Service could use a lot of help here - pressuring me to buy pho instead of answering my questions about their menu is not what I need. No smile and nor asking how our food is nor caring to properly clean the table and floors add to the dissatisfaction. Lastly the several dishes and soups like Bun Bo Hue, Bun Cha Ca and rice dishes were not worth a return trip. I went the first time and somehow forgetting I went there already ended up there a second time only to relive the horrible experience!

This is my go-to pho restaurant! I recommend trying the Bun Bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup), Pho, or Com thit nuong (rice plate). I always get confused between com sườn nướng and cơm thịt nướng but I definitely recommend getting the thit nuong for sure! The suon nuong can be dry and not the best... Like other small Viet restaurant you have to wave the waiters down, ask for what you want, and pay at the cash register. They play Vietnamese music which is kind of a vibe for me and there's lots of Vietnamese folks that eats here! I recommend trying it out.

One of the best bun Bo hue in town. I've been coming here for many years. The food is good but the service is like any typical pho places, very fast pace and do not check on you. You'll have to flag someone down if you need anything. I haven't dine in since the pandemic and was super excited to dine in. It's a super busy complex so it's hard to find parking. Interesting that they sell sticky rice on the side. We bought one to take home and my two year old niece loves it.

18. Bun Bo Hue Came here on a Monday around noon time and it wasn't very busy. We had empty tables around us. We all ordered the Bun Bo Hue. The portion was just right for me. Normally I have a hard time finishing my bowl. Only complaint is the porks feet were tough to bite through. Other meats were ok. Wished there was Viet ham in it. The Broth tastes good. I like to eat my bbh with pho noodles. Service was fast. Staff doesn't wear mask. I felt a bit anxious when our waiter took our order and stuff.

My wife was craving pho for breakfast, but it was almost lunch time by the time we got here. I had seafood noodle soup and my wife had Bun Bo Hue. The food was delicious, but service was not. There was a waitress on her phone all the time. Had to go up front just to ask for more water and a fork for my wife. At the time I was about to pay for the food, the lady told me the debit machine wasn't working. Had to travel to my bank to get the cash to pay for the food. Signs need to be posted if cash is only accepted

First visit here since the weather been much cooler and first thing in the morning when you want to sip on something warm calls for BUN BO HUE! With a large dining area tables are set up and photos of menu items on the wall they open at 8am (check updates) dine in or take out. I ordered the Bun bo hue which had a nice spicy broth and thick noodles to slurp with topped with fresh herbs and thin slices of beef. I ordered a Large to go and still it was a huge portion nicely packed. They also have on the menu rice plates and pho. Very Tasty!

Stopped by since Lollibowl was closed. I haven't been here in probably over a decade! It was very nostalgic walking in, because everything looked exactly like it did years ago. It wasn't as busy on a Sunday afternoon surprisingly. This place has always been known for their BBH. If you like spice, you gotta get that. You can always eat a Vietnamese bowl of soup on a hot day. I appreciated the fresh greens and herbs that came with it; none of the leaves were wilted or old. The eggrolls (4) were kind of skimpy, like a kids meal with only two leaf lettuce. The pho dac biet was a bit disappointing compared to the BBH because it very bland. The flavor in the broth only sat on top. As you take more bites, the flavor went away. So just stick with the BBH!

Vegetarian Pho

This is not a vegetarian friendly place. The broth was disgusting. The noodles were hard. How is rice noodles hard after you've let them sit? The vegetables look poorly. Even after I tried to doctor the broth up it was nasty. I could make better Pho at Home and I can't make Pho. I paid 16.70 for a Vegetarian Pho which on the menu said 13.95. The place I normally go to Pho City was close to I decided to give this place a whirl and I would rather starve.

Have a craving for Bun Bo hue .. my date likes this place .. but it's it ok fir me.. it's a different kinda of style of bun Bo hue.. Not sure what region in Vietnam .. I only like it with their toasted shrimp pasted mix .. without it then it'll be too plain. But I know lots of people like this style.. so give it a try when you're in the area. I have tried different things from this place.. it's Juz alright.

It was ok. We used to go here all the time when they first opened 20+ years ago. BBH was decent, pho was not hitting the spot my other half said. Thought we'd come back and try it out with all the raving reviews of their BBH, ughh need to find a new spot with good BBH.

Salty over priced pho. They pushed a bone up charge, but it was chewy and what they had used for the cooking the broth- not worth it.

