Good pho. I ordered pho with brisket and tendon...the tendons are very good and chewy. Coffee is pretty strong

Since change of ownership I have not been satisfied with their food. Lacks flavor, soup was watered down. I will not be ordering from pho Saigon corner in the future, but will be going elsewhere in the city for my pho. Sad as this restaurant is convenient, and was once really really good. read more

Best chicken bahn mi sandwich and their char-broiled jumbo prawns with garlic noodles are to die for! Pho is good also and their fried rice is delicious. I can't wait to try other items in their menu. Almost forgot .. their Vietnamese coffee has the perfect amount of sweetness. read more

10/10 this is the best pho place in south county!! I always get the chicken rice noodle pho or I'll get the beef pho, both super good. Sometimes I'll get the spring rolls, which are just okay. But the pho is sooo good! read more

Pho Saigon has been a takeout staple for my family over the last three years. The garlic noodle was something we loved so much, we'd grab an order of it once a week. Their pho was flavorful and the rice noodles were always cooked perfectly. We were nervous when we saw that they were closing temporarily to transition to new management. And those nerves were justified, sadly. The garlic noodle under this new management is dry, flavorless, and randomly topped with parmesan cheese. The prawns had no char, lacked flavor, and were undercooked. It was an entirely different dish and not in a good way. The pho broth was also lacking in flavor and the noodles were undercooked and seemingly cut into smaller pieces which takes the joy out of slurping up a bowl of pho. While faster, more efficient service is nice, there's no reason for me to get takeout from here now that the food tastes like its made with no love. We're sad to have lost our favorite takeout spot in town. Old management if you're reading this, please let me know where I can get your garlic noodle. read more

Service was really fast and the people were very friendly and the PHO was delicious..

I ordered my food to go . My family had the seafood pho, chicken salad, sandwich and porkchop plate. My seafood pho was just ok, all the seafood was tough and I think over cooked. My salad was decent, but I expected it to be a little bigger. The sandwich was bland and had no flavor and same with the pork chop plate. Probably won't visit or order from here again . read more

I might come back but tonight's experience was a 2 star is guess. I called in my order, told the lady I wanted two #17 and due to the loud background noise I had to repeat myself several time. I was told they redid their menu and so I tried my hardest to pronounce Bun Bo Hue and I assume she heard me bc she said they had changed the number to that item. I had asked for two order plus a order of the passion fruit smoothie. I get there and find out my order was completely wrong and she only put in one order of soup. The guy upfront who got up to help was nice enough to quickly ask for my correct order. I didn't mind waiting as I was waiting for another phone order at a near by restaurant. So I get home, both the broth is Luke warm and my noodles are undercooked. Broth was also bland so I added some ground up chili from home. I was hungry so I ate the veggies and meat with the broth. I get that they are operating under a "soft opening" phase so I hope to come back and give it a try maybe in a month or two. Maybe my soups won't be cold and noodles undercooked the next time around. Customer service was nice. Edit: my daughter's passion fruit smoothie was not good at all, she didn't even drink it... why is it all watered down like that? What a waste of money tonight. read more

Ordered the chicken bah mi sandwich. The WORST sandwich ever. Meat was so dry I threw it away. Save your money

I'm not one to complain or give one stars but this was the worst place and experience ever. The new management is a joke. Workers were super racist and even made a remark about Indian people. We were the second party to arrive and were told a 30 minute wait which we were fine with and had gotten seated.. Then multiple parties were seated after and no one was told about the 30 minute wait. Every other table had gotten their food or some type of appetizer after a while except my table. We waited 50 minutes which wasn't a problem but it gets ridiculous when other people who arrive after you get food. And on top of that, I had to ask why we weren't getting any food and she ignored me and spoke to the other server. Then, the server brought an appetizer immediately. There was no apology or explanation on why every other table got served before us even though we waited longer than everyone else. Wouldn't ever come back. Super bumming to sum it up. My family was made to feel like we did something wrong and felt super unwelcome. That is not how I'd ever like to feel again. Bring old management back. read more

