Got the pho tai - I get the hype it's a solid pho place! But they had a different hoisin and had no appetizers so can't say it was my absolute favorite!

I usually go to the Pho 75 in Falls Church, but I visited the Rosslyn location for the second time after attending church nearby. We waited for about ten minutes before being seated. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick! Since I am pregnant, I currently can't stand onions or cilantro, so I asked the waiter to leave those out. I have never seen my pho look so plain! It was delicious nonetheless. I also asked for the mung bean sprouts to be steamed, and they were happy to accomodate!

Last month I had an amazing meal at Pho 75 in Philadelphia. This is the original location, very famous and always packed, but personally, I thought it wasn't as good as the Philadelphia branch. Phở - Tái, Chín, Gàu, Gân, Sách: The broth wasn't as deep or clear as the Philadelphia branch's, and it lacked a bit of umami and sweetness. The beef was slightly overcooked, lacking the chewy texture of raw beef. However, the rice noodles were still bouncy. Overall, it was just okay, not worth waiting in line for almost half an hour. Chè Báp: Simple but incredibly delicious! The coconut milk was rich, fragrant, and sweet, but not too sweet; the corn pudding was thick and fragrant, and you could even taste the corn kernels. As a Cantonese, I felt genuinely familiar and comfortable with this culinary skill of highlighting the natural sweetness of the ingredients.

Didn't realize how popular this spot was!!! Restaurant was FULL and there will most likely be a line. A heads-up that this spot is CASH ONLY, and parking can be full and hectic on weekends, peak hours. Ambiance was very busy, lots of people and conversation going, and possibility that you might have to sit with other people in the bigger tables. Do expect a bit of a wait for your food. I usually order the vermicelli or rice dishes when I'm at a Vietnamese restaurant, but I had to check out what the hype around their pho was! Their broth was very clear, aromatic, and flavorful than most places we've been to, and in my opinion, their rice noodles were well cooked. My partner also tried their iced lemon tea, which he said was very refreshing, pure lemon and black tea, no sugar :)

As a SoCal native and pho connoisseur I am quite picky and I have to say this spot does hit the spot. The broth is flavorful yet is not oily. Their meats is soft and not fatty. Pho may take awhile to come out depending on how busy they are. We experienced it when they weren't super busy but as we sat they started to and then eventually there was a line waiting for a table. They are really efficient. Everyone has an assigned task. As I sat there and observed the room, there is someone to seat you, another to bring drinks to you, another to bring the food out, and another to clean the tables. The tables and utensils were very clean. They have a wall full of awards. So, I knew I was going to be in for a treat. My family of 4 was super satisfied with our bowl of pho. My daughter even asked if we could come back another day during our stay in VA. Two thumbs up from this Yelper/Foodie! I definitely would come back when I visit Arlington again. Ordered: #12 Pho Tai Chin - Bowls are small so if you want to have your kids share, I suggest getting two bowls as there aren't that much noodles. Dessert #4 Suong Sa Hot Luu #1 Ca Phe Den Tips: *Free shared parking with other businesses. *Cash only. *Restroom available for customers. *Indoor seating only. *Staff speaks English and Vietnamese.

Great food for great prices. You get huge portion sizes. Just know when you come that this place will be PACKED! We had to wait for a table on a Monday night, I was so surprised at how popular this place is! Our food came out fast and hot. Tasted really delicious. I wish the service was more kind because it is pretty abrasive and transactional. So totally fine to come here to get out of the house, but don't expect any small talk, warmth or water refills

*CASH ONLY* Depending on what time you come you may have to wait in line (so if you're not willing to wait this isn't the spot for you). The pho broth is LEGIT and $3 for extra meat (a lot of meat at that) such a deal. This may be the BEST pho in the area. This is a no frill dining dining experience. The waiters are in and out to fulfill your order.

