Delicious. While visiting Dulles Town Center, this is one of our go to places to grab a bite to eat. You can smell the grilled kabobs and fresh bread in the air. Employees are friendly and quick. They do a great job preparing your food in an orderly fashion. This place gets busy, especially on weekends. Our order was neatly wrapped with plastic silverware, napkins, and sauces. Their kabobs are incredibly flavorful and well prepared. The rice is fluffy and fresh. Their bread is also freshly prepared and their chickpeas are perfectly seasoned. The side salad comes with cucumbers, carrots, and tomatoes. Yum! They are also generous with the portions, which is greatly appreciated. Overall, we are fans! read more

I had a very disappointing experience with both the food quality and customer service. A family member purchased takeout from this restaurant for me. When I got home and started eating, I discovered a bug in my food (see attached photos). Unfortunately, the restaurant was already closed that evening, so I returned the following day to speak with the owner/manager. Instead of listening to my concerns, he was rude and repeatedly interrupted me before I could explain what had happened. While I was standing there trying to resolve the issue, he started taking orders from customers behind me instead of addressing my complaint. He asked for the receipt, but since my family member had purchased the food the day before and paid cash, I didn't have the receipt. I showed him the untouched food in its original container, which clearly matched the meal they had served, but he refused to help or even properly investigate the issue. Finding a bug in your food is disturbing enough, but what made the experience even worse was the complete lack of professionalism and concern. Rather than trying to make things right, he dismissed the situation and showed no interest in resolving a legitimate customer complaint. I hope the restaurant takes food safety seriously and improves the way it handles customer concerns. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. read more

This is about the manager who was on duty today (Sunday 21st Dec 2025 between 1 pm and 2 pm ET). A middle aged person with glasses. Incident: Summary: The manager implied I was lying for a $3 chicpea when he knew I spent $27 for food. Consequence is you will lose approx $600 - $750 per year in business. Detail: I ordered a plate of Grilled chicken Kabab and asked if the chicpea comes with it. Manager took the order and confirmed it comes with the order. But when I got the food (in a plastic bag) and took to my seat (in the adjacent food court) it was not there. I went back and asked for it. He replied that he placed it himself in the bag and refused to give me the chicpea. Note that I purchased food of $24+ and Chicpea is about $2+. When I told him that would I lie for that, he refused to give me and told "you already took the bag and I shall not give it to you but you can purchase one more". Essentially he told me that I was a liar. I purchased another one instantly. Even then he did not realize that a person who can instantly pay for it would not take the trouble of lying about it. The other ladies (his own team) were surprised by his behavior. But he was so arrogant that he refused to listen. He continued the position that I who paid approx $27 ($24 + $3 for chichpea) for food was lying about $3 (approx) For Grill Kabab management : I have been regular to that shop for 10 years. We trypically order 2 chicken Kabab plate for 3 of us. As my daughter already had her lunch today, we ordered one. So say $40 per trip. Even if I assume we make 8 trips / year it is $320 / year. You will lose that $320 from now on. There is a Shwarma joint, a Chowrastha, a Philly Cheesesteak who will now have my business. With my sphere of influence (my friends) it will probably be in tune of $600 - $750 per year. So due to the judgment and behavior of your manager you will save $3 and lose $600 - $750 every year. You decide what you will do. For others: Although I have never done it before today, I suggest do not trust the person and check in detail what you have in the packet. The person is a liar or incompetent arrogant or both. Note: Beyond this Grill Kabab I visit the one in Herndon and one in Tysons corner mall. read more

It is simply one of my favorite kabob places in VA... I don't understand the people who give it a lower rating because the employees don't smile... you try working at a mall slaving over a hot grille while people complain daily... Just based on food quantity and quality... it's hard to find better. They give you so much rice and meat that my wife and I often can feed ourselves and our little girl with the two meat platter (chicken and beef)... all their meats are delicious... can't go wrong... The secret is the hot sauce... you have to ask for it! It is absolutely ESSENTIAL! It's tangy and spicy and when mixed together with the white sauce... it is absolutely worth the trip to Dulles Towncenter! I took a few days to write this review because I wanted to be kind and also honest. It pains me to give this place three stars but they have to ensure their customers are safe. I came here last week with my boyfriend to do a little shopping and grab a bite to eat. I ordered the chicken kebab and while I'm waiting for the food to be cooked I noticed the cashier is such a multiple surfaces without changing her gloves. Since it wasn't busy she was feeling containers with salad. My first issue is that the salad is now at room temperature instead of being cold. There were dozens of boxes stacked up. There's no way they were going to serve that many customers anytime soon. Once I noticed she didn't change her gloves I brought it to the managers attention and he personally made my plate and had a conversation with her. She apparently is new and immediately changed her gloves and apologized. My only issue is that if I wasn't standing right there to see it my food would have been contaminated. I just got sick a few weeks ago so I'm very cautious. I would return because the food was DELICIOUS! It was enough for 2 meals for me. And the manager was very apologetic. The falafel is banging! Very good, one of the best I've had in the area. I can't speak to the meat dishes, but they look and smell amazing. The sides are pretty good too, and of course you get an assload of rice. The employees seem a little smug and off-putting, but honestly they're working at a mall food court, so what do you expect? Way better food (at way higher prices) than you would think to get at a mall food court, so take it as you will. I'll definitely continue to come back from time to time for the falafel. read more