Let's just say this is really one of my favorite pho spots! The staff is so sweet & kind, especially the man who is always there at cashier and serves us (could be the owner, not too sure tho) but overall, one of the best customer service i have ever received. To top it off, the pho is amazing!!! The place is nice and clean, and very pretty as well! This is mine and my boyfriends spot to go too almost every week :)) read more

Such a awesome find in Morgan Hill. We got the Hu Tieu and Bun Bo Hue and they were scrumptious. Portions were super generous, we also got their spring rolls and avocado smoothie. Everything was priced well and we enjoyed our meal. Our server was also sweet and attentive as well. Love supporting small businesses during these times. Definitely would come back! Check them out! read more

Updated review The store owner let me know that the salty pho I had previously received was due to an error made while cooking the broth. I decided to give the restaurant a try again and pho is back to normal. I usually get the chicken with no meat and added vegetables. It is great! read more

My experience here has been amazing the pho and the appetizers where very good the service was excellent considering they had a full house . This was our first time bu definitely will return for more. Key things I look for Cleanliness of restaurant 2 flavor and tasty 3 service I don't compare to pho in San Jose because there is so many places with different recipes and styles I personally have been eating pho sense 1990 beef noodle #1 on capitol express way in San Jose . But overall this is a good place in Morgan Hill! read more

Very nice addition to the Vietnamese food scene in Morgan Hill, with plenty of innovative options for vegetarians. The servings are large and flavorful. The service, however, is a bit of a mess. Don't know whether it's growing/startup pains, but while the ordering and receiving of food were remarkably fast, the exact opposite was true for actually getting the check and being able to pay for it -- one star deducted for basically being ignored for nearly half an hour. read more

My sister and I went here for lunch. Typically, when we go out to eat I convince her to pay. It seems only fair, she's had more time to save and more experience earning. I also value money more than she does. She let's other values like family and helping people, consume majority of her energy. Why should I lose something that I value more than her? She ended up saying that she wasn't feeling too well so if anything I should pay for her. That didn't make sense to me because I know how much she likes helping people. I thought it would make her feel better by helping her little baby brother by paying for my meal. She said that she didn't need my help, what she needed was to feel heard. Essentially, I needed to say "it must suck that you're not feeling well". It'd be better if that was said in a more caring way, but I think that was the gist of what she needed. Anyway, we ended up splitting lunch. I got the chow mein and she got the pho, we both enjoyed! read more

We did pick up due to being quarantined because of my work. I have to say the broth helped me to feel better, the price was reasonable, they prefer cash, and will add $1.50 charge for card orders. This wasn't a huge deal for us, but just be aware, and its better to pay in cash keep more of that money in the pockets of the merchant. read more

The food here wasn't for us. We didn't like the crispy yellow noodles lacked flavor and noodles were hard and stale; chow fun was drowning in gravy that had a strange flavor and tiny strips bbq pork; vermicelli plate was okay. Our friends ordered pho and they said they have had better. We ordered 2 boba drinks (coconut and pineapple) and they forgot 1 of them and we had to ask for it after the food was delivered. Don't recommend. They both were super sweet with artificial flavor. Beware: I missed the note on the menu but discovered after I got my receipt there was a 15% service charge, 3% credit card charge plus my 20% tip, I ended up paying $42 on a $110 bill that was not a good eats. Bummer! read more

