OMG!!!! Some of the best pho I have ever had. The chicken broth is so flavorful and delicious. I usually like to order mine with soft tofu and veggies which are really good. I do have to say I'm not a fan of the noodles they use but they aren't bad. Sometimes I'll order mine without noodles and add my own I really like glass noodles right now. The mango salad is also a great item on the menu and tastes so refreshing. I'm not a fan of the dressing that comes with it because it's too spicy for me but I love it with the peanut sauce. I feel like Thai salad would be great in a spring roll. The spring rolls they do offer are delicious and that peanut sauce is also very tasty. I've been having pho since I was a toddler, so I consider myself an expert when it comes to reviewing pho places. During my 1st pregnancy I craved pho and would try many different pho places in the San Gabriel Valley. This place is very unique and delicious. Their egg rolls are the best I've had outside of the Golden Deli in SGV. They put whole shrimp in them!! We also tried the garlic chicken wings (one of my sons doesn't like pho). Wow!! The sauce they put on them is amazing!!! So good! The rare beef pho we tried was pretty good as well. This place is definitely worth it in my opinion. I tried a new place for Pho. ThoughI didn't order pho, I did order the vermicelli salad with 3 proteins. The presentation was done very nicely. A very good helping of pork , only two shrimps and one egg roll which is standard. Everything was delicious, place is clean, servers are very nice. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to slice the pork a little more thinner. Some slices were a thick and tough, cut down on the pork serving and maybe add another shrimp to keep up with the competition in the surrounding area. Overall I give Pho plant a 4 stars.
