#17. Steak, Brisket, Flank, Tendon, and Tripe Large size

Just moved to white center and am on the lookout for a go-to pho spot. Decided to try this spot first and boy was I disappointed. There is no "all meat cuts" combo. The restaurant was not busy but my pho took longer to come out than expected. I was not given a single napkin and there were none on the table. Additionally, I had to grab the condiments myself from another table as mine did not have any. The lady at the register was not the nicest or attentive. The pho broth itself just tasted salty and lacked the aroma of spices. I will say, the steak/brisket/flank meat was fresh and soft. That was the only highlight of this meal. The tendon had a very weird fatty aftertaste to it and I usually love tendon. Don't think I will be returning.

#15. Steak, Fatty, Flank, Tendon and Tripe Noodle Soup

Haven't been here in years but the pho broth was so good when I went. Quick service. Probably wouldn't ordered the Vietnamese coffee if I knew it was the bagged one but really good pho. The lady working was very nice. I thought she was Vietnamese so I was ordering in Vietnamese. She is not lmaoo. I usually just get steak and tripe but I ordered #15 which came with steak, tripe, flank and tendon. Ugh so good.

in-dining bowl of pho totally hit the spot on a 41 degree day. Stopped by with 2 other friends. The store is totally respectful of COVID protocols. Order first at the cashier and then find a table. I order the #5 - Steak and Flank Noodle Soup. The broth was deep and had a subtle sweetness. Noodle were just right and loose (not all bunched up). Siracha was available at the table. Unexpected for a random shop on the corner, but I could tell that repeat customers drive for miles to come here.

F-1. Chicken Fried Rice T-10. Pot Sticker

If I were to show you my Uber Eats past orders, we would embarrassingly be on here... a lot. Like we order from them twice a month, easily. We've loved almost everything on the menu, but really enjoyed the rice, pot stickers, and BBQ pork sandwich. The rice is so filling it usually takes me 2 days to eat, which is awesome for leftovers. Worth the price!

We hosted our gender reveal party here, and the team went above and beyond to make the event special. It's a fantastic venue for large gatherings, celebrations, and families with children of all ages. The staff is attentive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in creating a great experience for their guests. One of our favorite features is the patio. Whether it's a warm summer evening or a chilly winter night, the outdoor space is comfortable thanks to the heaters and inviting ambiance. The food speaks for itself. The pasta and pizza are made from scratch, and you can absolutely taste the difference in every bite. The Rigatoni is an absolute must-order, and whatever special is being featured that day is almost guaranteed to be a winner. The kitchen clearly takes pride in using quality ingredients and preparing everything with care. If you're looking for a family-friendly restaurant with incredible food, outstanding service, and a great space for celebrations, G.H. Pasta & Pizza should be at the top of your list.

The pasta was amazingly tender, cooked to perfection. There was a lot of flavor and depth in each bite, more of a deliciously earthy mac and cheese as opposed to maybe a velveety smooth creamy type. The Jalapeño poppers were amazing. I've always associated poppers with a crusted fried topping but these were bold, going in a different direction. The jalapeños were fresh and soft to the bite, easy to cut with the side of a fork, loaded with components such as cashew cheddar, crema, avocado sauce, sweet pickled jalapeños, pico and cabbage slaw - all coming together perfectly in each bite (i'm utilizing their menu description) For the main dish, Sandi ordered the "Smokey Barbecue" which came with a complimentary side of chips and I ordered the Portobello French Dip and upgraded my side to a Side Salad for an extra $4. Each dish, every bite was delicious, even something as simple as a side salad was elevated with their Ginger Tahini dresing. Dipping the Portobello Sandwich into the Dip was just .. magical. We also both opted for the same drink, South Park Mule. The drink was legit, in addition to tasting great, I actually had a buzz as well .. indicating to me they didn't skimp on the adult juice Their food is amazing across the board and there's so much more to go back and try! Definitely worth the trip!!