Delicious and authentic Vietnamese food that beats any comparable SJ Viet restaurant in a heartbeat. Pho broth is made with quality ingredients and WITHOUT MSG over many hours- comes out milky like it's supposed to be, not clear. It was flavorful without being salty. I drank the whole thing. Steak was quality. Meatballs were just the right texture, taste, and size. It was my favorite dish today. The grilled prawns were great- perfectly seasoned and charred. Beef stew with baguette was good. Broth was delicious and again, without MSG. Beef was tender. Bread was great. Ordered the garlic noodles with filet mignon cubes, mainly for the kids. It was very tasty- noodles were not greasy and not too salty, and garlicky without being overpowering. Beef was great and tender! We all loved it, and even though it was mainly for the kids, they ate that AND kept devouring our food too, because everything was that good. Our kids are already little foodies and eat a wide variety of food, and they are discerning about quality... so you know the place is good when they are eating everything without complaining about the meat being chewy, the broth being salty, the bread being stale, the water being smelly, the place being dirty, etc. :) The water is good, infused by home-grown lemon slices that smelled and tasted fresh. (bad water really ruins a restaurant for me!) Everything was clean and sanitary, and we felt very comfortable dining (outdoors) here during COVID. Bathrooms were clean. Service was friendly and quick (relative to the attention to the quality of food they are producing). Owner was so kind and clearly CARED about their food and the experience of their patrons. We talked a while about how their food was made, and he was so happy about our kids loving their lemons so much he went to pick a few for us to take home. We went in just wanting asian food while in Morgan Hill... we had decent expectations based on the reviews, but we left wishing it was closer to our house! It would definitely be a regular place we patron had it been closer to us, and we will definitely drive down to Morgan Hill to eat there again! read more

Great pho, great toppings, delicious spring rolls, crispy eggrolls are fantastic. Strongly recommend the Golden Shrimp Wontons... so tasty and a good value. My favorite was the charbroiled pork sandwich (i.e Banh Mi). The bread was fresh and soft so it doesn't ruin the roof of your mouth. Comes with jalapeños, pickled carrots, cilantro and onions. Such a great family owned spot. The service is excellent and courteous. They have outdoor seating and the food came out very quickly. The fried egg rolls and fresh spring rolls were fresh. The pork chop and rice plate was very well seasoned and a good portion. The chicken pho was also very good as well. When we're in the area or going to the gilroy outlets this is our go to place! Also recommend their smoothies-passionfruit was great. See you next time! read more

We had the chicken pho, the broth was bland and the chicken chewy. We wish it was more flavorful. We also ordered the spring rolls and they were ok. They come three to an order not four. I'm a sucker for good soup ESPECIALLY pho! When we moved away from the San Jose area, I was sad to give up access to really amazing food. I'm happy that more ethnic spots are opening up in the Morgan Hill/Gilroy area such as this spot! We ordered via DoorDash and the delivery was quick. The restaurant provides an option to use biodegradable packaging with is an A+ for me! We each got a combo soup and an order of fresh spring rolls. Everything was very tasty! I only gave it 4 stars because I felt the broth was way too salty for me. I had to keep adding lime to cut the saltiness. I'll order again from here for sure and will continue to support local! read more

My kids love this place! Even on the hottest summer days. Food is great, staff is very attentive. Definitely will be back!

This was my first visit to Pho Saigon. I was greeted and seated right away. Nice service, but the food was disappointing. Ordered the $13.50 "Grilled Pork Chop Over Steamed Rice - Com Suon Heo Nuong"....which came out to $17.47 with tax, tip and credit card surcharge. The "pork chop" was unlike any cut of pork I've ever seen or eaten before. Three very small, thin (like 1/4") slices of some cut that was at least 50% gristle, fat and bone. The skimpy amount of meat was as tough as shoe leather. Flavor? As I like to cook, I know this dish features a marinade of lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce and fish sauce. With the exception of the soy sauce, none of those other flavors were evident. Would I visit again? Maybe...since other diners seemed to be enjoying their bowls of pho. But I'd never order this dish again. read more

Ordered vegetarian rice noodle soup and vegetarian spring roll. Service was excellent. Unfortunately, food was missing components. Spring roll should have had mint, it was tofu, noodles and lettuce. Soup should have had mushrooms. The soup was very bland, seemed to not have the toasted spices, roasted onion flavors I expect in broth. Vegetables were cut too large, the baby bok choy was difficult to eat due to it's size. I am a huge fan of Vietnamese cuisine and was excited to try this new spot. Not likely to return. read more
