#17. Steak, Brisket, Flank, Tendon, and Tripe Large size

Just moved to white center and am on the lookout for a go-to pho spot. Decided to try this spot first and boy was I disappointed. There is no "all meat cuts" combo. The restaurant was not busy but my pho took longer to come out than expected. I was not given a single napkin and there were none on the table. Additionally, I had to grab the condiments myself from another table as mine did not have any. The lady at the register was not the nicest or attentive. The pho broth itself just tasted salty and lacked the aroma of spices. I will say, the steak/brisket/flank meat was fresh and soft. That was the only highlight of this meal. The tendon had a very weird fatty aftertaste to it and I usually love tendon. Don't think I will be returning.

Haven't been here in years but the pho broth was so good when I went. Quick service. Probably wouldn't ordered the Vietnamese coffee if I knew it was the bagged one but really good pho. The lady working was very nice. I thought she was Vietnamese so I was ordering in Vietnamese. She is not lmaoo. I usually just get steak and tripe but I ordered #15 which came with steak, tripe, flank and tendon. Ugh so good.

in-dining bowl of pho totally hit the spot on a 41 degree day. Stopped by with 2 other friends. The store is totally respectful of COVID protocols. Order first at the cashier and then find a table. I order the #5 - Steak and Flank Noodle Soup. The broth was deep and had a subtle sweetness. Noodle were just right and loose (not all bunched up). Siracha was available at the table. Unexpected for a random shop on the corner, but I could tell that repeat customers drive for miles to come here.

F-1. Chicken Fried Rice T-10. Pot Sticker

If I were to show you my Uber Eats past orders, we would embarrassingly be on here... a lot. Like we order from them twice a month, easily. We've loved almost everything on the menu, but really enjoyed the rice, pot stickers, and BBQ pork sandwich. The rice is so filling it usually takes me 2 days to eat, which is awesome for leftovers. Worth the price!

The best Pho around Seattle, from the quality of meat and freshness and also the amount of the food that satisfied your hunger. Best Pho!

Service was friendly and food came out at decent times. We started with the Sapporo beer tower. Definitely got us tipsy and came out fast. Clams were excellent. Fried rice was pretty solid. They only had a 6.5 pound one left for the day, the our server let us know ahead of time. It was definitely a show stopper. Loved being able to make our own spring rolls. I'd definitely come again!

From the outside, it doesn't look like much and isn't especially inviting, but the food was actually very good. I ordered the pho with raw steak and added an extra side of meat. My server seemed a little surprised by the extra order, but honestly, most pho places I've been to are heavy on the noodles and light on the meat -- and I like my pho with plenty of meat! She was very sweet about it, though. I'd definitely come back and eat here again.

It's still a solid spot for me even two years after I first tried it. I normally get the regular pho tai with a cup of jasmine tea (which is only $2)! Service is exceptionally fast and was sat immediately - the staff are very kind. I did not take a picture of it but I ordered a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and shrimp fresh rolls to go after my visit. They were both very flavorful and I recommend anything off their menu - it's delicious and worth the effort to dine in but not the right place if you want to chit chat and dilly dally. There's plenty of parking outside in the strip mall which shares a lot with QFC. Seating is limited and there are often wait times around peak meal hours, recommend going 1-2hrs off those times to have a better chance at getting sat sooner! 10/10 recommend

Each visit left me feeling like I had wasted both my time and money. I've had both the Pho Dac Biet and Pho Saté, and each broth fell short for different reasons. The noodles were oddly overcooked and clumped together in both bowls. While the presentation is appealing, the flavors lack depth and both dishes were noticeably oily. The meat portions were sparse, and the pricing does not justify the quality or quantity of the food. There are simply too many better pho options in the area at this price point.

Although the food is good, I can't confidently say I'll be back. Food & drink: (4/5) We had a great start with the calamari with salted egg yolk sauce. The squid was very easy to chew through with almost zero resistance and the batter was incredibly light and crispy. The sauce was pretty light on the salted egg yolk flavor. I found that if the menu hadn't said so, I wouldn't have known it was anything other than a spicy mayo. For our entrees, I got the BBH and my partner got the banh hoi platter. The BBH is definitely one of their must try items. The broth was extremely flavorful and the meat was sooo tender. I just with they included shredded banana blossom since that's a pretty essential topping to have on BBH. It does also have more meat to noodle ratio than most BBHs I've had, so that's something I would keep in mind before ordering. My partner thought the banh hoi platter was a bit disappointing. He said the banh was dried out and the proteins such as the shrimp on sugarcane were a bit bland. He also said he wished they included scallion oil. To wash it all down, I got a kumquat jasmine tea. It definitely ran on the sweeter side but was no issue since I just poured some of my water in it to dilute the drink. Service: (5/5) Outstanding service! We were served by two different people and they were both incredible throughout our entire dinner. Other notes: In most cases, I would leave a review like this at four stars. I'm subtracting one star because I believe there are some management issues based off what I observed just from sitting in. For the most part this place seems to be severely understaffed. When we came to dinner, it was a full house with a line forming but they only had two servers running the entire floor, including those eating outside. To say they looked stressed is an understatement. As we were paying, they thanked us for being kind customers in a way that made it seem like they realllyyy needed some kindness.

The custard duck egg is an excellent starter, with a rich, savory broth that delivers a deep, yolky umami punch. The rau ram oil and herb is such a creative twist that adds the perfect herbal dimension. The radicchio pudding was light and offered a clean, almost grassy brightness without being overwhelming in flavors. Great option for any vegans at the table. The wagyu beef tallow fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. Ultra-crispy, perfectly thick-cut, and deeply flavorful with beef notes shining through, without being too heavy. Like many of the dishes here, perfectly balanced in flavor. The grilled eggplant with whipped tofu and crispy sun chokes was another standout. The tofu whip was so smooth and should be considered a worthy sub for mayo. The eggplant was soft, creamy, and perfectly charred. The garlic rice was incredibly savory and maybe my favorite version of it yet. Packed with the perfect depth of garlicky flavor and seasoning. Finally for dessert - I thought the durian fruit cup was decent, it's great for durian lovers but next time I will be back to try their other desserts. The hollow bread is a must-try. It's fried to perfection, the inside is steamy and the butter it comes with is perfect but the bread alone is so good that it doesn't need it. The perfect touch of roasted sesame. Slightly sweet, it's a delight in textures and perfect in cold weather. The oyster on half shell in happy hour is also a great standard oyster, very fresh, with a nuanced Viet twist in the sauces. Vegetable dip is pretty standard and also delicious, great if you're looking for a healthy starter. Coffee rubbed ribs were fantastic as well and an incredible deal for the size. Very savory, a little sticky sweet, but not too much. Service was also friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time.
