A1. Fresh Spring Roll (2) P8. Seafood Noodles - A dining scene at an Asian cuisine restaurant features a large bowl of seafood noodle soup with chopsticks and a spoon, a plate of fresh spring rolls with dipping sauce, two glasses of water with ice and straws, and a small plate with herbs and lemon slices. The table has a dark wood surface, and the background includes a blue upholstered booth.

The food was amazing I ordered spring rolls as appetizers and the peanut sauce is delicious. Must have. I ordered the seafood pho and for Arizona it is the best I've had so far. Being from the Bay Area, I can find a quality Vietnamese restaurant anywhere, I can pick the nearest one and it's great. But in Tucson to finally find a good Pho spot, with some good ass Vietnamese coffee on top of it. I'm coming back, often. Shout out to Herry for the great service. The place is clean and the vibes are good. Booth style seating for privacy if you need a good place to go on a date with your girl. 10/10 recommend

The image shows two empty bowls of pho with remnants of broth and green onions, a plate with fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime slices, and a receipt on a dark wooden table. A person is partially visible, holding a phone, and there are drinking glasses and a blue water bottle on the table.

10/10 buss, this place is great, pho gets 5 booms. Their small is MORE than enough, just enough meat and noodles and they are SO friendly!!

A10. Combo Appetizer - A round white plate contains multiple fried spring rolls arranged around two small metal cups of dipping sauces, one dark soy sauce and one red sweet chili sauce. The spring rolls are golden brown and vary slightly in shape and size. The plate is placed on a wooden table, with part of a napkin visible at the bottom edge of the image.

My husband just happened upon this place. We decided to get the the Mongolian beef, combo appetizer, and pho with beef. We also chose to get Thai tea with boba for our drinks. Everything is so delicious and tastes like it is fresh. They only had one server but he was doing his best to keep up with everyone. Overall great meal and we will definitely come back again.

Pho Chicken broth. So delicious - A bowl of noodle soup contains clear broth, rice noodles, slices of chicken, and garnished with green onions and cilantro. A side plate holds a salad with leafy greens, a lemon wedge, and a dark sauce or dressing. The setting appears to be at a restaurant table with chopsticks and a spoon.

Chicken pho is so delicious! It's my favorite pho restaurant. The service had fast and easy communication because I'm deaf.

Prior to the new management takeover the food here tasted great. After the new management takeover, the place seems to have lost its touch. Food tastes bland. The sweet and sour sauce has no flavor and the consistency is nowhere near what it's supposed to be. It almost seems like they watered it down. The pho soup is different too. I couldn't eat it without doubling the sauces and toppings to help the flavor.

The food is amazing and the staff is awesome! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to frequent.

There are several different condiments, extra napkins, and utensils already on the table for your convenience. Our food arrived quickly and both items had such depth of flavor! The rice noodles with scallion oil came with onions wrapped in beef and grilled, something we had never tried before but were just as good as it sounds. The pho broth also clearly had been simmering for hours. It was dark and rich in flavor while the veggies were still crisp and fresh. For living in central Tucson, this place is definitely worth the 20 minute drive!

We were almost immediately seated at the table in the back of the restaurant to the left as you walk in at the table between the wall and the cut out in the wall that opened into the kitchen. The table being behind the wall was just a nice little private area and the wall really helped canceling some of the noise so we really enjoyed where we were seated. Handed menus and left us to see what we wanted. The server came back shortly and took our drink order and went off to fill that while we continued to study the menu, but she' shortly returned to get our lunch order. We got one order of the number eight Fried eggroll appetizer and wifey got the number one bowl of pho while I got the number 47 beef chicken and shrimp stirfry over egg noodles. It was funny that the server then asked us if we wanted one check or two checks. I don't know exactly why she asked that but her English wasn't terribly good. Of course, my Vietnamese isn't any better. But we eventually figured out that she was just curious as to whether we really wanted one or two checks. So I told her we would just take one check for lunch today. After a few minutes, a lady who we believe was the owner brought us out our plate of egg rolls with all of the sides on the plate and I have to tell you that the egg rolls were absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed them. A few minutes later, our server brought out first the bowl of pho for my wife, and then quickly followed with my plate of stirfry. The food was quite good. The service was fast and efficient and I was happy to say that we really enjoyed our lunch here this afternoon and we look forward to coming back again.

