The service was great, we were seated quickly and the servers are very nice. The restaurant is clean and bright with lots of lighting and windows. The food was a huge disappointment along with the price. We had 2 orders of spring rolls, the rice paper was very thick and chewy and not enough fresh vegetables. We also had 2 orders of egg drop soup, which was not warm enough and was way to salty. We spilt an order of chicken fried rice that had more carrots than anything else in it and tasteless. I've tried this place twice now and have had two different experiences! My first time I got the brisket/rare steak pho which was amazing! We also tried the crab cheese wontons and those had a lot of flavor. Very good! My second time around was not as great. I got the chicken lettuce wraps and although the chicken was good the wraps were soggy. Idk who though putting the lettuce in the same box as the chicken/sauce was a good idea. The crispy noodle dish was super salty, 'Vietnamese' egg rolls did not look like what was pictured on their website, should've been wrapped in rice paper rather than Chinese egg roll wrapping paper. I recently ordered some wonton soup and fried rice. The soup was the worst I have ever had.

My first visit and I was looking forward to trying the food based on the reviews. Well I think I came when the cook was having an off day. I ordered the vermicelli salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was rubbery and dry with no flavor. My portion seemed small for the price. I was also missing the egg roll that was supposed to be included. The fish sauce was tasty. Pho MPH is off to a terrible start when it comes to customer service. We didn't even get to try the pho because they turned us away a half an hour before they closed. If you want to close at 8:30pm then change your hours to 8:30pm not 9:00pm. Turning customers away when you just opened, definitely isn't a way to run a successful business. read more

The food was pretty good but I gave the guy the 10% coupon that was on the backside of the to go menu, he took it and tossed it in the trash. I noticed after I left he didn't give me the 10% off my bill. It was only Like $1.50 off but why have the coupon if you are not going to honor it. I ordered take out earlier this week for pho, beef fried rice, egg rolls, and pan fried noodles with beef. The pho broth is ok but meatballs were good. I only gave it 3 stars because the egg rolls were spoiled, sour and the taro inside was uncooked which is toxic and my 15 month ate it. I wouldn't go back due to this which is a shame since everything else seemed to be fresh. Not sure why they would serve uncooked taro and spoiled egg rolls. Very disappointing. read more

The real crime here is that they charge $6.00 each for a boba tea. The tea was undrinkable; disgustingly over sweetened, the tapioca balls were FAKE, that's right... FAKE. They were made out of gelatin! Disgusting boba tea, the cost of two boba teas made up half the cost of the meal. Disgusting, undrinkable. The Pho was fine, totally serviceable. Pho MPH just opened in Georgetown. We've seen mixed reviews. We were very happy with the service. Appetizers: steamed pork dumplings, Thai chicken wings, both on point. Wife got the combo vermicelli bowl, I got the meatball/steak pho. Filling, great portions, very flavorful (esp the broth). Ignore the folks (male and female Karens) giving one star bc the place closes early sometimes. It's a family run business and some grace is allowed as they adapt. Anyways we will be back! read more

I really loved eating a whole loaf of dry bread for dinner. The inflation is real on this place. We did take out and tried a bunch of different dishes to give it a shot! The bah mi Was mostly bread (please see pics) we paid $15 for sesame chicken and we the portion was so small it was a scam. Just all very small portions and expensive. I have been waiting for this place to open in Georgetown since March 2022. I visited them the week they opened and yesterday 11/3/2022. I was very pleased with the service and quality of the food. They are very understaffed but the waitresses and the kitchen handled it very well, friendly, pleasant, and personable. They even sell beer and wine. I love the spicy Tuna Poke bowl. I got this both times that I visited once to go and once for dine-in both were great. I also observed many customers coming and going, everyone seemed happy. The food was coming out very quickly. Nice quiet and clean dining room. They have 2 large TVs on the wall and a nice variety of seating (tables, booths, and bar stools looking outside. Please visit them and be patient. The waitress was very nice & sweet & answered our questions. Food came out quickly. HOWEVER, Don't bother with this restaurant-Just awful food. My husband had the special pho with rare beef, brisket, tripe (he says there was no tripe) & meatballs (? None of these either). He said it was very bland without any flavor. I had the Pork Vermicelli bowl-sauce way too spicy (waitress brought in separate bowl as I do not like very spicy food) & when I tasted it -Way too spicy so could not use it. The pork was awful! Had to use soy sauce to give it any flavor besides the pork taste which did not help much at all. So whatever spicing they are using is just not good, tasted like old meat that had sat out a few days. Had the pork spring roll, but again they had the same spicing on the pork in that as well. We would say 0 Stars which is not a choice here. Pretty expensive as well. read more

I ate here the first time today. Great atmosphere, attentive service, amazing food. I have only tried the Pho Tai as yet, but it was as good as any of the best in Austin. The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and everything was fresh and well seasoned. The chili oil was very hot. So only a little goes a long way.
