Shrimp roll

Awesome Vietnamese food at reasonable prices. Service is fast. I mean super fast. We had two types of pho and shakin beef and also their shrimp rolls. All great. Pho is $15-$17. Shaking beef is $17.

After my doctor's appointment, we were feeling hungry and craving something warm and comforting--pho seemed like the perfect choice. The service was excellent; the staff seated us immediately and took our orders without delay. I went with my usual, Pho Tai, while my husband opted for the Pho Dac Biet. The restaurant had a typical Vietnamese vibe, complete with Vietnamese music playing in the background. It hit the spot!

This place has only one size and thats large! The broth is clean and noodles chewy. They give plenty of meat. Service is attentive. Place is spacious and clean. I'm surprised this location isnt that busier. I just wish their raw meat was sliced instead of minced up and there's more option for sizes. The large is too much for me. So I would only come here if I'm super hungry

Went here with my friend. She got the oxtail pho and I got the steak. The place was very clean, got seated right away. The place is well decorated, even the menus are chic!!! The pho was very flavorful and I was stuffed. My friend said that the oxtail was the best she had and was very tender. We had an amazing time, everyone was excellent here. Highly recommended

Great customer service and food came out quick. Thank you Bi and everyone here for the wonderful service.

First time there and place wasnt very crowded with tons of seating. Place was very clean and workers were very nice to me. I got the combo pho and oxtail side. Pho was delicious and oxtail was very good as well, it was super tender falls off the bone. I will be going back again

Got the #11, pho with steak, tripe, tendon. The broth was good, light and tasty. A little salty but the lime juice balanced it out. Iced Coffee is nice and strong. The tendon was so tender, I wish I had more. First time trying and will come back again. I like how they offer satay sauce on the side.

Yay to Phở Lover1

Large Oxtail Bowl (To Duoi Bo) $18.00

I visited Pho Lovers in Westminster with my family after a fun day of exploring! Pho soup sounded like the perfectly warm and hearty soup we needed to end our day on a great note. We got x3 a Steak, Brisket, Fatty Flank, Tendon, Tripe, Beef Ball Pho (Tai Chin Gau Gan Sach Bo Vien) which is $19.00 each + 1 Large Oxtail Bowl (To Duoi Bo) for $18.00 to share between the four of us. The soup was flavorful and tasted great! I did wish the soup was served HOT like I'm used to at Pho restaurants, though the soup became warm very quickly. The Oxtail was made every well. It was tender and had just the right bite to it. We did ask for an order of spring rolls, but our waiter told us they weren't making any more spring rolls for the rest of the night. I later saw other waiters bring out 1, 2, and 3 spring roll dishes about 20-30 minutes into our meal. I was a little disappointed, but what the hey - thinking positively, everything else was delicious. Overall, Pho Lovers is a solid place to visit if you're craving pho. I saw lots of families here as well. This restaurant is located right next to other competing places in the plaza, so there are lots of choices. In Westminster, you're bound to find a great place - Pho Lovers just may not be the place for me, but I am thankful for the experience and food for the night!

i had ordered pho for my child that has special needs and they got a hair in the tendon!!! and the owner tried justifying it saying it was hair from the cow. nasty as hell.

This review is way past due-- BEST pho in OC. Period. My boyfriend and I have been to this location so many times and it's never missed. Food is consistently amazing, service is fast and attentive, and place is always busy so you KNOW it's good. We always get what most places label as their house combo pho, which usually includes steak/brisket, flank, tripe, and tendon. Would be nice if it came with a meatball or two as well but not a big deal. The broth. Y'all this stuff tastes like it's been slow cooking for hours, there's so much flavor and the broth is so clear. Noodles are cooked to the perfect bite, not overcooked like some other places I've had. We recommend ordering a side of beef back ribs because they're fall-off the bone tender and have so much flavor. We always leave this place with our bellies full and ready to take a nap lol. Service: Very fast and attentive, no matter how busy it is (our most recent visit it was a full house) they will seat you immediately or go and flip a table asap. Food comes out quick, waters are always topped up and servers are really hospitable. Ambiance: We've been here as early as they opened to a super busy, full house dinner rush even when the Asian Garden Mall night market is going on which means extra traffic, and never had an issue. The restaurant and bathroom is kept very clean, and it seems like all the diners really enjoy their food.

