It has really robust flavors, and they are super kind. here's all the dishes I've tried: Shrimp and Pork Spring Roles: 4/5 Shrimp 3/5 - Fresh but ok. We ordered a delivery from Pho Rex for the first time and it was amazing. DoorDash delivered faster than expected and the quality of the pho was outstanding. We had File Mignon Pho and Grilled Chicken Pho. The portions are very generous and the additions were fresh and flavorful. I came back here again today at noon and have my fave in here: the pad thai a little spicy and the famous VNmese coffee with condensed milk....the pad thai was on piont like 9/10 almost perfect, the coffee its ok, i just like the coffee more strong, but overall my experience here came out like 8.5/10 so its greatttt.... the guys work here were really friendly and attentive, especially the guy name Hung, he made me the pad Thai and came out & talk to me made sure everything were ok.... Tried this place once, and we will come back again. Price was reasonable. Not over priced at all. Fried rice was excellent. A bit too oily for my taste but nothing that will detract from its fine taste. Pho was excellent. The soup broth was clear and not murky as other places. It's hard to find Pho places with clear soup broth which is important to me. Service was excellent. The staffs all observed COVID protocol and were wearing masks and were very careful when laying the dishes unto the table. Small detail and care is a plus for me. But of course not everyone is perfect but you can tell staff were trying their best to provide good service. read more

More on the sweeter side, I prefer a rich broth, strong beef taste, with a slight sweetness to it. Excellent food-excellent services I tried this place for my lunch today. Just want something fresh and healthy so I decided to order some spring rolls and they also gave me free egg rolls from their Grand Opening promotion. Also their services are ver fast. I only have 45' to have my lunch so I was in a little bit hungry, but they make the food come out quickly so that I'm able to finish my lunch on time . It only take 5' from Costco where I work to this restaurant so definitely my new favorite spot in Corona. Definitely be back. read more

This was my first time here, and we were not disappointed. The service was fast, and the food was on point. We were seated right away. It's a small and quant setting. The ambiance was nice, music ,sports and news were being shiwn on the big screens.The soup was so good. The fried rice was awesome. I ordered the small and still had a to go bag. Whenever I try a pho place I always judge it based on the egg rolls, rice plate variety, the seafood pho, vermicelli bowl options, and basically everything. I really like this place because of their egg rolls. One of the best I've had compared to other Vietnamese places that I've been out here. I ordered the lemongrass chicken rice plate since I was craving rice and the flavor is good. I liked how the vegetables on the side was pickled except the lettuce of course. The broth that came with the rice plate was really flavorful, it was really good! My bf got the #1 pho and the broth was good too, it came with a lot of flank steak and the beef ball was large and flavorful. I've tried their grilled pork spring roll as well and that was really good!! I've been trying to find a place who makes those and if you're looking for a quick snack you should definitely try it! First off, the service is great. They greet you, sit you and ask for your drink. You're given a decent amount of time to think of your order. They check up on you and refill your water constantly but don't come too often to where it may be bothersome. They ask if you need anything as they pass by and always make sure to let you know to enjoy your meal. Their beef broth was delicious and their large bowls are truly large ! I ordered a phở đặc biệt (special) and while the noodles and meat were fine, the beef broth was extremely salty and almost sour? (And for clarification - I did not squeeze lime in my bowl) it's a no for me. Couldn't finish the whole bowl. read more

I'm Vietnamese and have pretty high standards for pho. Living from OC to IE it was hard to find good pho that is priced well. Thankfully we lucked out and ended up at pho rex. Myself being Asian and growing up eating home-made pho, this place is actually really good. It's always a hit and miss with restaurants pho and this place is our (my Hispanic wife and her family) favorite place to go eat pho. I would strongly recommend the pho menu. I don't know about the other food on the menu but the pho is exceptionally good and clean. I'm very picky with my pho and we always eat here at least once a week.