My friend very much enjoyed the tofu bahn you. Although we all really enjoyed the nachos, they were not what I expected. I expected cashew cheese sauce that was cheesy tasting. It was very different from that but tasted great. The lentils and tomatos were very well seasoned. They are not spicy but are yummy. The kale salad was good but I have had a better vegan one in SF. The service was friendly but slow. On the plus side, there was zero pressure to rush. I look forward to going here again when I am next in town. I want to try the mac and cheese and one of their pretty cocktails.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I got the iced Cardi B (a latte with house-made…read morecardamom brown sugar syrup with espresso and almond milk) and my fiance an iced mocha. The first sip of the Cardi B, my eyes rolled back, and I nodded to how good it was. It's not too sweet (I ordered all of this online on their website for pick up and was not able to ask for it half sweet, but glad they didn't over-sweeten it). The cardamom flavor is prominent, so if you don't like that flavor, I'd choose something else. I also ordered some breakfast items. I got the Lil' Verda, which is a breakfast burrito on a flour tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, avocado, and salsa verde ( I also added sausage to it). It's pretty tasty! It's a big burrito for being on a medium flour tortilla. I got the fiancé a breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun (you can choose what bread you want; they even have gluten-free) that came with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and I added bacon for him (adding a meat was only $2, which is reasonable). As I said, I pre-ordered everything on their online ordering system. My order was ready when I got there as promised. The staff member who helped me was super nice and pointed out where the hot sauce (Tapatio) and straws were. They do have separate windows for ordering and pickup. If you order online, just head to the pick-up window. It is a little spendy (breakfast sandwich w/ added meat $10.75, burrito w/ added sausage $12.75, and two espresso drinks at roughly $8 and some change), however, everything is going up in price (Gas is up to $5.09 +), so take that as you will. Overall, it's a cute little spot nestled in a neighborhood. There is street parking, but it's in an area that isn't too hard to find parking, as it is further away from the very busy spots of West Seattle. I'd come back, perhaps take the fiancée there so we can enjoy it fresh.

Also, the menu on the wall is not super helpful because there are no prices listed for the base breakfast sandwich or prices for additional fillings or toppings. So if you don't ask for prices or look online (there's a QR code on the menu, I apparently skipped over this when ordering), you might end up spending a good chunk of change for your breakfast sandwich. It's around $8.75 for the base (bread, eggs, cheese) + $2ish per filling/meat + $1-3 per topping + Sauces are $0.50 Reuben croissant: asked for this warmed and the outside of the croissant was flaky and delicious, meat was yum, sauerkraut added a nice texture and acidity, and there was a sauce in there was was tasty too! Really enjoyed this one Super burrito: comes with eggs, bacon, cheese, black beans, sour cream, avocado, and salsa. It was tough to find the bacon or taste it because it was cut in small pieces. The black beans were sweet and they overpowered the whole thing with sweetness. The arugula didn't add much and was kind of annoying because it was clumped in one bite and hard to chew through. The size was great, but that's about it unfortunately.

These are the best cheese curds ever bc the batter isn't heavy like other cheese curds I've had. It's tempura battered so it's light and you can taste the cheese more. The jalapeño strawberry dip and ranch are good dips, but try them together and it will blow your mind. The fried green beans were okay. They did have a heavier batter on them and I wish they had the same batter the cheese curds had. The spicy dip was good! The rosemary popcorn was delicious! It had just enough butter and the perfect amount of rosemary where it's not overpowering. Once you get to the bottom, there's tons of butter and you just dip and soak it up with the popcorn. I visited on Super Bowl Sunday, about 2-3hrs before the game to get seats. This was a good idea because there was only a handful of seats available. We were lucky enough to get a table for 4 of us. The hosts were very welcoming and go us seated at the bar when it was only two of us. When we informed them about an hour prior to kick off that we needed two more seats, they did their best to get us seated. It was very kind of them to even look around, let alone actually find us space. This was very much appreciated. The first hour or so, when there was only two of us, we had a few beers, the cheese curds and the chicken fried steak with potatoes. The beers were exactly what you think they would taste like and they weren't terribly expensive which was nice. The cheese curds were a great shareable item, good flavor and a fair amount of them. The chicken fried steak was good, nothing crazy, but not below average. Portion was good sand it was cooked right to have that nice crips on the outside with the gravy poured over top. I think the only thing I wasn't that big of a fan of was the potatoes, I should've opted for the tots or hash potatoes instead, but I'll have to try it again. Yes, I would recommend this place. Seems like a good place to meet with friends for a game and meet friends. I almost forgot to mention they have an outside area in the back was is covered so there's more than enough space to maneuver and enjoy your time.