Cash only Pho spot in Rosslyn that is regarded as THE BEST PHO in town by some... Disclaimer - the picture is not of inside Pho 75. I got takeout but I have dined in several times and the service is immaculate. I usually order one of the combination meats. I am from Pakistan, so I have no idea what authentic Pho tastes like. However, I have had Pho in Oklahoma, I have had it in Texas, I have had Pho in Boston and in New York. Out of all these places this one is my favorite and the line outside the door speaks for itself. Whenever I come here there is a line and a really long one in the evening. People wait in the COLD to eat this PHO. This means it is a busy place and IT IS GOOD! 5/5 get over there!

Still our place for pho. We used to see a guy that was constantly angry / yelling at customers when taking orders, but I haven't seen him. I think business is doing great without that guy. The other guy that takes orders has a more gentle demeanor and voice. He's great. Large #7 has been my current go-to for the last 3 years. It's the right amount of meat, broth, and soup; if you don't like tendon, but like tripe give this one a shot. Broth is usually perfect around the dinner rush and when it's cold outside. Just be wary that there may be a line at that time.

A solid bowl of pho with no bells and whistles for a good price in the DMV area. Homey, classy and simple. After your night out or a long vacation and you want that piping hot bowl of pho - this should be your go to spot. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I would go out of my way to come to this spot, plenty of free parking in front of the store! The house made beef meatballs were a little softer than I would like and I wish it was a little more meaty but the effort is much appreciated over using store-bought I would agree with the reviews of the service but the pushyness to order quickly/lack of smiles didn't affect my meal at all.

Does Pho 75 need another review? Probably not but I was impressed after coming here with my family for the first time in 15+ years. Since then pho has become much more expensive and accepted. Was Xmas even and there were lines. Relatively cheaper due to cash only. Pho and only pho. Was very delicious. Mix of locals and likely tourists or out of towners. Kudos for being a local institution. You will most likely be sharing a table as you slurp your pho.

We returned to this pho place after about a year, and it was even better than I remembered. Both the noodles and the meat were cooked perfectly. Definitely worth the 1.5-hour drive :)

    Do they have outdoor seating?

    They Don't

    Do they deliver?

They dont do delivery unfortunately. But pick-up is available

Not open on a 8pm on Monday? Anyone know updated hours?

    1-1-22 They are open 7 days/wk from 10am-9pm. Hope this helps :)

    Is the pho gluten free?

Yes! Celiacs can eat here comfortably (don't use the hoisin sauce though)

Are there any gluten free options here? Or completely vegetarian options?

The pho is made with rice noodles which are usually gluten free. The "vegetarian" option is a bowl without meat. The Rockville location has a vegetarian option that comes with vegetarian broth and vegetables.

Are there vegetarian options? Can't tell from the pics of the menu.

I would second that with Sara. The broth is definitely meat based whether you get the beef or chicken. Take it from a Vietnamese person lol. I don't know if vegetarians are allowed to eat meat based broths but pho broth is usually made from oxtail,…

Food came out as it was ready. The teas were ok, the Passionfruit was the best. The soup dumplings were disappointing. You can't avoid them breaking but there was hardly any meat, was lukewarm, and mostly fat. The Tiger Signature and Pork Chive dumplings were better, but not too much flavor. The amount of filling in there were ok. The Shu Mai and the Crystal Shrimp Dumplings were solid, not too bad at all. The Cucumber were refreshing and also a little spicy. The Scallion Pancakes were fine, nothing special. Food was ok overall. The staff is nice but it seems that they were a little slammed despite the restaurant not being too full. I wasn't happy when the hostess tried that stupid restaurant trick where they try to seat you at the worst and smallest table (which did not have an umbrella) when most of the other tables are available. But I insisted on, and received, a better table. For a starter we ordered the Pok Pok wings, hoping that they were like the amazing and wonderful Pok Pok wings that were at the now long-gone Andy Ricker Pok Pok restaurants in Portland, OR. Hawker's Pok Pok chicken wings were not like the Portland Pok Pok wings but nonetheless, Hawker's Pok Pok (party) wings were excellent. We loved the flavors and the crispy battered texture. We also ordered the Crispy Wontons. These gingery babies were pleasantly plump. For an entrée, JP ordered the lamb udon and thought it was delicious. I ordered the chicken and shrimp Phad Thai. It also was tasty, perhaps a little on the spicy hot side. Lastly, I ordered a pork belly bun (the order comes with two steamed buns). These came with mustard greens. I thought the buns were just okay. The steamed buns should've been more fluffy and the five spice seasoning on the pork was pretty overwhelming. But yet, considering that service was decent and there's enough good stuff on the menu, we will be back.

