Another yelper said this was organized chaos. Thats a perfect description. You will stand in a long line in front and the employees will look at you, confirm your people, and point to chair. That being said, the line MOVES QUICK. Do be don't be deterred if the line looks big. Also, get ready to get comfy because Pho 75 has a family style type of sitting arrangement (you may sit next to some potentially new friends). The menu is small consisting of almost entirely different types of beef pho (there is a chicken option). When you order, the food comes VERY fast. The pho has a lot of flavor, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the beef is tender. I had to get another side order of brisket to help with the beef to broth ratio (I got the large). Even with my addition, my soup came out to $15. When you're done eating you just walk to the register to pay without a bill. Some how they know exactly what you got. I love it . Best pho in DMV. I'm super particular about my pho, but the pho here was flavorful and yet not super rich/greasy-- the perfect balance. I walk in and I'm immediately greeted by my waiter who points to me at my table. There's a lot of tables but the decoration is very minimal. There's a wall of awards but do you really need anything else to stare out? You know you're here for good food the minute you walk in. I take a quick glance at the menu; I already know what I want because I eat at the other location already. My go to? A large bowl of Pho with Brisket & Meatballs. Can't go wrong with it. The broth? It's clean for sure. A lot cleaner than most Pho places I have been to. If there's anything to say about the Pho 75 locations, it's the consistency of the soup that keeps me coming back. Very hearty. You get your moneys worth for sure. I mean, hell 11 bucks in Arlington for a large bowl + toppings of your choice? That's a pretty good deal right there. I'm going to be honest, but once again I don't come here for the service. Other reviews state that the servers aren't the kindest, well yeah there's a culture difference here. However I will state, when my bowl of Pho came out I didn't get meatballs so I flagged my server down to order more. I think it's intimidating for others if you aren't used to dining in Asian establishments, this is common overseas and it may be off putting for others. Pho is like home to me. Heard many things about this gem so decided to pop in to warm me up on this cold day! As the other reviews state, there's a line, but the line moves very quickly. We stood in line for about five minutes. Customer service is mid; nothing to write home about, but it gets the job done. I ordered the number one and an iced coffee. My wife ordered the number 12. The iced coffee was so delicious. As far as the Pho goes, while the broth was good, that was pretty much it. I wasn't as blown away as others have stated Pho makes them. I've been coming here for a few years now on the regular and it's time to give a review. Food: the pho is a 5 and that is the only 5 star category they got. The staff is unfriendly, all they care about is your money, getting you in and out! That is it. Sit down and eat your pho and leave. When I was ordering yesterday I told the server I wanted the number 4 but without two things and instead of listening to me he just kept saying "what do you want, what do you want?" It was so annoying. Bathroom: the bathroom is gross. Ambiance: ambiance is a 2 or 3. It gets really stuffy in there especially in the summer. Lighting isn't very good either. Paying the bill: a 1. It is post Covid 2024 and you guys still expect everyone to carry cash? Nobody carries cash anymore, a lot of people only carry a phone. Get with the times! I honestly don't understand why there is a line at this place. I guess people don't really know good food. Try Mele Bistro instead, amazing food and outstanding service, same plaza.
