem, don't worry, you didn't. This one felt more like a piece of coal than a diamond. That being said, every restaurant has its journey, and with more time, maybe they could have found their footing. After our food arrived, there was no check in, no water refills, and you have to go up to the counter to pay. At least its very convenient, streamlined, and efficient! I found the food to have a great depth of flavor, something a lot of pho places lack. I especially liked the wider noodles which offered a nice chew and texture change.
