I was out for a walk the other day and came across Pho Xpress and suddenly I knew what I was having for dinner! Sadly they were already out of pho (must be popular!) so I got a banh mi and Thai tea instead. The banh mi was loaded with toppings and very flavorful but the sauce on it made my sandwich a little soggy by the time I got it home. Not a deal breaker by any means, but something to keep in mind if you're taking it to go. Thai tea was sweet but good - the boba were premade crystal boba (as opposed to fresh tapioca pearls) which I think may have added to the sweetness so I'd probably skip them next time and just get the tea.

I'm totally hooked! This food truck has really great pho (the broth is amazing and they don't skimp on meat - my standard is Pho 75) and the banh mi is to die for. I tried the banhmi xpress and the sesame beef sandwiches so far and it's 10/10. I love the Thai boba tea and my bf slurps down the sea salt cream coffee boba. I like that they're already a community establishment with their nail salon, and the food truck is conveniently parked out front of Bliss Nail Lounge! In my regular rotation for sure since they're quick to turn around my order.

We were in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat. Banh mi sounded really good. Walked to the Cute xpress trailer in front of Bliss Nail Salon. Looks super clean. Mother son duo. Banh mi was so good. I got the Xpress Banh mi. Bread is warm soft crunchy and filling was perfect. Service was great and fast. Definitely recommend.

The food here was very good for the price range that they offered, I recommend getting the Pho, as it's there signature dish. I definitely plan on coming here again when I have the chance!

Shrimp and pork summer rolls with peanut sauces

I love this place. (Vietnamese food trailer) They are recently open located on Wilson blvd. Their price are very decent and food are delicious. Everything tastes so fresh. You can order ahead and pick up or just stop by anything time. But they are close on tuesday. They have pho, banh mi, and some boba drinks. (Crystal boba is must!!!)

I had an incredible bowl of pho from this spot! I come to Arlington on Saturdays, and I think this will be my new lunch spot. I'm a bit particular about food quality, but this pho and its flavor impressed me. The service was also great and efficient. I highly recommend coming here.

Okay bear with me for a long review. I am passionate for this because I've been on a hunt for some…read more Pho and their mango sticky rice is good too! (fair warning they do sprinkle some peanuts on there, look out, if you are allergic)! In case you don't want to read the whole thing: 10/10 pho. The portion is so worth it! The flavor is amazing and so hearty yet refreshing. Also I am 99% sure my food came within minutes of ordering because I did not even get the chance to open my book. The way I rate pho, are two things, one, the noodles, and two, the broth's flavor. Noodles: Because nothing hurts more than a yummy broth with some overcooked noodles that breaks when you try to eat them. Pho Saigon Pearl is doing it right, their noodles are perfectly cooked, you can pick them up and they're not clumpy, they don't fall apart (literally God Bless) Broth: bone broth is soooo good for your overall health and every time when I am feeling slightly under the weather, I look for a good ole pho place for some yummy broth. No one wants flavorless and greasy broth, and it's awkward to ask for salt, but LET ME TELL YOU GIRLLLLLL THE BROTH (fantastic give me 14 of em) it is sooooo perfectly seasoned, it is perfectly salty and gives you that beautiful completed flavor of meat and veggies. The ambiance is nice, lots of lighting, clean interior and spacious set up. Overall: 10/10 would recommend. Literally kisses all around because I already feel better I CANNOT wait to come back again!

Placed my order to go...clean spacious and wasn't crowded at all. I ordered the veggie pho, with a side of summer rolls and fried veggie spring rolls. The summer roll was delicious! Staff was welcoming and friendly...unfortunately I didn't feel like eating my soup when I got home so hopefully the hubs will have at it and let me know how it is.... Looks delicious! Full of yummy colorful veggies. Anyhoo- Happy Yelping!

The seating inside is pretty spacious, for a Wednesday night it wasn't too crowded so we were able to get a table relatively easily. This time I went with my vegetarian friend and I think it might have become her new favorite spot. First thing she said when I came in was "there's so many options" when usually it's what can I eat? With a full vegetarian menu, it's a great spot for those who like an Asian cuisine but suffer from the oh it's not vegetarian. Luckily the whole menu is vegetarian. The waiter/server also said they are doing great and planning on opening a second location in Chantilly soon! We ordered the vegan clam dip, shaky beef, and the fish (vegan) soup. Delicious food all around, I always prefer the clam dip and shaky beef. Really good flavors and a great combination. We definitely ordered too much food, so I would say if it's just two, two dishes is enough. Shaky beef was a little different this time around but still good flavor and you can taste that it's vegetarian or some other meat, but it's pretty darn close to beef. The flavors in the sauce and other bell peppers and onions elevate the flavor profile. The fish soup was a new dish, and definitely had a fish flavor but was a little overpowered by the tomatoe. I probably wouldn't go with that one again, but the others were still amazing.

Hoang Viet Restaurant can be hard to spot, as it's inside one of the little indoor shopping complexes in the corner of the broader Eden Center complex, right across the street from Happy Lamb Hot Pot. However, if you are lucky enough to find this shop, prepare to be wowed with some of the best and most authentic Hue cooking in the DMV. This no-frills restaurant centers on Central / Northern Vietnam, with a particular focus on Bun Bo Hue, a super flavorful spicy beef and pork noodle soup with a rich, spicy broth and tons of mix-ins. I'm still dreaming about their bun rieu, a beautiful crab and shrimp noodle soup that comes with a generous helping of chewy rice noodles, tender and juicy shrimp, and a deeply flavorful, slightly spicy, and slightly sour and tangy broth made with tomatoes and crab. It comes topped with fresh scallions and green onions, as well as a few fried onions for a bit of crunch. The service is efficient and friendly, and the food comes out incredibly quickly. When you're done eating, you can walk up to the cashier to pay.

Service was ok. We don't speak Vietnamese but that would have been helpful. It was still ok though. They try to be helpful! Next time I need to try their sizzling beef plate that all the others are chiming in about. But I really enjoyed my vermicelli combo bowl and the pho. Parking can be challenging on the weekends no matter what time of day you come so save time for that.

Tried hitting up the Eden Ctr (corner) ATM, but all I had was a digital wallet ATM card which isn't accepted at that particular machine. My wife was craving for specific dishes and when she found out that these dishes were available here, we came through. We ordered a couple of swai fish dishes along with the soup. They were all tasty, well seasoned and authentic. I think the soup was just a tad too sweet, but I also think whenever I have had it before it was sweet too. It's just the composition of the soup, so no faults there. The restaurant was busy, there's a good amount of seating, but I do say once it gets warmer here I could see it getting really busy. On top of that, I don't know if they have AC or if they just decided not to have it on. Biggest takeaway is: Have Cash. They also have Zelle though if you don't have it.