I think, after being twice, that the AYCE is not as worth it for me personally because I'm not a big eater, but it's totally worth it if you want a lot of variety and you have a good appetite. I really liked the rolls in particular. The service was excellent- it was a nice balance of coming over once in a while to ask how we were doing without coming over too much. The set- up and the ambiance is very comfortable and sleek/modern with the main sushi chefs in the middle and the tables around them. The tables have waiters and a tablet at the table like most hot pot/kbbq places and you can order everything off of there. I have only been here once and wanted to try to low tier without going "all in" on the top tier option of diamond without knowing how the basics would taste. Let me say if the bottom tier was as good as it was, I'm excited to come back to try the next tier! Anyway, the basic tier already comes with a lot of sushi options and should be enough for those who are craving just sushi. All of the cuts of nigiri was great, all tender with great flavor, but what stood out to me the most was actually the yellowtail, super buttery and great flavor. The eel was also a top choice! All the rolls were good basic to the fancier ones, I would say that most of the bang for the buck would be the nigiri. The rolls are good but a little too much rice for me personally. The appetizers, didn't spend too much time on them but the chicken karaage was solid and the seaweed salad was my two favorite. Overall, super solid for the price and I'd totally want to go again to try more of their options! 100% recommend!

Hayden was our server, and he showed exemplary hospitality skills. He made us feel welcome, checked in on us frequently without feeling overbearing, and made sure we knew the AYCE menu is double-sided. Speaking of, the AYCE is such a great deal! I used to live in Vegas, where AYCE sushi is very common. Unfortunately, for most of them, since the focus is on quantity, the quality suffers. This is not the case for Toryumon! Maybe it's because it isn't strictly an AYCE place. You can absolutely order items a-la-carte from their regular menu (as I had done previously for take-out). The items are exactly the same whether you order from the regular menu or the AYCE. Same quality, and, this is important, same size! Yes, you will receive a FULL-SIZED bowl of ramen if you order it from the AYCE menu. Not all of the menu items have descriptions, and I was surprised by some of them (not in a bad way, just wasn't what I was expecting), such as: The avocado salad. I was expecting it to be cubes/chunks of avocado tossed with a dressing. What came out was a lettuce salad with sliced avocado on top. The dressing was good, slightly sweet. It was a good salad, just not at all what I was expecting. The sweet potato sushi roll is served warm, the sweet potato is deep fried, and there is eel sauce on top. The sweet potato rolls I had other places were not fried, and served cold. I really enjoyed this one! Everything seemed very fresh, not a hint of wilting greens or brown avocado to be seen! I am so grateful to live right down the road from this amazing establishment. If you enjoy ramen, sushi, and other Japanese items, def give them a try! There are bathrooms available for guests. What my stars mean: 5 is outstanding, memorable, a place to write home about! A must-experience. Someplace I would love to recommend to tourists, and visit myself again and again. 4 is great, somewhere I'd love to return again and again. Back-up recommendation for tourists. 3 is good. A solid option if I am in the area. I may recommend to locals, but would probably leave it off my list of recommendations for tourists. 2 is ok, but only because it a great value, unique, and/or convenient. 1 means I would not return.
