This family-run Vietnamese spot serves rich and affordable (for today's standards) pho. The broth is deeply flavorful without being salty. The warm service makes you feel like a guest in their home. I noticed a lot of returning patrons which is a great sign of a local staple. Note: there is a $1.00 fee for takeout orders and 3% surcharge for credit card payments.

I really wanted broken rice combo plate, and I thought I was gonna get it from this restaurant based on the menu pictures that were posted on Google Maps. However, the restaurant server on that day (10/23/2025) informed me that their special broken rice combo dish didn't have certain components in the dish that would make it complete. So I had to switch over to Pho because other reviews also praised the soup as well. I had to admit that the Pho here is really good. You know how usually when you eat Pho, the broth isn't very flavorful but always seems like there's too much water being added to the mix? Well, it ain't here at Pho Saigon. You'll enjoy and appreciate this during your hangover or rainy weather fix. I had to knock 1 star off because I couldn't exactly order the rice dish that I originally came in for and the restaurant didn't have enough ingredients to make the dish anyway.

This place deserves a Michelin star! Like seriously 10's across the board. The man that was working who I think might be the owner was more than just welcoming, he really made my morning. I'm coming off of food poisoning and just needed some good soup! He greeted us with so much respect! The ambiance of the place was really well kept, even though he was the only person I noticed working he was on top of everything with everyone coming in, taking their orders, bringing their food, etc. Just honestly well done!!!!!

The restaurant was spacious and cozy! There was only one person tending to my party the entire time so the wait time for everything was slightly longer but he was so kind to us. He did say that the place gets busy on the weekend so just be aware of the timing if you did decide to go during that time. The portions are very generous for the price and I could see myself making this my go to viet spot! 25. Rice Stick W/ combo shrimps, pork skewers, egg rolls: 10/10 everything in this bowl was so flavorful! The nuoc mam was a great addition to everything too, I feel like this a well balanced bowl 11. Small Rice Noodle W/ Rare Steak, Well Done Flank, Tendon & Tripe: 9/10 the dish came out nice and hot so that was nice. The meat to noodle ratio was perfect, I had a bit of meat for each bit of noodle I had. Only thing is that the soup is very oily. The vegetables are very fresh and adds a nice herby texture and taste to it!

Yes, I'm pretty sure I'm a regular now. Amazing as always. Paul is soooo funny and his service is so great. He does make feeling like going there is home, and he's the funny unc! I got the Oxtail + rib pho this time and it was soooo good. Idk what they put in the broth but let me tell you guys... it's addicting prices are reasonable as well. Love the calming music in there.

The pho here is really tasty! The broth is quite flavorful and the vegetables were fresh. There wasn't as much meat in the bowl though, but it was pretty standard tender meat. Service is quick and the staff is friendly :). The restaurant itself has a really calming atmosphere

We are from Honolulu where pho is a thing and I've tasted some of the best outside of Vietnam. Found this place here on Yelp and it was about 15 minutes away from our SEATAC hotel. So we got a ride share to Pho Saigon in Kent, WA. We walked in and it was bustling with patrons eating in and others waiting for takeout orders. The gentleman seemed very busy and asked us to take a table near the front. We were there for pho for sure but I also was thinking about an appetizer or side dish. After looking over the menu we both decided to get the highly recommended pho people on Yelp were talking about. He came to our table and mentioned pho was the fastest as his Sister who is the cook was backed up with phone orders. Perfect! We ordered 2 bowls of Oxtail & Rib Pho. It was LARGE and way too much for me but worth the $25 per bowl price tag. It came with the usual fresh basil, bean sprouts, and jalapeño. This is a family owned and operated establishment that has been there for 22 years. You could tell that most of the customers were regulars as the owner thanked people by their name. I definitely recommend this place. We will be back when we are in the area.

Pho Saigon Garden is such a gem. I've never seen any food blogger/ tiktok about it and am really surprised i haven't because it's so good! The owner is so sweet and he automatically split our large bowl of pho without even asking if we wanted to when i had mentioned we were going to share. If you like a more medium light body broth that's well flavored and doesn't hold back on the fat this place is for you. This might be the best broth we've had in a while for a pho spot in washington state (really surprised as a Vietnamese person) It has a very home-y taste to it. The cuts of meat were definitely thicker here which is nice if you like a bite to your meat and it's still soft. Shrimp spring roll we also go was nice fresh and crunchy. Will definitely come back if we're in the area!!

