Hummus and 2 hot fresh pita $5
    Lyn L.

I love that Yelp introduced me to this new place in One Loudoun. Parking is easy if you arrive early. They are just near the Alamo Drafthouse. Staff is exceptionally friendly. We loved that the staff member remembers us from the Yelp event. He personally delivered our meals. There's plenty of clean tables and seating. The menu is simple and very reasonably priced. Food: my favorite is the Falafel sandwich and at a price point of $5, you can eat here everyday. The pita is packed with red cabbage, lettuce and their secret sauces. The falafel is cooked fresh and not dry. Their fries are spiced perfect. For a mere $4, the portion is abundant. I was excited to see hummus and pita listed on their snack menu. That was immediately placed as part of my order. Sign up for their loyalty program! It's an easy way to get free food.

PLANT SHAWARMA BOWL, FALAFEL PACK (6), PITA & HUMMUS

This place knows how to roll out the red carpet for vegan guests. The plant shwarma is such a nice option in a world of falafels, not that they don't also have delicious falafels, and everything that is intended for plant eaters is clearly labeled. I was shocked that three items only came out to $20 and was far more food than I could manage. I would eat here every week if it wasn't on the other side of the country from my home.

I have been chasing for links since their first days in DC to Tysons and now I'm so happy to find them in Ashburn. We got falafel bowl, falafel sandwich, and zaatar fries and my favorite thing here is zaatar fries. They're so crisp and full of flavor. I always get my falafel bowl or the sandwich with hummus, it's us so smooth and creamy, tastes very fresh and when you add their sources to it, it just hits the spot .

Here's a version with a more natural, human touch: I'd tried Falafel Inc at Tysons Corner Mall before and loved their sauces and fries, so I was pretty excited when I heard they opened in One Loudoun. I ordered the falafel sandwich and za'atar fries, and both hit the spot. The sandwich was loaded but still easy to eat--not the messy kind you struggle with at some places. And the za'atar fries? Absolutely superb. Perfectly crisp, full of flavor, and even better with their amazing sauces. Honestly, all their sauces shine in their own way depending on what you're craving or your spice level. Great experience overall.

Ambiance: Clean interiors and great team. Food: I have been a fan of this franchise for a while now. I used to grab their zaatar fries every time I visit Tyson's corner mall. I am soo happy they opened a store in one loudoun. One loudoun location: Great service, much bigger and spacious interiors. Zaatar fries on point, with their amazing signature sauces, habibi being my favorite. I know I will be a regular to this place. Parking: One loudoun has multiple public parking structures, easy to find parking.

Falafel Inc really is a great stop for a quick, cheap meal. This one is right in One Loudoun, which is a little out of the way for me, but I was in the area. The menu is solid, as are the prices; the place was clean, and the staff was kind. I ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich box to split with a friend and this is a lot of food! It comes with fries and is pretty flavorful.

Went for the Yelp event. The sauces, PHENOMENAL. The spicy one I want for my everyday use. There's so many sauce options - white sauce, habibi sauce, spicy sauce, green sauce, garlic, it MAKES the sandwiches. The falafels themselves -- PERFECT texture, so moist on the inside unlike a lot of other falafel places but the outside still has a perfect crust and is crispy. The fries remind me of an herby, Italian seasoning taste and they're DELICIOUS. I love the price point for this place, I definitely will come back often. The staff was friendly, service was quick, it was clean in the place. My only thing was the door was left open and it was pretty chilly at night. I love this place so much!!

Had the pleasure of visiting this new spot in Loudoun One. The falafel pita sandwich and crispy fries did not disappoint, just like my other favorite Falafel spot at the Wharf. Where else can you go and be fed for less $9? Definitely the best falafel in the DMV and the sauces are fire! Will be back to try Shwarma and that beautiful falafel bowl.

This place we stopped in as my cousin said they had amazing fries. They did not disappoint. The service was amazing the food was great until this lady came in with her 3 kids that she let run like they had not one ounce of home training. They threw the whole experience left and got mad when we told her they called her number. But you must try this place I hope that lady is not a regular. Check the video....

I absolutely loved my visit to Falafel Inc.! If you're looking for fresh, crispy, and flavorful fast-casual Mediterranean, this is your spot. I ordered the classic falafel sandwich in pita bread and it was perfect. The falafel balls themselves were incredibly crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside--not dry or heavy at all. The pita was soft and packed nicely. But the real secret weapon here are the Za'atar fries. They came out piping hot, perfectly seasoned with the herby Za'atar spice blend, and had that great, satisfying crunch. A huge plus is the sauce bar! They offered six different sauces (ranging from spicy to creamy to cooling), and every single one I tried was great for dipping the fries and adding an extra layer of flavor to the sandwich. Highly recommend for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal!

The flavors here are bold, fresh, and thoughtfully done, with a fun twist on classic Greek dishes. My go-to orders are the Medusa's Nest (seriously addictive), the Apollo sandwich (perfectly balanced and filling), and the Pegasus Gyro Wrap, which are hands down one of the most creative and delicious takes I've had on gyro meat. Everything is well-seasoned, portions are solid, and the ingredients always taste fresh. Service is friendly and efficient, and the vibe is casual but polished--great for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. Greek Unique has earned a regular spot in my rotation, and I confidently recommend it to anyone looking for Greek food done right (with a little flair).

However, this visit was not their best, and unfortunately the overall experience reflected that. For today, I would rate it three stars, primarily due to service-related issues. The main concern centered around how certain requests were handled. When customers ask for extras and are willing to pay the additional charge, there should not be unnecessary back-and-forth or a sense of resistance. Clear communication and a positive attitude go a long way, especially when guests are already paying premium prices. Another issue involved food quality and attentiveness. If an item such as rice is running low and only the hardened portion from the bottom remains, it would be better customer service to simply let guests know that a fresh batch is being prepared and ask for a few minutes of patience. Instead, receiving rice in that condition understandably created frustration, particularly for my wife. When a meal for two totals $50 or more, guests naturally expect a higher level of care and consistency. To be fair, the food here is generally good, which is one reason we continue to return. The atmosphere was also pleasant, and we were grateful to spend quality time together--something we do not often get the chance to do. Those positives matter and should be recognized. Most importantly, the manager was the saving grace of the visit. He was courteous, professional, and accommodating when my wife addressed the concerns. That is exactly how customer service should be handled, and his response helped improve an otherwise disappointing experience. Overall, this simply felt like an off day for a restaurant we normally enjoy. We still like this establishment and hope they do better next time, because businesses should remember that guests may be choosing their location to make a rare outing or special moment enjoyable. With stronger service consistency, they can return to the standard we know they are capable of delivering.