I originally came in fully committed to ordering the Bún Bò Huế (P4), but the moment I heard about the $3.50 giant rib add-on, all bets were off. I switched to the P1 Combo Pho just so I could have that massive, fall-off-the-bone rib soaking in that rich, aromatic broth and it was absolutely worth it. The broth was deeply savory and comforting, layered with flavor without being overly salty, and that rib took things to another level. Tender, meaty, and perfectly braised, it made each bite feel extra indulgent. My boyfriend went with the bánh mì pork sandwich, and we added fried egg rolls for the table. The bánh mì had that perfect balance of crispy baguette, juicy pork, and fresh pickled veggies, while the egg rolls came out hot, crunchy, and packed with flavor. We also got the chance to meet the owner/chef and had such a great conversation, which made the whole experience feel even more personal. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the night. Safe to say, this spot continues to deliver -we'll definitely be back for more.

The broken rice plates also remind me of the places my mom took me to in Westminster and Garden Grove growing up. The accompaniments(hanh mo), whole Thai chilies, and chicken broth are signs of the authenticity. Meats are marinated and grilled nicely too. Everything is so so good. Support this place and family. We ordered the combo pho, and the broth was surprisingly bland & lacking the depth and richness you'd expect. The meat was tough, there was barely any tripe, and no tendon at all, which was disappointing for a "combo." I also requested less noodles, but that adjustment was mistakenly given to my husband's bowl instead. Not a huge issue on its own, but it added to the overall experience. That said, the menu offers a wide variety of broken rice dishes, so it seems like that might be more of their specialty. If I were to return, I'd probably try one of those instead of the pho.

After removing all the fat from the sandwich I had what amounted to about 2oz of meat on the entire $14 sandwich. It's apparent from small things that the owners are being really cheap and trying to fool people into thinking the place is classy. All the ceramic plates had deep chips, they used plastic ramekins, served the fatty meat used for flavoring pho as roast beef, and the minuscule happy hour portions (I'm looking at you single spring roll cut in half with a squiggle of sauce!!!). I didn't go in expecting authentic flavors or a screaming deal, but it didn't expect to be blatantly ripped off and lied to. The bill showed up and they had decided taking $8 off the $14 French dip (That had more fat than meat) was acceptable despite telling me it wouldn't be on the bill. I tried to eat it but spent most of my time tearing big chunks of fat away from the tiny pieces of beef. I left half the sandwich, a pile of fat, and the over fried, stale taro fries on the plate. I guess the meager half sandwich I ate was worth $6 to them. Not

It was a bummer when they told us they didn't make ox tail or bum rieu today. Instead we ordered beef tartare, beef pho and shaken beef with rice. The beef tartare was this sliced raw beef with onion, herbs and lime which made the dish rich and savory. The pho was mediocre and same goes for the shaken beef, but both dishes were still tasty enough. During our time there, the server did not check on us or refill our water. If I'm craving for seafood, maybe I'll come back to try their seafood options.

I found out later, you can also either call your order in, or you can order pick up or delivery through DoorDash. I came back on the following Monday, and the place was still busy, but not as busy. They have a decent number of cash register stations taking orders. They have an extremely large menu. I counted 18 different Banh mi variations, and lots of other things For my starter, I wanted to try the. Pate chaud, which is pate in a puff pastry, but unfortunately, they were out. Instead, I got a mini steamed bao bun, with fried chicken in the middle. For my banh mi, I ordered the egg, sausage, and pork loaf, but instead, I got the grilled pork and egg. I'm not going to take off any stars or anything, because hey, misunderstandings happen, and it was still an amazing sandwich. They gave me a number, and it was a short wait for my sandwich. Between the registers and the people making the sandwiches in back, it's like an assembly line operation. They are quick, and the prices are extremely reasonable. The sandwich was very large, The bread was still warm. I took the sandwich home, but I ate the bao bun on the way home. It was very good. The bun had a good consistency, and the chicken was excellent. Seasoned well, just the right amount of breading, and tender on the inside. When I got the banh mi home, that's when I discovered the mixup. But I enjoyed it just as much. The egg was fluffy, and the pork was excellent. . It was a little bit sweet, like a Char siu. The pork was also very tender. The veggies were fresh. There was generous Portions. I was only going to eat half, but it was so good, I ended up eating the whole thing.
