The new location is in Richmond near the Richmond Oval, across where T&T use to be. The space is pretty big, and clean, with around 10 tables spaced out. There's definitely room to put in more tables, but I think they want to test it out. Everything on the menu looks delicious. We ordered No.9 on the noodle soup, with eye round steak, well-done brisket, fatty brisket, soft tendon & beef tripe, and a couple of spring rolls. The price is very reasonable, within $20 for a bowl of pho, and there was also a 10% off for the soft opening, The broth is rich and tasty, however on the salty side. I would suggest to squeeze the lime into the broth to balance out the salty taste. Portion is pretty big as we couldn't finish in one go. I like how clear the broth is, and a lot of meat it comes with. It's well balanced. The rice roll is made out of rice paper, instead of the spring roll paper. Be aware that it's going to be sticky on your teeth, haha. I personally not a fan, but I know it's authentic. The service was pretty good, a little slow since it just opened, but the servers are nice and friendly. It's a family business, and they all use to work in the Coquitlam location. It's pretty busy during lunch hours, and I have no doubt that it will slowly build up to the community. I mean, who doesn't like a good bowl of pho in winter?

It's so convenient that customers don't need to worry about parking. Worse case is to park on the street. We ordered rice with pork and chicken, seafood dry noodles, and bun bo hue. Ingredients were fresh and broth tasted great. The quality was good or above average. Customer service was great. We parked on a side street nearby and snagged one of the few open tables - it was pretty busy the entire time we were there (on a Thursday ~2pm), with both small and larger groups coming in and out. Service was speedy and polite. FOOD // We got the grilled chicken pho and shrimp spring rolls. Both were yummy and satisfying after our hike - no complaints! This is fairly standard. The noodles were cooked perfectly, beautiful chew and texture. Decent amount of beef Brisket, tendon and balls. Overall solid bowl of pho. Nothing bad here. The fried rolls were beautifully crispy and not overly oily. The filling was tasty and had a very nice texture. Fish sauce was a bit lacking in my opinion. Wasn't horrible bit i felt it could be a bit stronger in flavor? Took a piece of wifeys grilled lemon grass chicken from her pho. Was nicely cooked. No complaints there.
