I come here once a week. It tastes like home cooked authentic vietnamese food. The workers here are all very nice and fast. I always order the Pho special and the pork Banh MI. I've tried other dishes and I haven't had anything I dislike yet. This place also closes at 10pm everyday so that's a plus since sometimes I dont want to eat fast food so late. read more

Let me tell you this I haven't had some authentic delicious pho like this in a while. Their broth has full flavor along with the meat is good quality. The short rib was perfectly grilled and the flavor was completely there. The Thai tea was perfect too. Their customer service is great! I would come back here often. The place was nice bathroom was clean. The pho was good my mother couldn't finish it all it was a lot. The bowl was big there, is a smaller version, but she thought the small version will be too small. The shrimp pork spring roll was ok. Lemongrass chicken was good just that not much of chicken was there. But overall it tasted really good. read more

I was craving good banh mi, so I found this place on yelp. I guess their main focus is on the Pho because they only had 4 different sandwiches. I ordered the beef and chicken banh mi. The beef was good but no kinda sauce and it was dry and hardly any vegis. The chicken was better, it had all the vegis and some sauce. Until I find another banh mi spot near me I will continue to pick sandwiches from THH in Tustin. read more

I have to say this is my first time here and also take me home food. I ordered the fried rice OK with the Chinese sausage a chicken this was have no flavor. I was very disappointed. It was very bland. I ordered this right because I was craving the Chinese sausage. I just decided to go to Costco and get me the sausage I can make it at home, they did have a chicken spicy meal I ordered. Also I came with white rice. I also wanted to say that the amount of food that was given to go was not even a full plate. I have ordered to go before at other places I've gotten more food than this place served me, but I was happy that they did it because I was very disappointed, sorry I'm a flavor person when it comes to taste on my food and this was horrible. Stopped by this pho place on our way back from Mountain High. Doesn't look like much but these unassuming places always hit. I cannot emphasize enough how delicious the pho is here. The broth isn't too salty and on a cold night, this pho will fill your tummy up like a warm hug. Their Thai tea is the perfect combination of sweetness with a strong tea aftertaste. I will be craving Pho Rex for a while and can't wait to go back. Short and sweet review. Nice, clean, quaint restaurant. Very friendly staff. Fresh and delicious food. Nice portions as well. Fair price for the meals. They close at 10pm. My wife and I stopped in to dine at 9pm on Tuesday, May 8. We were in the area and found it on Yelp. This was our first time visiting. They didn't skimp, and they put forth their best effort to prepare and host a great meal. Which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will certainly return to this restaurant. Although we do live 22 miles away, and closer to other Vietnamese restaurants. We highly recommend this restaurant to other diners. read more

Went in for Bahn Mi as takeout, so I can't say how the in-house service is, but they were quite nice and very quick. The sandwiches were very tasty, and would definitely go back if we are in the area (gotta say the concept of Cajun seafood intrigues me. read more

still good. i find that their broth is more flavorful than some other surrounding pho restaurants. we were seated quickly and our food came out maybe 15 minutes after ordering? i always enjoy the steak pho, they put the perfect amount of steak and noodles to fill you up. also tried the mango iced tea, it was good, but very sweet so i wouldn't order it again. this is my go-to restaurant if i want a warm comforting bowl of soup. read more

So I wanted to try something different today and ventured out of our normal takeout places. This was a pleasant surprise! Everything we tasted was excellent. I ordered the shrimp fried rice for my kids to split and they devoured it. My husband enjoyed the #23 combo: spicy chicken sautéed with lemongrass and onions. It was a noodle dish and he loved it. He said it was really spicy, which he didn't mind. I had the #22 grilled pork, shrimp and egg roll over rice. The pork was a little dry but I still enjoyed my meal. I love how this is an authentic place that doesn't serve up overly greasy/salty Asian food. I wouldn't be able to eat that kind of food every day. But this, maybe! read more

Super disappointed. We ordered through Postmates and you can tell the restaurant doesn't pay much attention or give much care when putting together the order. For the pho soup, I didn't get my bean sprouts, lemons or other side fixings so it was literally a VERY SMALL amount of noodles, meat and broth. The spring rolls were poorly put together and falling apart and the meat was very thin so it was 99% lettuce and not tasty what so ever. The teriyaki chicken was just a plain piece of chicken wing and leg on the bone, no flavor what so ever, and the fried fried had the WHOLE egg on top rather than mixed in the rice. Overall the taste and order was VERY disappointing. I will stick to my usual place going forward. Just figured I would give this place a chance since they're located closer to me. read more

It was a chilly night and all I wanted was a nice warm bowl of pho at home. I ordered through UberEats and by the time my order arrived at my door, the soup was still piping hot and the noodles were still warm. Pho Rex separates the soup from the noodles and protein; which is great. The soup base was delicious; which is very important for pho. The pho was not disappointing at all. The only thing I would comment on is the bean sprouts were a bit brown. Not sure if it is because it's been sitting out for too long or it's just a certain type of bean sprouts. The amount was perfect. I also ordered their egg rolls and they were absolutely worth ordering. Their mocha drink was also very chocolatey and creamy. This place is conveniently located close to the Hampton Inn Norco where some of my friends were staying, so we decided to place an order for some pho for the recovery. Pickup was fairly busy, as they quoted 15-20 min for the order, but it ended up taking more like 45 min, so it would have been better if they gave a better estimate to minimize our wait time. I personally got the special combo (which is like the Pho Dac Biet of a standard pho place in the area) - which comes with steak, flank, beef brisket, fatty brisket, and meatballs. One thing they did not have is the tripe, but that is alright. While the noodles are the fairly ubiquitous noodles found in the states, what distinguishes this place from many others is that the steak is served raw, where you need to let it cook in the soup to the appropriate wellness. The noodle texture is decent, and the broth is very hot and soothing. Even though the to-go order looked small, it was fairly filling. read more

Great quality food and for a good price! I love pho, and this is some of the best that the inland empire has to offer, and it closes later than most pho places in the area, so it's a great place to grab food if you're ever out at night! They have a great food selection, and everything here tastes good. The service is even better than their food. The workers here are very considerate, as I've been to other pho restaurants in the area where they can be a little rude. They accepted dine-in 25 minutes before closing, and are very kind. Definitely my go-to pho place with my friends or my girlfriend. Would recommend in every aspect! Been here many times before and will continue to as well! read more

I ordered four items through DoorDash and was amazed by the portion sizes. The fried rice and pad thai were huge -- each one was about the size of two of my palms! The shrimp pad thai tasted pretty decent and came with a generous amount of shrimp. The crab fried rice and Thai ice tea were good. Unfortunately, the tom yum soup wasn't and I wouldn't recommend that one. Overall, I enjoyed the food and I'd still order from here again to try other items on the menu. I'd also be interested in dining in next time to see how the experience is in the restaurant.

Saw this spot on Yelp since the otter pho spot was closed during the week today which was odd . Upon arrival was warmly greeted by staff and placed my order . Restaurant has a huge parking lot and the decor / ambiance is very welcoming & super clean in addition to the staff being attentive and amazing! Pho - Broth was savory and flavorful and lots of meats only one missing was beef balls ... but overall really good . Perfect amount of broth and noodles and proteins . Egg rolls - were fresh and got crispy and crunchy and a lot of filling it was delicious wrapped in the lettuce and herbs and sweet fish sauce . Spring rolls- was decent ... still good but wouldn't order it again . Overall - it was pretty good and quite authentic. Good food quality and affordable . I will say these aren't the MOST authentic but it's definitely gonna do the work on any craving you've got LOL
