They gave plenty of toppings to put in your pho, which I appreciate them being generous with. My friend also ordered pho and the vegetarian spring rolls. After reading the reviews we decided to give this pho place a try and we were not disappointed! First off, the service here is fantastic. Our server was so nice and helpful and funny. The food comes out really quickly and piping hot. Our server recommended their crab/cream cheese wontons and holy smokes -- they are ridiculous! I've never had ones like these. They are completely homemade and not like the ones I have had before. They are totally stuffed with cream cheese, crab and a touch of onion in a huge crispy wonton. And there are 6 to an order! They are a must order. Then we had Vietnamese egg rolls and pho. All the ingredients were super fresh and again, large serving sizes. The pho rice noodles were cooked perfectly (not over cooked) and my pho ga has tender chicken. The parking lots curb is a bit high like another reviewer commented so take it slow going in and out. We tried this place based on its reviews. It had nothing but 5 stars and we couldn't wait to try it. However, we had nothing close to a 5 star experience. I ordered the #12, but the waiter brought me the #13 vegetarian pho saying "that's the one you pointed to." I wouldn't say I want a #12 if I wanted something else. He did not offer to switch it out or offer to make it up in any way. At this point I still haven't received the drink I ordered. After this situation was brought to staff's attention, they avoided our table until we were ready to leave. On a cold winter day, my bf and I decided that it's finally time to check out this restaurant that we've been meaning to try. Super convenient and close to the Anschutz Medical Campus, so it was a quick little drive. From the outside of the restaurant, the location looks a bit sketchy, but don't let that deter you (trust me)! We went in on a Saturday night, and got seated right away. Between the two of us, we ordered the crab cheese wontons and fried potstickers to share, and then each of us ordered a medium pho (well done flank/rare steak). It was all so delicious! The broth hit the spot and was super flavorful. It was slightly sweet, which was a bit different from other pho places I've trued, but regardless, it was still tasty. Portion sizes were great in relation to the price- that being said, I definitely over ate and could've sufficed with a small pho after eating the appetizers. We met for lunch at the Pho Peoria, as it was convenient to Uchealth at Anchutz. What a surprise. Aside from the staff, who were excellent, it was clean, and the meal we had was wonderful. We both had Spring Rolls, and shrimp, chicken, and beef stir fry, with vegetables n noodles. Flavor was delicious, ample, and not at all greasy. I will stop here every time I am in the area. I was here for a family reunion recently and once again, the food and service were phenomenal. They really made me feel welcomed and remembered my name from last time. We got pho, the chicken rice plate , spring rolls, the shrimp rice plate, different vermicelli bowls, and several smoothies and it was all super delicious as usual. My family was surprised at how good the restaurant was and how clean it was and impressed by the super nice bathroom. Pho Peoria has now become our to go restaurant for Vietnamese food. The spring rolls were very fresh and light. The broth they use for pho has just the right amount of flavor and goes perfectly with the noodles and the meats. The vermicelli bowls and rice plates were a combination of perfectly cooked meats complemented by refreshing vegetables. My father loved it. This place was so good that I had to leave a second review. We will definitely be back again for more soon. Great experience! The entire place was very clean, service was very attentive. Most of the Pho places in Aurora, after you get your food, you never see anyone again. We were checked on several times and water was never empty. Wontons and egg rolls were both amazing, different from your typical. The Pho was also amazing! This place is great for vegetarians as they have options for veggie pho broth, spring rolls, egg rolls, noodle dishes, etc. and all served in very large portions. After preparing my pho with all of the veggies, lime, and jalapenos I didn't even add Hoisin sauce or Sriracha because the soup was so flavorful and delicious. I'm a really big fan of Peanut Sauce so when I received it with my spring rolls I was excited to try it and it didn't disappoint. It was strong on soy sauce flavor with big chunks of peanuts and I could tell it was freshly made. The facilities were clean and modern, service was excellent, and I was able to watch the football game while I ate at the bar. Overall I give this restaurant 5 stars and will definitely be going back to try some of the noodle dishes next time. read more

We live close to many other Pho restaurants but tried here on a recommendation from a friend. New, clean, restaurant (neighborhood not quite so) and staff/owner/manager all very nice and accommodating. The portions were large and I never finish a full order at other restaurants but here you get the choice of sm/med/lg so I don't have to feel wasteful when I don't eat everything on my plate or in my bowl in this case. The Thai basil, limes, bean sprouts and jalapenos also very fresh/crisp. We are big pho consumers in my family, and we missed the many authentic options of the East Coast after moving to Denver. We have visited many of the Pho restaurants here in Denver & Aurora, and Pho Peoria is our new "go-to" restaurant. We are huge fans! First and foremost, the food is top notch. We love the pho, of course, but the appetizers and other non-pho entrees are also excellent. Everything we have ordered over the past several visits has been superb.
