    Shrimp and pork dumplings.
    Rich K.

Went again to this small, very friendly eatery on Wilson Blvd just off of Eden Center. I asked the proprietor to make the order for us and he didn't disappoint. My dinner buddy and I started off with shrimp and pork dumplings and pork satay appetizer. The dumplings exploded with flavor and the satay was expertly grilled, the vinegar sauce and peanut sauce added an extra touch to the pork. Then we dove into our mains. Crispy pork belly is a mainstay here. It comes with sautéed spinach and a little broccoli, so you can tell mama "yes I'm eating healthy!" Garlic bits just add to the umami. Really, the crunch makes it! It's my go to dish. The owner also recommended a beef broth soup. I poured mine over jasmine rice. Every mouthful was pure satisfaction. Four out of four outstanding dishes. Can't ask for much more. We'll definitely be back soon!

Been here in the past but ordered thru Uber Eats this time. The food is okay. Not great Thai food. Not as spicy or flavorful as Tara Thai or Thaisons. The thing missing was that wok hei and sweet dark soy sauce and Holy thai basil. Not having wok hei is a big problem! Needs more flavor in the food. What I am looking for in Thai food is salty, sweet, spicy, sour and umami all at once. Thai Time is lacking in this. Crab rangoon was good. Nicely filled with cream cheese and imitation crab meat. Nice sweet and sour dipping sauce to compliment the fried wonton. I want to like this place but its missing a lot from a top tier Thai restaurant.

Literally the spiciest food I've ever eaten. I ordered "medium" and this tastes INSANE. I can't even finish the food. My boyfriend who loves spicy food even thinks it's way hotter than a "medium" is supposed to be. Sad :( I understand people like spicy food but should come with a warning for us folks that cant handle it lol

Staff very polite. Greet me with a friendly smile. The lobby area was neat and clean. The Thai fried rice was amazing. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area to buy food from them again.

I'm a fan of going to "In The Cut" Restaurants. Clean & The team is awesome! I personally like my food to have a little burnt & crispy pieces (I know that's not a favorite choice). Everything was good but I highly recommend not to order the pearls in the boba... get the fruit jelly!

Eeks, not sure what happened, but the last few visits at Thai Time were just good and super inconsistent. We have always stuck to the Drunken Noodle, the Panang Curry, and the Pad Thai - the level of spiciness has been off (sometimes super mild or way too spicy); there have also been times where the dishes had that 'old dish rag' odor and taste to them, so not sure if the kitchen towels and the cutlery that are being used are not being washed appropriately, or the ingredients are not being cleaned well... Service has always been friendly and welcoming, and we are just disappointed that there is such inconsistency. Definitely a popular spot with the local residents, as there were many orders for carry-outs. Parking is available in the small strip plaza lot. +inconsistent quality in dishes +parking is available in the small strip plaza lot

Small business in a little strip mall. The interior of the restaurant is bright and cheerful. Put food was made quickly and we enjoyed fried dumplings, tofu with basil and chicken wings. The food was decent. The server was polite and kind. The portions were not overwhelming...this isn't a bad thing. The prices were very reasonable. It appears that most of their business is carry out. We were the only people dining in on a Tuesday night and there was a constant flow of phone and online orders coming in as we sat for dinner. The food was quickly served and in terms of flavor, not anything I'd say is authentic Thai. If you're looking for food at a reason price that is Thai-lite, this place might be the place for you. However if you're looking to Thai Thai food, then this is not the place.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Plus, there's a handy kiosk where you can order your meal. It's super convenient, and you get to browse through pictures of all the tasty options available!

I've only ordered delivery from here but it's been good both times! Their pad Thai is delicious and is a nice large portion. The crab rangoons are even better and filled well. I ordered the pad Thai at a medium spice level and honestly could take more spice. I've also tried their red curry with shrimp which was good too. This has become my go to Thai restaurant to order takeout!

Spot has always been great for take out. Staff is always very nice and food is always fresh and fast. I look forward to continuing to do take out and hope to come dine in at some point in the near future.

