Combination broken rice dish with a Vietnamese iced coffee!
Jimmy V.

Delicious Vietnamese restaurant in Ashburn! I stopped by for a quick lunch and had their combination broken rice dish and it was delish! Grilled pork chop was seasoned well and the over easy egg was cooked perfectly! Definitely give this place a try!

The Pho Factory IS NOT closed - it recently replaced a Pho place named "The Pho." We ate at The Pho Factory last week for lunch, we both ordered the Pho Ga - it was really good! The broth was rich and delicious, the white chicken meat was tender, and the aromatics (Bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil, and limes) were all fresh! Service was good! I will visit again! #PhoFactory

Best pho in Ashburn! I usually do a phone order and pick up; soup is always warm and tasty. Their crispy spring rolls are also great!

Terrible service, overpriced and mediocre pho. They should reconsider customer service when there is only one customer in the restaurant.

My new go-to spot for great pho. Prices are cheaper compared to other places and portions are huge and delicious!

The food is consistently outstanding, with rich, authentic flavors that taste like they come straight from a home kitchen rather than a commercial operation, and everything feels fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and made with pride. The portions are generous, the menu has something for everyone, and the balance of flavors is honestly better than most larger Vietnamese restaurants. What really stands out though is the warmth behind it all, you can tell this is a family pouring their heart into the business, and that makes the experience feel personal in a way that big chains just cannot match. It is the kind of place you want to keep coming back to and also tell everyone about because it deserves the support.

I have tried this dish before and we actually used the pork as a filling for soft buns with scallions. It was amazing. Another must order for me is the Taiwan style fried chicken. It is honestly one of the best. Crispy, flavorful, and very satisfying. Do not miss the string beans with low salt duck egg as well. The flavor is unique and really good. I really enjoy Taiwanese style cooking. It hits different. The flavors feel cleaner and more balanced, almost like a lighter and healthier take compared to typical Chinese dishes. These dishes definitely keep me coming back.

Upgrading from my review 10 years ago! Wow, a decade I've been periodically coming to this place…read more Hard to believe that One Loudoun is that old already. I would say that Sense of Thai St. has become a neighborhood staple and stands strong among the other great Thai places in the area. Definitely has improved and remained steady over the years. The service is always top-notch, and the bar with limited kitchen options stays open late as one of the only late-night options in that immediate area, which is nice after a big gym session in the evenings. I still think the prices are a little hard to swallow for the portion sizes in terms of how much actual protein you get with any one dish. But it's undeniable how perfectly balanced the flavors and spices are, and the menu is always evolving with a very wide range of Asian fusion and traditional Thai dishes. I have a TOUGH time figuring out what to order because every creation sounds so amazing! I recently got the beef noodle Thai ramen with the five-spice egg added (see photo), and it was really good. The five-spice egg is a must try, bursting with a rainbow of flavors and accenting any dish.

Liked most of the appetizer except for the wings. They are a bit too sweet for me. For entrees, we got a whole fried fish. The branzino was a good size and perfectly fried. We were trying to find pictures of Siam chicken and unable to find any. It is more like orange chicken to be honest. It was decent. Final dish was chicken pad Thai and that was good. Their pad Thai is always delicious. Overall the food was good but the service was spotty. Had to ask for water refill even though the waiter walked by and can see the almost empty glasses. We were there later in the evening so it was not really busy.
