A new cozy chill Vietnamese cuisine in town . Their Menu has variety choice for appetizers, entrees and beverage. I strongly recommend the special Pho combination, mango salad and house special shaken beef. We also have the passion fruit green tea which not too sweet. The host, Nathan, is very kind and informative! They cater to diets such as vegan and vegetarian. They changed the noodles to flat noodles and it's so good! It absorbs the broth more. Glass noodles are still an option for those who have that preference. Mention that you would like your tofu vegan and grilled vs. deep fried and they can accommodate that for those who are plant based. The ambiance is always inviting and very cozy! I've been waiting for this place to open and wow it did not disappoint. I ordered the brisket pho and the portion was huge. The broth was dark and had amazing flavor. The egg rolls were fresh and crispy. The service was amazing! Everyone was very hospitable and I believe I talked to the owner as well he was very kind! I like the fact that all the different chili's are at the table so we don't have to ask. And they bring out some extra! They bring 2 plates with basil & sprouts. Plus 2 lime slices. Most other places only bring one for every two people. We've always shared. Not today. So they only have one size. You have to bring your appetite otherwise you're bringing home some pho. I DoorDashed the noodle soup from pho planet and received this brown soup that smelled odd, kind of smelled like cinnamon.
