You could choose to have regular or chocolate protein. I was hoping it would taste like the peanut butter chocolate monkey at body energy club (the richness of chocolate), but unfortunately it wasn't as chocolately as I thought it would be. It was good though, but I wish it was more chocolately, perhaps if they used chocolate almond or soy milk it would hit the spot. The oats were hard on my stomach, I wasn't able to digest it and was very bloated for hours. Today, she forgot her meals again, and asked if I wanted anything. This time, I got the tropical thunder smoothie and bangkok rice bowl. In my rice bowl, there was: brown rice, tofu, bean sprouts, carrots, yellow pepper, green onions, peanuts and peanut sauce. It was good, but next time, I want to try what my coworker always gets. She always gets the Hawaiian. I loved my topical thunder drink! It was so much more yummy than the king kong, and I had no digestion problems!! King kong had : pineapple, kale, mango, avo, cantaloupe, banana, cilantro, dates and coconut. It was delicious! UPDATE: I tried the tropical storm and hawaiian. The Hawaiian rice bowl is wayyy tastier than bangkok rice bowl and I prefer the tropical thunder over the tropical storm. The Jamaican-Canadian lady here is so slow, forgetful and will talk back to you. On Aug 18th, Friday afternoon, she made my family member wait 20 MINUTES for my Strawburst smoothie. I was at home taking care of my baby. When he asked her about the drink, she made it in 5 minutes. So she obviously forgot mine, or misplaced mine, and was making drinks for other customers' online orders!! But then, get this, she gives him the WRONG drink, LOL!!! We ordered Stawburst (strawberry) and she gave him a blueberry drink instead, the drink was BLUE-PURPLE So he had to go back and return it because I'm allergic to blueberries!! I knew it had blueberries b/c my tongue SWELLED. This is not rocket science! Then she argues it's Strawburst (strawberry drink). uh NO, THERE SHOULD BE NO BLUEBERRIES IN IT!!!! WOMAN, MY TONGUE FREAKING SWELLED!!! I think I know there are blueberries in it, lol. It's on the menu that there are NO blueberries, see my attached picture. Yet, she made the new drink and proceeded to put blueberries in it again, but luckily my family member stopped her. She argued back that blueberries go into Strawburst. No, it doesn't, lady. At around $15 per bowl, the portions were shockingly small--only about a quarter full with five banana slice and three strawberries. one bowl was missing almond butter. The protein* smoothie couldn't be made properly because they were out of the protein powder. They offered to substitute collagen instead - not the same thing but ok. no discount. no acknowledgement. I understand that restaurants run out of items occasionally, but between most of the menu being unavailable, the outrageous price for the quality of the output, missing ingredients, and the complete lack of an apology or acknowledgment, this was a very disappointing experience.

We ordered a few lattes made with their in-house syrups, and every single one of them was incredible. We loved them so much we went back for them again and again over the weekend we were there. We also tried their chorizo burrito and donuts, which were both outstanding. I honestly want to go back to the island just to eat here again! The ambiance of the place is awesome. It is super kid-friendly outside, featuring a wonderful yard with plenty of toys and things to do, which makes it incredibly relaxing for families. Upon paying for them there were two workers, one asian guy who I think makes smoothies and another guy with darker skin and long hair who I believe does cashier and customer service. I wish I knew his name, he was SO informative and very knowledgeable. I always get the liquid L'Carnitine as it gets into my system fast, he told me I should be taking 2-4 tbsp. I didn't know that and only been taking 2tbsp since summer as it states that on the bottle. He also suggested to take the pills as it lasts longer and told me how much to take. He also shared his experience with pill formed L carnitine when he was prepping for his show last year. We also talked about nutrition and how I dislike salads. He told me I just need to find a good salad dressing and wrote a dressing recipe down for me as he loves salad and how he makes his salad and salad dressing from scratch. I have never experienced such customer service or knowledge until yesterday. I have been to many locations and the staff has always been helpful, but yesterdays experience was something else.
