Snippy young person I barely got the door half open and she's already saying dine in/takeout , seems like a big Push to get that sale , I said usually you would say to a customer hello or hi. Can I help you? I just felt uncomfortable the way she was talking. Maybe she had no peoples skills but you need to know these for customer service, then she said the interact machine is not working. You have to wait a few minutes. I can tell she was multitasking., the owner was watching me and he got the machine and I worked right away. Why would she lie to me then they start talking their own language and looking at me that is so rude and I asked him. Very friendly and decent speed. Pretty clean and chill. Quiet and not too many people. Mostly takeouts. A few selections to choose from and not salty. Tasty food and great for hangovers or late night munchies. Nothing wrong with the broth but not as flavourful, definitely had richer broths. read more

This is close to our home but we ordered from one of the food delivery service to get our meal. We ordered the Vermicelli with grilled lemongrass chicken and another one with grilled prawns, pork spring rolls and a grilled pork sub. Overall, our order was good but my favourite was the grilled pork sub. The pork seem to take the marinade so much better and plenty of fresh cilantro. The spring rolls were fine but I wish the Vietnamese restaurants around here had the 'traditional' rice wrap instead of the flour wrap. The one thing I didn't care for was the nuoc cham, dipping sauce. First of all, I had to pay extra for more sauce which is normally free for the asking at other restaurants. Finally, the sauce was overly sweet. It seemed watered down or it needed more fish sauce and spice to make it more authentic. The restaurant has promise and perhaps I'll try this place again and check out their other menu items like the Pho. read more

Great little Vietnamese restaurant close to the west coast express station. The portions of the pho are quite generous with a big bowl of noodles and meat. The pho comes in 2 size with a dollar difference between the sizes. The broth was quite flavourful as well. Besides the pho my husband and I also ordered an order of their spring roll which I founds a little pricey for the size - it was $6 for 2 springs rolls but they were on the smaller side. The flavour and meat feeling was quite nice in the spring roll though. A good place for a quick meal or pho craving! read more

Unfortunately, enthusiastic service cannot save extremely poorly executed food. Ordered a noodle soup, lemon grass chicken rice and chicken wings. Noodle soup was fine, nothing especially good or bad about it. Lemon grass chicken rice was brutal. Chicken dry and burnt, completely void of moisture and flavor. Chicken wings were even worse; of the 8 we got 3 were burnt beyond edibility. A plus for them is that when we brought it up, two new wings were promptly cooked to replace them. As forgiving as I would like to be, given that there are a couple other pho places within a 2-3 min drive. This place gets the axe in our books. Sorry Pho T&T.. read more

Best Vietnamese food outside of Vietnam. We're here atleast once a week. Spicy Hue with thin rice noodles is the very best.

I go to this restaurant every so often because it's close to work but not anymore after tonight. Other patrons received tea when they were seated. I had to ask for it. I requested a pot as I love my tea but the server brought only a cup. I never received a refill. I ordered an appetizer and pho. The server pretty much threw the appetizer onto my table as he walked by to clear the table behind me. Just as I finished the pho, my server came by and said, "You finished here" as he pointed to the empty plates. As I nodded, he whisked away the entire plates and utensils. I found the dining experience to be highly unpleasant and will go elsewhere for my pho. read more

Pho, just the type of meal for a cloudy Autumn day in the Lower Mainland. Tried to come here a few weeks ago on a Sunday, but they were closed. But glad to have been able to come today. The restaurant is small, but the staff makes up for it by making you feel welcomed. I ordered my usual for when I go to any Pho restaurants. First thing I tried was their broth. It must have been their best batch yet because it was so rich in flavour. That and the person who brought me there is a frequent customer, and also said so them self! Lots of noodles, decent amount of beef, could have had a bit more tripe in my bowl. All-in-all a good meal for a cool cloudy day. I left very happy and full. When I'm in PoCo and feeling like noodles, this will probably be the place I'd go to. read more

Simply decorated, small family run restaurant. There are not a lot of choices for Pho in tri city area and not the best Pho out there, but is good enough to satisfy the craving. Decent serving of soup. Sadly used lemon instead of lime for garnish. read more

When we are desperate for pho and my gf is too lazy to get back in the car, i order from here. My only gripe about this place is that they don't serve meat with fat. Everything is fat free... not sure if it scares the customers away but when i asked where's the fat at? they said yeah... no fat. My recommendations, try they bbq chicken pho and they're combos.
