Phở - Tái, Chín, Gàu, Gân, Sách: The broth wasn't as deep or clear as the Philadelphia branch's, and it lacked a bit of umami and sweetness. The beef was slightly overcooked, lacking the chewy texture of raw beef. However, the rice noodles were still bouncy. Overall, it was just okay, not worth waiting in line for almost half an hour. Chè Báp: Simple but incredibly delicious! The coconut milk was rich, fragrant, and sweet, but not too sweet; the corn pudding was thick and fragrant, and you could even taste the corn kernels.
