Just moved to white center and am on the lookout for a go-to pho spot. Decided to try this spot first and boy was I disappointed. There is no "all meat cuts" combo. The restaurant was not busy but my pho took longer to come out than expected. I was not given a single napkin and there were none on the table. Additionally, I had to grab the condiments myself from another table as mine did not have any. The lady at the register was not the nicest or attentive. The pho broth itself just tasted salty and lacked the aroma of spices. I will say, the steak/brisket/flank meat was fresh and soft. That was the only highlight of this meal. The tendon had a very weird fatty aftertaste to it and I usually love tendon. Don't think I will be returning. read more

Not good. We got Uber eats and everything was disappointing. Bahn mi: somehow tasted like a burger? I think it might have been the combo of mayo and lettuce, and the lack of any other flavor. Teriyaki chicken: very meh. Sauce was ok, chicken had a mushy texture. Gyoza: seemed like something you'd get frozen in a bag at Costco. Egg rolls: not terrible, but not great flavor -- very large, not crisp, and too much unseasoned pork Shrimp rolls: awful. Literally just lettuce, noodles, and some small shrimps. I actually ended up here with a colleague because I thought that it was another place- but the inside looked welcoming enough and I was starving so we decided to cut our losses and head inside anyway. My usual that I normally order when I go out for pho is a bowl with just soft tendon- it's not normally on menus, but even the cheapest, most hole in the wall pho restaurants have served it and even laid it on thick for me. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had an actual menu option for just soft tendon! I assumed this meant they would hook me up with a good amount, but when my bowl arrived I was served a good portion of noodles with maybe a handful or two of soft tendon with each piece being the size of my thumb, which is a far cry from the meaty square slabs that I'm used to. I got higher quality tendon from a mall food court takeaway shop and that's too low of a bar for me to give 4 or 5 stars for. I wanted to like this place because of the generous portions and modern looking metal bowls (lol) but I left feeling disappointed and craving pho when I literally had just left a pho shop. It wasn't "bad" persay and I actually liked the sweeter broth, but I do wish that I had reconsidered giving this place a chance. Sadly, I have only my poor navigational skills to blame. read more

Today, I finally got a chance to try it in person for the first time. #45 is my favorite especially ordering extra fatty, the broth is so amazing and it really filled me up. You know the broth is good when you don't feel the need to add hoisin but you add it anyways, this is it here! Food came out in 10 mins, it was all fresh & hot just the way I love me a bowl of pho that makes me feel all cozy. The food wasn't so good. The vermicelli bowl was supposed to have charbroiled, but it looked like the shrimp and pork was boiled or microwaved. The teriyaki chicken wasn't great and the katsu chicken had the thinnest pieces of chicken i couldn't tell if there was meat in some of the pieces. read more