I've only seen this particular kabob place at malls (here, tysons mall and montgomery mall) and all three are consistent with their flavors! wear your fat pants when eating this. The portions are huge. Each meal comes with rice and a small side salad. The bread is so good especially when dipped into the yogurt sauce. I always have the chicken, it is always seasoned and cooked so tender. The kabobs are cooked to order so be prepared to wait a few minutes. I could probably drink the white sauce by the gallon. My husband loves gyros and this place always gets high marks. However the service is poor; the cashiers are so unfriendly and never smile. They should be so proud and happy that they get to serve that delicious food. I don't purchase drinks here, I go to the convenience store nearby. Too much to ask the cashiers if they offer free refills since they are already so quick to dismiss you once you've paid and picked up your food. This place is at the food court inside the mall. The food is actually pretty good. They do not cook your food until you order it, which for a kabob can take about 10-15 min depending on what you order, so make sure you have time to wait. It comes with a good size portion of rice, salad and bread though. With a drink it was around $15, but they do give you a lot of food. read more

The place is also too close to the Ben & Jerry's, so if ice cream isn't in the plan, take out for you, as well. They do more with chicken here than I could ever imagine doing at home, and puts Moby Dick's to shame. Huge portions (you could share if you're not starving), get an extra piece of bread, you'll want it. You can also snag a beer from the hot dog place next door...can't beat that! This is a pretty decent food court option if you're in the Dulles Town Center Mall. Though, it's a bit more in price and wait time than the typical fast food places in the mall, the food here is cooked to order and doesn't weigh you down with fried greasiness. I tried the chicken kabob and a vegetable samosa. The meals come with huge offerings of rice. With the chicken kabob, I received a huge heap of white basmati rice and a heap of cinnamon-spiced rice. It's really too much rice for one person to eat in one seating, so it seemed wasteful. There's a small salad of iceberg lettuce, a tomato slice, and cucumber slice topped off with creamy dressing that seems almost like ranch. The chicken was cooked well with some char on it for that smoky flavor. It was surprisingly tender and moist. I only wished they offered some sumac or a fresh herb laced yogurt sauce with it. The kabob was served with the salad dressing sauce that is like ranch, but is missing that ranch dressing tang. The vegetable samosa was a bit on the greasy fried side, but otherwise, not bad. It's one typical that you would get at an Indian restaurant, stuffed with spiced potatoes and green peas. The bread was nice, but I would have preferred it to be warm. read more

This is a kabob place in the food court of the Dulles Town Center Mall. It is my favorite place to each while my wife is shopping at the mall but unfortunately there's nothing better at this food court! It is quite good but not cheap for fast food. There is always a long wait and a good crowd waiting for food. The owner also operates the same restaurant in the Tysons mall and another in Sterling called Cherry Blossom which has a nice decor and a good buffet for the same price or lower. The food here is very tasty with a decent portion size but be ready to shell out for fast food. If you are in the mall and need a quick bite at a fast food for cheap, this may not be the place. Over the years, I have been to this place over a dozen times. Initially, the food was good, prices were reasonable, portions were great. Last year, I went there a couple of times and was surprised by lack of quality. It has been slowly deteriorating. Today, I decided to give it another chance and it was a big mistake. It wasn't going to be our first choice but the kids were hungry, a couple of other restaurants were already closed (pandemic) and there wasn't a big crowd. There were three men working and trying to get a couple of orders out before ours. The problem became apparent when I noticed how they would put the skewers on the grill while they were performing other tasks. In this process, no one was "actively" monitoring or cooking the food. My heart was sinking just watching everything getting burned. It wasn't one order or two orders. It was every order! When I finally got my food (after 25 minutes of watching this), sure enough, everything was overcooked and burnt. Never again. read more

This place does not disappoint. They give you lots of food and the chicken kabobs are so tender and juicy that I can eat there all day. This location serves the chick peas in some kind of awesome sauce that I couldn't get enough of. The bread is also great. The only bad part about this place is that it takes forever to get your order. Also, if lots of people are around, it gets to be a cluster. You can't really hear if your number is being called. They should put up a monitor to show which orders are up. With all this technology around, they could do this for pretty cheap. Also, you have to ask for the green sauce. I'm not sure why that just doesn't come by default. I also paid 12 bucks for the kabob platter. That's pushing it a little. read more
