This is my "go to" pho place from now on. The broth is incredible. The cuts and cooking of the meat were perfect. Portion sizes were great. I love the #17--it has everything tripe, brisket. Awesome. The spring rolls has whole pieces of shrimp plus some beef or pork. Very nice. Lovely flavor Their basil and produce were fresh and not a wilted piece on the plate. My daughter and I visited last Friday and really received incredible customer service. The gentleman who served us honestly could not have been nicer or more pleasant. My very picky daughter also loved her plain noodle chicken broth pho, and the server even asked if she wanted the onions and greens removed from it. Unfortunately, I have to take stars away from the review for lack of vegetarian-friendly options. At other restaurants, I have always been able to order vegetable pho with tofu and vegetarian summer rolls, but that was not an option here. In fact, the pad Thai chay was the lone vegetarian main dish on the menu. It was tasty, but it wasn't what I had been in the mood for when I walked through the door. Vietnamese and other Asian restaurants are usually a very safe bet for vegetarians and vegans, but I was disappointed by the menu here. I was told that they didn't offer a vegetable broth in the name of authenticity, which I can respect, but when I'm craving pho I will have to go elsewhere. read more

Where shall I begin...so things started pretty well, as the Shrimp spring rolls were delicious. Service was good at the beginning, contrary to the few negative comments noted on yelp, but it took a turn when we received our Pho. The Pho was good and my wife and I were enjoying it on a cold winter day. That's when I noticed rainbow patterns on the beef (photo included). I was very concerned initially, and we stopped eating. I did a quick google search and found beef iridescent could be normal/unharmful due to diffraction grating. I politely called over a gentleman, who appeared to be the owner, and said I didn't want to cause a scene but rather inform him and ensure it was normal. He seemed embarrassed and at a loss for words, but proceeded to assure me that this was normal and made up some theory that has nothing to do with diffraction grating. He also said that it's safe because they make their beef "in-house"....what??....where are the cows at? My man, if you're also unsure of what causes the discoloration, just apologize and ask what you can do to make it right. Don't give me an excuse that I know is wrong, after my quick google research. What's worse is after the situation, he didn't even bother coming back around. No water refill, which he did before. I also had to flag him down for the check. A good friend raves about this place, so my wife and I dropped by today to give it a go. I am very picky about Vietnamese restaurants, and things that matter most to me are the cleanliness, food quality, customer service and of course, overall value. Today was a great experience. My wife ordered a bowl of beef pho, an obvious staple in the Vietnamese culture and their version of the dish was authentic and delicious. I had grilled pork chop, another staple, and my meal was full of flavor and did not disappoint one bit. The owner, Joe, a very charming gentleman stopped by our table and we enjoyed a wonderful conversation with him about faith, culture, travel, and the French influence on Vietnamese dishes. Completely impressed after dining in during these hard times. The place smelled extra clean as I entered, everything was sanitized and there were sanitizing wipes and antibacterial gel in every table. All staff was careful and wearing their mask properly. Went here on a lunch break at about 1pm on a weekday. Service was AMAZING. We had to be in and out within a half hour and our server made sure to be quick with out food. I am so glad that I got a chance to eat here. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived there were three large parties already seated and I had a party of five. The staff immediately found us a table and told us that there might be a slight delay due to the other parties. I was hungry so I was a bit stressed. One of the better pho spots I've been to. Clean environment, well lit, friendly staff. Broth is not as salty compared to most others and they LOAD up on the meats. The noodles seem fresh, as they are not stuck together like other places. The spring rolls were good, nothing spectacular but fresh. One of my pet peeves is when you go into a restaurant and they act like they don't care if you are there. Our party of two were promptly seat, but after that, nothing. We waited and waited for someone to take our order. When we observed other customers come in and had their orders taken, we pretty much reached the end of the rope. We asked a server that we wanted to order our food. He just walked away. At that point, we decided to walk out. A waiter thanked us, to which I replied "For what? No service?" Not sure how people can rate this place 5 stars. My guess is they've never eaten at an actual good Pho place. The soups broth were below average. The Bbh was disgusting. Why bother serving bbh if your just going to take the pho broth and add some type of paste and sugar ( broth was soooo sweet, gross). Tried this place for the first time. I ordered on line through them and got the papaya salad and 3 types of fresh summer rolls. The food was good. I was charged extra for sauce and a small amount of sriracha sauce I wasn't too happy about. Also, my food was suppose to be ready by 8:28pm and wasn't ready till 9. I was very unhappy about that since they were not busy, and I had a boyfriend and hungry baby on the car. They apologized but no discount or free item was offered for this inconvenience. read more

Great location and great service! It's hard to find solid, authentic good pho in the Ashburn/Sterling area, and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. They had shrimp AND pork spring rolls which were fresh and tasty. Their pho was a good sized portion ( I got the small) and there was an even balance of noodles to meat ratio in my bowl. My husband ordered the large size pho and was hoping there were more noodles in his bowl. He more meat than he preferred. But overall, the food was delicious and fresh! The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and offered me a 10% discount since he found out that I worked in One Loudoun. ImI was impressed with their Pho, which was very tasty and a good portion that I was able to share with a co-worker.