Finally found my people…read more Walking in here honestly felt like a little hub of my Vietnamese culture. Easily the most Vietnamese I've seen in a crowd at a restaurant in Tucson, which says a lot about the authenticity. I ordered the veggie pho and it absolutely hit the spot. Clean, flavorful broth, fresh toppings, and that comforting "pho therapy" vibe you just can't fake. The menu has great variety (hello boba options ), and everything felt casual, welcoming, and community-driven. If you're craving legit Vietnamese comfort food -- especially good pho with real flavor -- this one's worth the stop. I'll definitely be back.

My first experience was when my best friend door dashed me an order on my birthday when I was sick. Let me tell you the Phô hits the spot when you're not feeling well. I have stopped in two other times and both have been great experiences. The large Phô was more than enough to fill me up. (6'3", 250), added with a boba tea made my experience that much more enjoyable. Now, for those who are concerned about MSG, take the time to do a little research. It's about as rare as celiac disease.... Everyone claims to have it. Can it be an intolerance, sure as with anything, but our body uses sodium physiologically and the other part is an amino acid that naturally occurs as well. That amino acid is derived from vegetables. So I call BS, but whatever. Monosodium glutamate (MSG) and sodium chloride (NaCl, table salt) differ primarily in their chemical structure and sodium concentration. MSG is a salt of sodium and glutamic acid (an amino acid) containing ~12-14% sodium, while NaCl is a compound of sodium and chloride containing ~39-40% sodium. MSG provides umami taste, whereas NaCl provides saltiness.  Key Chemical Differences: Chemical Formula and Structure: NaCl: A simple ionic compound, with a cubic crystal structure. MSG: A salt of glutamic acid. (monosodium glutamate hydrate), which contains a sodium ion and a glutamate molecule. Sodium Content: MSG has roughly two-thirds less sodium by weight compared to table salt. Production/Source:NaCl: Obtained through mining or evaporation of seawater.MSG: Produced through the fermentation of starches, sugar beets, or sugarcane. Flavor Profile: NaCl provides a purely salty taste. MSG triggers the umami (savory) taste receptor, enhancing flavor without high sodium levels. Appearance: Both are white, crystalline, but MSG crystals are often longer/prismatic (like "mini snowflakes") while table salt is often granular or cubic.  Impact in Cooking:While both enhance flavor, they function differently. MSG adds savory depth (umami), while salt provides salinity. Due to lower sodium levels, MSG is sometimes used to reduce total sodium intake in food, providing savory flavor without excessive sodium.  So Newton Pho.... Keep serving up your yummy goodness. I appreciate it!!!

Everything was good besides the pork paste patty. It was possibly the worst grilled pork patty I've ever had. It was tough and lacked flavor. The pork chop was really good though. We took the banh mi to-go to eat on the plane. -- Pho Combo: good flavor. 4.5/5 -- Banh Mi Thit Nuong (grilled pork): the meat was tender and flavorful. No overwhelming lemongrass taste that I don't like. 4.5/5 - Pork Paste Spring Roll (Nem Nuong): Unfortunately, this was the same meat I didn't like in my rice platter. I did like that it was simple. Just lettuce and rice noodles. The sauce was good. 3/5 SERVICE: Fast enough and friendly. 5/5 FINAL THOUGHTS: I would come back and try other items. The food was pretty good and the price was fair.

It's not going to be the best you ever had in your life, and if you've been to Southern China, you're not going to be blown away. HOWEVER, it is the homemade taste that makes it good. It doesn't feel like any other restaurant, it feels like you are at somebody's house. Here's the thing, I came in expecting the usual Chinese food affair, but I left genuinely surprised and impressed. This restaurants specializes in Southern Chinese food, which is different from other regions. I am so happy this restaurant and its chains helps the cuisine gain exposure and adds depth to Chinese food in general. Even better, the menu is laid out in a way that it is easy to understand: gluten-free options, allergies, and spice level. The service was great. All though it isn't a "full" sit-down restaurant, everybody there seemed to know the menu well and was happy to be there. As a Cantonese person, it was nice hearing my language being spoken in the kitchen. The restaurant itself was immaculately clean and very modern. We came during early dinner time so the parking lot was near empty and easy to park. Overall, if you've never had Southern Chinese food or are looking for something more authentic than classic Chinese takeaway, definitely check out this location. The cherry on top are the big portion sizes and the price.
