Cute little place in Downtown Winchester owned by a very sweet lady. My family came here yesterday to try Pho for the first time. My husband ended up getting the pork belly sandwich and enjoyed it. My daughter got the absolutely massive pineapple fried rice and I tried the brisket Pho. The food was good, the portions were massive and the service was great. Amy's is a great atmosphere with excellent food. The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. They made sure to answer any questions and make recommendations. The owner - Amy - is so nice and welcoming. The prices are in line with typical Asian restaurants. We ordered the pad Thai and the pho. While the pad Thai dish was very good it was different from what we expected and wasn't quite as spicy. This would be a great option for someone who likes more mild flavors. When we were chatting with Amy we found out about the chili oil and we intend to add a bit to our dish next time. This version did not contain peanuts. I got the short rib pho and the meat was tender and the broth was flavorful. I will be back for more pho!! read more

I decided that I needed to get out and experience a new restaurant in town. I decided upon Amy's Asian Kitchen. I absolutely love this place!!!! Her friendly character shines through the food as well. The pork belly sandwich, the egg rolls, and the chicken fried rice are all amazing! Perfectly spiced, and layered flavors made this one of the happiest finds in Winchester. I will be a regular here from now on! I can't wait to try the other offerings on the menu. Amy's Asian is a solid local staple for our family. We frequent the restaurant and have catered events with food from Amy's. The staff are always welcoming and extremely personable. Amy always goes out of her way to make her customers feel special. The food is always on point too! Please treat yourself to some of Amy's pork butt. It is incredible! She also serves the best spring rolls with her signature peanut sauce which is absolutely delectable. Overpriced for average/below average food. My niece's fries were clearly freezer burnt and thrown in an oven from a frozen bag. The pho was underwhelming and tasted like cinnamon (?). I love Amy's Asian Kitchen, Amy's food is fresh and delicious. My latest favorite is the Pineapple fried rice, it is rich and flavorfull and is served in a carmalized half pineapple. The restaurant is spotless and Amy and her staff make everyone feel welcome. I love how Amy is also sharing her culture and bringing new events and ideas to Winchester. I had a great time sitting outside and enjoying Saigon nights, fresh cocktails and grilled seafood and veges, it reminded me of sitting outside my favorite New York neighborhood spots in the summer. read more

I ordered a nice bowl at lunch. The meat and tiny spring roll was so fresh and delicious. However, it was so small, I was left hungry. Two thirds of the bowl was simply chopped iceberg lettuce. I was so disappointed. I had to ask for dressing so I could at least eat that. I left as hungry as I came in.plus, I live two doors down. They rarely have customers. They spend their time smoking and drinking cocktails outside. Like they don't have a care in the world. I believe their restaurant is a front for something. What, who knows? We came in for lunch today because we wanted to try this new spot that just opened up. First thing was they didnt have any ac and its like 85 degrees out today so it was pretty hot. They gave us a fan and said they were trying to fix it so it was totally not their fault but it was pretty steamy in there. I came with my mom and my boyfriend. My mom got the chicken pad thai, my boyfriend got shrimp pad thai, and I got tofu pad thai and okra. And we all got flan to share as dessert. The tofu was really good, i just wish it wasnt so hot in there because eating all that hot food was pretty hard. The okra was really good and the flan was really good but the noodles in the pad thai and the sauce were just ok. My mom said she got barely any chicken in hers and my boyfriend said he got like 5 little pieces of shrimp. It costed 74 dollars for the 3 of us which is quite a bit so def not the cheapest. Although it was quite a bit of food. The service was good everyone was nice. It was just really hot and the pad thai wasnt anything crazy to wow me. They also handed us menus when we walked in but they then told us they didnt have anything that was on the menu available only the specials. I really wanted to try some of the stuff on the menu as the specials were pretty limited. read more

First visit for my wife and I. Ordered two spring rolls to share. The wife ordered the pork sandwich. I ordered the Pho Combo with round-eye beef. We waited 45 minutes for the spring rolls. They were cold and slimy with undercooked pork. The wife's pork sandwich looked like bologna with no condiments. She said it had no flavor at all, so she only ate the bread. My pho beef/soup was totally flavorless and unappetizing. I pulled out the beef and used some "bbq sauce" (looked and tasted like ketchup) for flavoring. Left the entire bowl of soup full, and left the pickled noodles side. Very dissatisfying meal. $50 with a 15% tip. Amy, the server, seemed nice. read more