1st time here 1/15/2025 Found this spot on Yelp Food: We ordered the mix pho, vermicelli noodle bowl, and boba taro tea. We also thought we ordered the Vietnamese sandwich and some spring rolls, but our server must not have gotten that order in. That was okay, though, since we were full from the first two dishes. The portions were huge and filling. Overall food taste was exceptional , the pho broth was quite tasty. Service: Oustanding Our server was friendly, attentive and helpful. He suggested the pho which was okay. Ambiance: CON: I'm sorry to say that I'm subtracting two stars because the place looks neglected. It has a cozy, earthy feeling, thanks to the plants, which I like. However, it falls short. The plants create a warm atmosphere, but they need grooming. I'm unsure about the empty water bottles in the plant box; it looks messy. I recommend disposing of the bottles. The rugs are worn, and the place needs sweeping. The ice cream pictures on the fridge are damaged and should be updated with proper photos. A small tea cup was also dirty. Hopefully, someone will take this feedback and make improvements to draw in more customers, given that appearance plays a significant role in people's judgments. PRO: Lots of available tables and chairs, good for a big group. Plenty of parking. Good location, easy access to the I-5 freeway and right on PAC Highway. Lots of other businesses around; with a few minor changes, it could do really well.

Amazing pho! Our go to for pho in the area. Service is always outstanding and pho is flavorful and consistent. Their pho is a little on the fattier side (which I love because I always ask for extra "nuoc beo", rendered beef fat, on the side anyway, here I don't have to). Highly recommend!

Upon arrival on the rainy day i was offered water or warm tea and opted for both. Nothing better than that combo for me. Ordered my usual... Pho with rare steak, tripe, tendon and added meatballs. Broth is flavorful, as with anything you make it how you want after the initial taste and i only add limes and chili oil with the added basil. Nothing else. Fun fact: sriracha and hoisin are meant to be on the side to dip in, not poor into the broth. Also what makes me come back here is the Pork Patty Spring Rolls. The added crispy crunch on the inside makes these next level with the dark Romaine and just enough noodles to not overwhelm them like other places. A little added tunes whether traditional or not would be great. Or maybe the sound from the TVs playing food videos from around Vietnam would be cool. The silence was actually a could change up with the air conditioning and sound from the kitchen cooking. Great experience and glad i finally got to come in here!

There were a few people picking up at the time we entered, but nobody else dining in. When one of the servers came with our cold waters, we placed our food order right away with her. We got two orders of the Pork Patty Spring Rolls, a Kids Meatball Pho, a Combination Pho, a Grilled Chicken Noodle Bowl and a Vietnamese Pancake. After about 5 minutes, we got the Pork Patty Spring Rolls. Every single time we order them, they taste so good!!! Hits the spot whenever we visit this restaurant. Probably our favorite dish, actually. After we devoured the Spring Rolls, our entrees came out - Combination Pho and the Kids Meatball Pho. Then a few minutes later, the Grilled Chicken Noodle Bowl came out. I normally like to pour some Sriracha and Hoisin Sauce into my Noodle Bowl along with the sauce it originally comes with. Mixing everything in all of that makes it that much more flavorful for me! Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the food and the service. The Pho broth seemed a little bland and not seasoned as well as before. Other than that, all of the other food items were tasty and to our liking. The restaurant itself has ample amount of space to sit at since there are plenty of seating and tables available. Parking outside is good, there are plenty of spaces to park at as well. There used to be a Big 5 Sporting Goods store, but since that's gone, parking hasn't been an issue at all. They have pretty decent Vietnamese food for reasonable prices and adequate portions.

Luckily I saw Pho T & L was open and I've had this place saved for a while so this was the best timing to try them out. We arrived and it was pretty busy and we weren't sure if we seated ourselves or someone else seats us as it took a few minutes for us to get noticed. After a little of standing awkwardly near the entrance, someone noticed us and motioned us to sit near the check out area which you do need to go up and pay rather than wait for someone to drop off a check. We were given waters and menus and given a decent amount of time to decide what we wanted. My friends got a lemonade with tea, Thai tea, shaking beef and combo vermicelli while my boyfriend got the shaking beef and egg rolls and I got the Bun Bo Hue and spring rolls. My boyfriend got his egg rolls and I didn't get my spring rolls until after everyone's' order came in so I have a feeling that the employee who took our order forgot or the kitchen forgot. There was no apology or anything for it either. I got my food first, after several minutes the shaking beef came out and after another a while my friend got his vermicelli bowl. Luckily we weren't pressed for time but it made it awkward as we didn't get our food at the same time and it took a bit to get them. I am a slow eater so I guess it worked out that I got mine first but I also didn't receive my spring rolls until I brought it up once we received everything else. The food was phenomenal and our friends said their drinks were perfect too. I did enjoy my Bun Bo Hue, though I did make it a bit more spicier with their chili oil. They have plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all party sizes. They do have a bathroom but you have to go through a long, scary hallway to get to it. The tables have probably the cutest container for their chili oil but I appreciate that they have napkins, sriracha, hoisin, and utensils on the table. The employees don't really check in often and they didn't really come by to fill our waters until we were down with our meal. The service was also pretty much non-existent, it wasn't rude but just felt rushed and cold.
