We had both the chicken and the beef pho, bun with grilled pork, egg rolls and spring rolls, and would absolutely recommend every one of those dishes. The place is next to Harris Teeter and has a spacious layout. Everything that we had was amazing. I highly highly recommend getting the salt and pepper squid as an appetizer to share. No fault on him as it wasn't his job to take orders, but trying to place the order was a challenge. - Ordered a pickup order via phone, and when I arrived the first front door was locked. A guy cleaning a table was the only one working and he came to the door and greeted me with "what do you want?" -- unprofessional. Another time I arrived to pick up food and the woman at the register was sitting below the register on a personal phone call and I had to wait until she was finished to get my food. -Several times I've ordered a bahn mi and the bread was stale and very hard. The last time it was inedible. I have had a few more unpleasant experiences. I was willing to overlook it since it was a brand new place and thought they'd get their act together over time, but I haven't seen any improvement over time. read more

This was my first visit to Pho Saigon Pearl, and I will be returning for more! The space is inviting and spacious, with tall ceilings, cozy plants and a hypnotic fish aquarium tv screen. My wife and I ordered two dishes: #8 Saigon Pearl Fine Rice Vermicelli, and #44 Combo Seafood Pan Fried Egg Noodles #8 has a lot to choose from, including expertly marinated beef and house-made sausage to tuck into lettuce wraps with basil and cilantro. #44 featured sautéed seafood and vegetables over a bed of crispy noodles. The noodles add a nice crunchy texture to the dish, or you can push them into the sauce to make them softer. There is a lot more on the menu to choose from, but these two dishes had plenty of variety for the two of us. Service was prompt, friendly and we enjoyed a nice chat with the owner as we were leaving. I highly recommend this restaurant! Parking was easy and the location very easy to find. read more

I was hungry for Pho but i didn't want to get it delivered so this place was literally a 5min walk for me. As soon as i got here the first thing i noticed was the presentation and cleanliness of this place and all i can say I'm extremely impressed! It doesn't feel to overwhelming like your typical Vietnamese restaurant, so this feels like a improvement in my books. As soon as i received my pho i both observed its texture and broth. Especially the broth! The broth is "dirty" how i would put it which is extremely a higher quality and rich! Reason why i say that is because I've been eating pho ever since i was a child and continued to eat it till this very day, sampling different types of pho from different restaurant until i found the one that won my heart and soul. I just remembered at times when i had pho at a restaurant i questioned the broth because it was too clear and masked the flavor with cilantro. Come to find out that the person used chicken broth and a lot of cilantro vice your traditional way of making bone broth stew which is disheartening. So after years of sampling different types of pho as long as the broth doesn't look clear and "dirty" then you got yourself a legit pho here. I recommend this place to everyone who is a pho enthusiast as i am and just want a good hang out spot. I mean they have a 85 inch TV playing "Avatar the last Airbender" and "Best ever food review show" from youtube the times i visited with good audio and visuals, oh the nostalgia.