Long time customer here!…read more They have a brand new dish: Bún Chả Cá Thì Là. The fish and the fish cakes are super tasty, and the amount of thì là (dill) they use makes it the perfect combo. It really nails that traditional Northern-style flavor profile. Pro tip: make sure to mix in some sa tế, as it completely amplifies the broth and takes it to the next level! Also, I'm so hyped that the Cháo Sườn Quẩy is FINALLY back on the menu! It came out piping hot and is just as comforting as I remember. Honestly, this bowl right here is what keeps me coming back and craving more. Solid spot, totally hits the spot if you want some legit, comforting Northern food.

Food Bánh Mì Pate Que (2) - $5.99 Served as two pieces, this Hải Phòng-style bánh mì came with pate, shredded pork, and a house chili sauce. The bread was nicely toasted and served warm, making it easy to share. Bánh Ướt Đặc Biệt - $14.50 Steamed rice sheets topped with pork patties, fried tofu, and fresh vegetables, served with a house fish sauce. The sauce leaned light and slightly sweet, which may appeal to some but felt a bit mild overall. Bún Chả Hà Nội - $16.50 Rice vermicelli served with grilled pork, pork patties, fresh herbs, and house fish sauce. Similar to the other dish, the sauce was on the lighter side in terms of flavor. The protein portions also felt a bit small for the price. Service My party and I were greeted and seated promptly upon our arrival. A server brought menus and returned shortly after to take our order. However, they did not check-in throughout the dining experience. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and the food came out quickly. Payment is processed at the register near the back by the kitchen. Ambiance The restaurant is dimly lit with plenty of seating for dine-in. Location It is located in a strip plaza with a shared parking alongside other businesses.

When I would come inside, I would see their other limited time food items, like their brussel sprouts and order that as well. I really enjoyed their brussel sprouts and now sad to see it gone. I joined the Mama Hieus App which makes ordering ahead easier for pickup. I really like the app bc its simple to plan your dinner ahead. You can pick the day and time you want to pick-up. If I could make one request, is if you can give customers (me) the option to pay like extra $1-$2 for their orders to be ONLY FLAT WINGS on small orders. The chicken is so well crispy and coated and the non flat wings are too meaty but then carry less of your delicious seasoning in my opinion. Does that request exist? I guess I should ask this with your staff in person if I can get a special request to get all flat wings only. Overall, still love your wings and travel once a week when I can from Irvine to get them to share with my Mom for our bonding time.

The best pho in OC hands down…read more Came in Sunday afternoon for lunch, lots of parking but busy! Be prepared for parking and maybe to wait. Put your name on the list hanging outside the door and they will call you when ready! We were sat almost immediately though. Inside is a large scale mom and pop shop that is FILLED with people and workers. We ordered a medium and large #23 pho and 2 waters, we got everything not even 5 minutes later. When I tell you this is the BEST broth I've ever had, it blew me away. I'm not one to usually order extra noodles but for this place I would order as many noodles until I ran out of broth, it is that good. Noodles were on the soggier side, I'm not picky about noodles but if you are then this is something to consider. Portions were huge for the price, very happy with that. CASH ONLY. I didn't see an ATM there but I'm sure they had one. Will always recommend and they have a new customer for whenever I'm in OC.

The broth had great depth of flavor, and the noodles were cooked perfectly, exactly what you want in a comforting bowl of pho. However, the oxtail I ordered didn't live up to the same standard. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while, dry, overcooked, and a bit mushy instead of tender and rich like you'd expect. It definitely took away from what could've been a great meal. I'd still come back for the pho, but I'd probably skip the oxtail next time.

We started with the Vietnamese coffee ($7), which was bold, strong, and nicely balanced with the sweetness from the condensed milk. A great way to kick things off. The egg rolls ($10) were packed with beef, shrimp, wood ear mushroom, and vermicelli--crispy on the outside and paired perfectly with fresh lettuce and fish sauce. The standout for me was the flaming wagyu ($18), torched tableside. For how thick the cut was, it was incredibly tender and soft. Definitely go medium rare. The ponzu dipping sauce really enhances the richness of the beef. We also tried the shaken beef ($21), which came with plenty of caramelized onions and bell peppers that added a subtle sweetness. The beef was slightly charred, bite-sized, and super satisfying--especially with rice. The combo pho ($25) came loaded with a variety of meats, all tender and melt-in-your-mouth. The broth had a deep, beefy richness, and the noodles were perfectly soft. Add in the garnishes for some crunch and it really ties everything together. Overall, a solid spot with quality ingredients and flavorful dishes. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

They use Wagyu beef sourced through direct supplier relationships, with no growth hormones and no antibiotics. Here, sourcing isn't just a detail--it's part of the product.
