Always a perfect meal. It does not offer great ambiance, but it more than makes up with a simple, enjoyable and delicious meal.

Pho 75 has been one of my quiet local favorites for about 10 years. My order is basically automatic at this point: #4 large with another 3 or 4 sides of meat. It comes out fast, piping hot and filling, and probably 80% of the time they absolutely knock it out of the park with the broth and meats. Every once in a while, especially when they're slammed, I'll get a faint dish-soap-like note in the bowl, but thankfully that's the exception. The biggest headache is the line. It's basically first-in, first-seated based on whatever table happens to open up, so during a rush it can feel completely unorganized. And don't be intimidated by the abrupt "what do you want?" ordering style. These guys are good people, and the cashier/manager is one of the best. I always tip here because watching the staff carry and clear those scorching bowls all day looks like some kind of iron-fist competition. They've also always been accommodating when I bring young kids, including the inevitable mess. Go with friends, but go early. Right around opening at 10 or in that lull between lunch and dinner is my move if I can manage it. Best Pho in all of NOVA FIGHT MEEEEE on it. It's SO GOOD. Cash only and I actually love their borderline rude demeanor. I'll say if you're a regular and thank them-- make the main guy laugh who seats people laughs he'll remember you and give you a smile . I appreciate the efficiency. The broth is SO GOOD. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick! Since I am pregnant, I currently can't stand onions or cilantro, so I asked the waiter to leave those out. I have never seen my pho look so plain! As a SoCal native and pho connoisseur I am quite picky and I have to say this spot does hit the spot. The broth is flavorful yet is not oily. Their meats is soft and not fatty. Pho may take awhile to come out depending on how busy they are. We experienced it when they weren't super busy but as we sat they started to and then eventually there was a line waiting for a table. They are really efficient. Everyone has an assigned task. As I sat there and observed the room, there is someone to seat you, another to bring drinks to you, another to bring the food out, and another to clean the tables. The tables and utensils were very clean. They have a wall full of awards. So, I knew I was going to be in for a treat. My family of 4 was super satisfied with our bowl of pho. Didn't realize how popular this spot was!!! Restaurant was FULL and there will most likely be a line. A heads-up that this spot is CASH ONLY, and parking can be full and hectic on weekends, peak hours. Ambiance was very busy, lots of people and conversation going, and possibility that you might have to sit with other people in the bigger tables. Do expect a bit of a wait for your food. I usually order the vermicelli or rice dishes when I'm at a Vietnamese restaurant, but I had to check out what the hype around their pho was! Their broth was very clear, aromatic, and flavorful than most places we've been to, and in my opinion, their rice noodles were well cooked. We found our favorite Pho spot in Rosslyn. They also have another location nearby in Falls Church and one further out in Hyattsville. They have a small lot and some street parking. On Friday nights, the line to get inside is out the door 20 deep. They only accept cash, so come prepared. This place has the most reasonable price for delicious and decent portions of Pho. The menu is simple, 17 choices of pho with one option for chicken noodle soup. Here, a large bowl is under $12. The broth is delicious, and the ingredients is fresh. My rare beef was thinly sliced and tasteful meat, the noodles cooked right and most importantly, the broth was meaty and clean tasting, not overtly sweet. Make sure you have cash with you, because when I went there, I quickly realized that I should not have expected to be catered to or treated with basic courtesy. When I paid with cash, the short male employee was extremely aggressive with me. He snatched the money from my hand and then tossed my change back at me whether it was bills or coins instead of simply handing it to me respectfully. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful. I have never understood why someone would treat a paying customer that way.
