This place is amazing! The owner was super responsive when I asked about which items could be made gluten free. Luckily a lot of the menu is naturally gluten free, so she could easily accommodate my dietary needs. Note that the kitchen is not entirely gluten- free so there would be some risk of cross contamination. Ordering and pickup were easy, and the food itself was delicious! I have ordered multiple times and my favorite dishes so far are the pad Thai and papaya salad. Absolutely incredible homemade Thai food! Gilroy doesn't have the best Asian food in general so this is such a hidden gem! You just text based on their availability windows and order what you want for pickup! They take Venmo and are very friendly. I have ordered from them more than a handful of times and I have no regrets. Everything has been so good. I've ordered from the regular main menu, bbq menu, dessert menu - everything hits the spot. Food is fresh, hot (temperature and spice), and even when trying new stuff I've never had before.... Ordering is easy, send a text saying hi and let them know what you want, proteins and spice level. Pick up time, roll through and there it is! One of the best parts is seeing all the family members partake! Everyone is so nice and 10/10 customer service. Found a local gem on Instagram a few months ago and my only regret was not having had ordered sooner. Ordering was simple, pick a time slot, select food items and select spicy level. Amazingly sooo good! I'm hooked! I'm the only one in my family that loves spicy. And I am in heaven with the spicy yumminess that the artist/chef/owner, Krissy, creates. But the rest of my family loves her non-spicy creations, especially the pineapple fried rice with chicken! My favorites include the kra pow spicy beef stir fry, and all of the curry chicken and beefs. And the periods provide our family of five two full meals with just two dishes plus rice. read more

This little family business is amazing. We ordered the drunken noodles (Pad Kee Mao), the Panang Curry, mango sticky rice and a Thai tea. Everything was super good, almost too good. I have been looking for Thai food place that's authentic (the last time I had really authentic Thai food was when I was in MI and my best friend, who is Thai, took me to a Thai restaurant, with Thai owner and ordered my food in Thai). I came across this take out place from Yelp and I have been wanting to order from this place but I kept on missing the 3 pm cut off time. Until now (I made it a mission since I am on break). I ordered pad thai, pad see ew, bbq chicken (both style), som tum, and moo ping. And let me just say anything more authentic means grabbing my passport and flying to Bangkok! Pad thai: I can never sing praises enough for this. Real tamarind, instead of ketchup! Two different types of tofu, for texture!!!!! Simply delicious! Pad see ew: From the moment I opened the to go box, I smelled the sauces my friend taught me to use to make authentic pad see ew. This is definitely the real thing! The noodles are made from scratch to boot!!!!! Bbq chicken (both styles): The dish that made me sob happy tears! As I was driving home with my loot, the smell brought me back to my first trip to Bangkok - my parents and I bought bbq chicken for dinner. It was a fond memory of my first introduction to Thai food! Som tum: Another dish that I missed so much! Krissy didn't skimp out on the som tum by providing a quarter of an iceberg lettuce (THANK YOU, KRISSY!!!!!). I asked her to make it Thai spicy and she indulged me (but not without sending me home with sticky rice to make sure I can cope with the spice level! :D). A Thai food pop up in Gilroy?! We don't have a lot of ethnic choices here so the addition of Saucy Thai has been fun to explore. The menu is limited to dinner and offered only 3 days a week, so I'm not surprised to see the demand for it already filling up! The flavors are clean, and the chef is transparent about all her ingredients. Spice level is completely customizable so I can order a pad Thai with no spice for the kids and a kraw pow with medium for me. When I'm super hungry, I can finish a single order by myself, but I like to order at least one of each from the menu for that day so I have left overs because they warm up extremely well and you're going to crave it again for lunch. A leftover curry is *chefs kiss*! Tips- you can order the same day up til 3pm, but i suggest you order at the beginning of the week if you have a specific pick up time frame since she fills up fast! For starters, I love Thai food. In nursing school 2008 I discovered it in Merced CA..there is no local thai restaurant where I live. I'm a Gilroy girl at heart so I heard about this new last summer and never got the timing right as there are limited hours. Finally got my day and time and mission for dinner right. Krissy is very kind. I messaged her told her my preferences and what time I can pick up. It's out of her home so there is a table set up with a Venmo QR code to use. Her helpers brought out my order hot and timely and very professional. I tipped 22%. Her helpers are saving for Disneyland. I got 3 Pad Thai entrees which were tofu spicy level 3, pork spicy 2and chicken spicy 2. I also got "Drunken Noodles" (pad see mao?) with beef mild spicy and Pineapple Curry mild spicy. There is a "kids" mild option too. Topped it off with a thai iced tea only $2 for a total of $78. That is a very decent price for what you get. Two adults are still eating it 3 nights later! The noodles are homemade and flavors were spot on. It is so delicious! Fresh flavorful and made exactly like I ordered. The spicy level 3 hits you after about a minute. I prefer a 2 spicy only because I like to enjoy all of the flavors incorporated. There is only one small thing I suggest..the drunken noodles seemed to have a little too much oil but nothing to change 5 stars from me and my friend. Thank you Krissy and helpers! You are doing a fantastic job, and we are so grateful for experiencing your authentic homemade recipes. We will definitely be back.
