Everything came out piping hot and freshly made, best food to have with the cold weather. Because of our group size, there was a 20% charge for a large party, which caught us a little by surprise, but the staff kindly let us know it would count toward the tip. We all thought large groups were 8+ but it's ok. Just first time experiencing it with 6 people. Service was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. I love the ambiance here, so pretty, especially their decor. Overall, a delicious and satisfying dining experience. We'll definitely be returning again in the future!

We were also thrown off by the spice trays they bring out. It wasn't very clear whether you are supposed to order a certain spice level, or if it's a create your own spice level. We recently visited friends in Lexington and decided to try this pho restaurant based on its proximity and decent reviews. My boyfriend and I travel across the country and love exploring new food spots--especially pho restaurants for me. Unfortunately, this experience was a big letdown. I ordered the medium combo pho, and what I received was shocking: a tiny bowl, easily what most places would consider a kid's size, with just two small pieces of meatball and five thin slices of meat. For almost $14, this was incredibly disappointing. We also ordered the veggie egg rolls, which consisted of four super skinny rolls priced around $5-$6. Not much better. My boyfriend opted for the seafood curry. What arrived, however, was not curry by any definition--more like a watered-down soup resembling Tom Yum. As someone who is Thai, I understand the differences between Thai and other curries, but this was nowhere close. When we pointed this out, the owner defensively insisted it was curry. After about five minutes of back-and-forth, they reluctantly took it back but not before making us feel pressured to just accept it. To top it off, we overheard them making rude comments as they walked away. The service was just as disappointing. No one refilled our water or checked on us throughout the meal. After I paid, the owner hovered nearby, pretending to walk away but clearly watching me sign the receipt. The moment I finished, he snatched the tab and immediately checked the tip line--an unnecessary and uncomfortable gesture. Overall, this place is grossly overpriced with mediocre food, tiny portions, and terrible customer service. I've never been so let down by a Vietnamese restaurant. Definitely not a place I'd recommend or return to. read more

I guess without many options, the food here is decent enough. I gave this place a try almost six years ago, but the food here hasn't improved one bit. The broth is way too sweet. This is one of our favorite restaurant to visit. The pho here are delicious! Recently we found one of our favorite soup to eat during the winter time- spicy bo hue soup- it's a rich mildly spicy rice noodle soup. I also love their Vietnamese spring rolls!! They peanut sauce is good. read more
