Wow. This place was a trip. Quite possibly one of the worst dining experiences in my entire life. I went with my coworker to get some pho from this place during our lunch break. I looked at the Yelp and Google reviews and pictures, looked good! We drove over ready to order food to go. As I walked in I held the door open for several parties (this will become important), and we ordered our food to go from the cashier/server. All is well. Well, about 10 minutes after we order our food, we can see bowls of pho coming out for all the dine-in customers, which included the people I held the door for who ordered after us. "Huh, that's weird" I think to myself. From this point, the sole cashier/server keeps bringing out bowls of pho to the dine-in customers, most of which seated themselves after us. At this point, I wasn't assuming the restaurant was acting in bad faith, but I was increasingly confused why our food hadn't come out. The cashier/server knew we were waiting for our food, we were literally sitting right in front of her. Finally, after about 25 minutes of other people being served, my coworker gets up to ask if our food is coming out. Cashier/server tells her that the kitchen "prioritizes" dine-in servers over the to-go orders. Excuse me, what? Yes, this is the insanity of how this restaurant operates. We, people ordering take-out, were continually cut in line by absolutely anybody who walked in the door. We ordered our pho first, but that couple behind you who are dining in? Served first. Sure we should be next, but another party dining in just walked in the door, served before us. This is an absolutely insane way of doing business, I've never heard of a restaurant operating like this in my life. And yet it kept happening, people walking in 20 minutes after us were served first. I guess take-out is not a concept here. Finally, we have to leave, lunch break is only so long. I ask the cashier/server if our food is ready, she once again explains that the kitchen prioritizes dine-in customers first. We have been sitting in front of her for 30 minutes waiting for our food while she delivered food to the entire rest of the restaurant! She knew we were waiting! So I say we have to leave, will the food be ready to go in the next few minutes. I was this close to asking for a full refund, which knowing what I know now should have happened 20 minutes ago. Now I am standing at the register, point blank asking after our food. And finally, finally it comes out. They hadn't even started making our order, they only made it because I was telling her we have to leave. To add insult to injury, after they started making it it was out in two minutes. Why did we have to wait 30 minutes for our food while we were literally sitting in the restaurant? Why was every single customer served before us before we asked where our food was? After the cashier/server brought the food out I say, "Look, I am not blaming you, but you have literally served everybody else in the restaurant other than us." "Yep, that's how the kitchen does it." No apologies, or understanding, or anything, really. What kind of restaurant operates like this?! Absolute insanity. We get back to work with no time to eat the food we did have. And here's the absolute kicker. Look at the picture of my to-go pho. They didn't even put it together! And, yes, I realize this is preferable for to-go pho to mix it all together when you get home, but we had waited 30 minutes for a meal that should take 2 minutes to put together, and they hadn't even done that! What kind of business operates like this? Was it good pho? Possibly. I wouldn't know, I had to wolf it down in the few minutes I could get away, and it was awfully bland eating it like that. I hate to bad mouth businesses, but this place chose to make our experience bad every step of the way. Take our order? Cool. Choose to deliver food to the dine-in customers before us? That's what they did. Didn't have to, they CHOSE to. Watch us patiently waiting for food but server other first? Yep, they chose to do that, too. De-prioritize take-out customers to the point where they haven't even made the food we ordered before we complained? Once again, a specific action that this place CHOSE to do. When fielding a complaint about the service the cashier/server fired back with "that's how the kitchen operates"? Yep, once again, a choice on behalf of this restaurant. Despite what I said before, I now blame the cashier/server and the kitchen. At no point did they value us as paying customers, paying UP FRONT by the way! This place might have good food, but that was among the single worst dining experiences of my entire life, and I eat out a lot. Just a failure on every level. I may not know the best place to eat pho in Phoenix, but I know the one I would never recommend to anybody, and I will be telling everybody I know. Thanks, Pho Noodles, it was an experience.

It had a really nasty taste like the shrimp was undercooked. We asked to replace it and they said they can't do anything about it. Not accommodating for poorly cooked food.

When I walked in the individual tried to seat me at a table with a cart full of dirty dishes and trash right next to the table. I sat at another place. I would recommend they spread people out when they come in, they had everyone to one side and it felt quite crowded that way. The young lady that took my order was very polite, and she just knew when I was ready to order. I got the spring rolls with chicken, a Thai tea, and a noddles with steak and brisket bowl. The food was good, exactly what I was expecting! The broth in the pho was more acidic than I'm used to, so I wasn't able to drink it all. The food was still really good and the Thai tea came out premixed and was still on point in sweetness! I'm glad I came here, was a nice lunch

    Thai Tea- mostly ice...