Seems to be a relatively new place near Eden Center and wanted to give it a try. It seems to be mostly a take-out/delivery place, but you can still dine-in like other restaurants, which I did. I ordered the Crying Tiger, Red Curry, and Thai Iced Tea. Rice came with the meat and curry dishes. The spicy fish sauce that comes with the Crying Tiger is so tasty that you have to dip the steak and the veggies in, giving the food a cilantro and fresh taste to them. There's some other spicy and distinct flavours in the sauce that I can't pinpoint at the top of my head but are awesome. The steak was good, although seemed like it was cooked a bit longer and chewy while also being a little crisp - however this may be how it's supposed to be cooked - I am not an expert with Thai food. The Red Curry wasn't spicy at all to me even though it was two peppers on the spice level, but definitely felt the spice so I knew it was there, even if I didn't really react to it. Good Curry regardless. The Thai iced tea was pretty standard like many Thai places and good as always, although the boba was more on the hard side and definitely was clogging my straw at times. It was time for me to rip off the lid and just pry out the boba myself with a fork after multiple attempts to get all of the boba so interpret that experience however way you will. Also, if you dine in they give you forks and knives so remember to ask for chopsticks if you need them because I didn't realize there weren't chopsticks until mid-way through the meal and felt like something was off for me personally lol. I was like why am I eating Thai food without chopsticks... guess the food was too bomb it distracted me. LOL Overall, the food is great for the price range! (~$10 a dish). The food looks like a little, but I think the portions are filling for what you get. To describe the quality, I'd say it's great take-out food in terms of taste for the price. My dine-in experience was nice with the employees accommodating for us and getting us whatever we needed, but I definitely see why it's popular food for take-out opposed to dining in. It gets Thai food done fast and tastes great, however don't expect the food to be really fancy, very seasoned, or super decorated with many flavours and textures like a Thai restaurant that's more suited for the dine-in experience with higher prices and more options on the menu. I would definitely come here again if I need to satisfy my Thai cravings ASAP! I'd dine-in again too given I'm free. There wasn't many people dining in on the weekdays, so you could probably find a seat - it seems most people come in to pick up and go anyways. They also have a 15% off for any dine-in or take out purchase over $20 so use that until the end of 2021! They say the deal on the physical menus too so I just showed the employee the deal on the menu to get the discount.

On our second visit, the papaya salad was a letdown, with barely any beef jerky, and the dish felt so unpolished I could probably make a better version at home. We ordered two drinks: lychee tea and volcano mango. The lychee tea was nothing special, and the volcano mango was supposed to come with a seasoned mango and tajín eatable "straw", but we got a regular one instead. When we asked about it, the staff just said they'd run out. No apology, no heads up until we asked. It felt dismissive. The staff seemed inexperienced overall. I initially assumed this was a self kiosk ordering kind of place, but the second visit made it feel more like a sit down restaurant. Either way, no one checked in beyond taking our order and dropping off the food, so it never felt like a full dining experience. Parking is easy, since it's a combined restaurant and tea shop. I don't think I'll be back.

They have a huge selection of drinks, all based on their freshly made sugarcane juice. It was delightful -- not too sweet, with notes of honey and an almost floral-like flavor. At $7 a cup, it was definitely pricey, but pretty reasonable for the area as I've also seen plenty of cafes and boba shops charge similar prices for lower quality drinks. The staff was super friendly, and I love that they had one of their juicing machines right next to the register. It was really fun to watch them work, and the machine spit out all the extra sugar cane skins / peelings into a giant wooden bucket that you could take from. I ordered two to-go chè ba màu (three-color desserts) and clearly asked multiple times for the shaved ice to be packed separately. The employee nodded, indicating she understood. When I got to my car and checked my order, there was no ice. So, in the July heat, I walked back inside and politely explained that my order was missing the ice. Instead of checking, the employee repeatedly insisted, "The ice is in the bag." I replied several times, "I already checked. There is no ice. Please give me my ice." She continued insisting it was there, as though I was trying to scam the restaurant out of ten cents' worth of ice. After several rounds of back-and-forth, another employee walked over... carrying a bag of ice. So yes, the ice had been forgotten all along. Instead of simply apologizing and handing me a replacement, they chose to argue with a paying customer over something that probably costs them pennies. They never say "I'm so sorry here's your ice and for your inconvenience pls accept our apologies and take this extra dessert, our complement for messing up the order". The restaurant itself feels chaotic. Their numbering and communication system between the order taker and the cashier clearly needs improvement. Whatever special instructions you give when ordering, you'd better repeat them again at the register or better yet, inspect your order before leaving. The problem is that the checkout area is so hectic that you almost feel rushed to move along. In my case, I felt like I was getting dirty looks for taking too long to verify my order worth over $60 so I checked it in my car instead which is how I discovered the missing ice. The disappointing part is that the food is outstanding. The chè was excellent, and that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Good food can bring customers in the door. Good customer service is what brings them back.