Food was great, my husband ordered the vermicelli bowl with pork and added shrimp, I ordered the pork chop with egg and we shared the Saigon crepe. All the food was really tasty and cooked well. We have tried other Vietnamese restaurants in the area and we really enjoyed our meals. My only comment is, I ordered a Thai tea. It was 90% ice and when we asked if they could refill it since it was mostly ice, the server said we don't do refills, you need to buy another drink. Now if the cup wasn't full of ice, we wouldn't have said anything but here is a picture of the cup. You all can decide for yourself.

My family and I ordered shrimp pho, brisket pho, shrimp fried rice, and BBW. We also ordered fried egg rolls on the side. It came with 2. It was really good. Everything was tasty and flavorful. Good portions. Prices were very reasonable. Pho was around $12-$13. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others

This place served me some of the best pho I've ever had, and some of the best spring rolls. The waitress was also super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who loves Vietnamese food. The ambience was nice and clean very welcoming.

Went from the airport and wanted pho. It was early and this was the closest place that was open. We are happy with the restaurant being open this early and will be coming back for breakfast pho again very soon!

Those who've read my reviews know I love Phở... and my constant search for a 'legitimate' Phở, Phở Noodles on 21st Street, Phoenix is ranking with me as one of my top five in the Valley. Setting aside it's non-descript, no frills and simple décor, yet comfortable and accommodating. But at the heart of it all is the Phở. It's very, very good. My favorite style, Phở Tai Nam, is superb. Tender mouthwatering meats, incredible broth, along with splendidly fresh vegetable accoutréments - Cilantro, Bean Sprouts, Jalapeño, Basil leaves, and lime wedges! As was my Wife's Phở Tai. Very much like, if not the same as, it's Northern Phoenix sibling, Phở Noodles has an extraordinary preparation in the precise quantity of beef bone flavor within the preparation of its broth and seems to have the right quantity of ginger and onions with the right amount of fish sauce - they've done a marvelous job, almost perfect. BTW, they have delish and super fresh shrimp rolls in a super thin and fresh rice paper that's excellent. This may be our neighborhood go to Phở place.

Came in on late afternoon around 5pm on a Saturday. Plenty of parking and to my surprise, the place was empty! I feel like VIP having the place to myself. Seat any where you want. They have regular tables and also booths (non partitions) Service was fast, a quick glance at the menu and I knew what I wanted. I always get the combo $14.95 I believe, no size selection. Shrimp/pork spring rolls, black iced coffee. Everything came out SUPER fast, almost as fast as fast food joint (if not faster!) Good lord at least let the noodles bath a bit in the broth first. It's still in that "ball" of noodles shape. Broth was very good but they didn't fill it up to the bowl so that was a bit disappointing as I usually love to inhale the soup like no tomorrow. And the soup wasn't super hot (temperature wise) just hot but as soon as you start dipping in the bean sprouts, it cools off quickly. And the meat, while it's good, (where's the rest of it??) A bit stingy if you ask me. Everything else was good

The restaurant seems to charge for every little thing and the staff is slow and forgetful. Having to get up so many times just to remind them about our order is simply not acceptable. The space feels inviting and has a pleasant atmosphere. Food The food was good. We ordered the catfish spring rolls and they were delicious once everything finally made it to the table. Service The service was the biggest issue and it was very disappointing, especially since my family has been coming here for 3 years. Parts of our order were missing, including several side dishes and even the sauce for the spring rolls. We asked for a cup of ice and that was missing too. We waited about 10 minutes after receiving the catfish before the vegetables were brought out and we had to keep asking for simple items. It's a shame because things taste best when the food is still hot, but the catfish was already cold once they brought out all the small dishes that came with the main dish. Because the staff was moving so slowly, we ended up walking to the counter (6 times) just to follow up on things that should have been brought to us without asking. It honestly felt like we were serving ourselves. There should be no excuse why service was so slow because there's two waitress and only one other table. The Vietnamese coffee tasted sickly sweet and burnt. After taking one sip, I asked to switch to a Thai tea, hoping it would be better, but that drink was also extremely sickenly sweet. I returned it after one sip as well. I was surprised to see that I was charged for both drinks and was told it was because I drank them, which did not feel fair at all. They even charged us for the lemon slices.

But somehow I had saved this one to my map so I came here with a couple friends for dinner last week. It was an icee. That said, it was still delicious and I loved the fresh and fruity boba balls. The flavor was more lychee than strawberry, but I didn't mind. My friends got an appetizer plate and 5-spice chicken. Both enjoyed their food very much. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, but does have sit-down service. I've been to is a huge amount or like a generous amount of that sauce dividend but I got like barely anything so I was like trying to scoop it at the end, but yeah, definitely funky tasting rolls.
