A bowl of Vietnamese pho with noodles, green onions, and meatballs, with chopsticks lifting noodles, on a restaurant table.

The pho here is so good. The broth is light but full of deep, rich flavors. The noodles are soft but still have a great texture, and the fresh herbs make the dish even better. It is the kind of meal that always feels comforting.

The pho is delicious the broth is rich but a bit salty Will come back to try other dishes

I love the pho at this place. The broth has so much depth, and you can tell it has been simmered for hours. The noodles are soft but not mushy, and the balance of flavors is perfect. This is my go to spot for pho.

Their veggie pho is a must-try! The broth is surprisingly rich, with plenty of fresh tofu and vegetables. The portion was satisfying, and the staff were very accommodating to dietary requests. It's a cozy place that I'll definitely return to.

I tried their phở gà, and it was so comforting. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the broth had a lovely depth of flavor. The noodles were soft but not mushy, and the fresh bean sprouts added a nice crunch.

Location: in the smaller shopping center and parking lot is oddly structured. It is packed during lunch hours, btw! Food: one of my FAVORITE pho joints in NOVA. Broth is good, their sate is superb, lemongrass chicken dish is flavorful and big, pho always filled with meat, very good Bun Bo Hue, and LOVE their lemonade!!!! I eat here at least three times a month. Service: typical Vietnamese pho spot service ... if you know... you know. The two servers are the two owners; lovely older Vietnamese couple. You pay at the front counter, btw!

4/5! Decided to try this place out with a friend on a nice cold day that called for some soup. The Food: I went with my go to Pho pick, a large bowl of Pho Tai Nam. I was also kind of hungry, so I had to pair the bowl of Pho with a crispy spring roll (Cha Gio). For the Pho, the broth was rich in flavor by itself and adding some fresh basil and bean sprouts added a nice balance to the bowl. The meat quality was okay, I've had better quality meat but it was still tasteful. A very good bowl of Pho nonetheless. As for the crispy spring rolls, there were crispy and fried perfectly! And there was a ton of meat in the inside as well! The Service: The service was great! We were seated almost immediately as there were plenty of seating in the restaurant. Our orders came out in a timely manner as well. The Atmosphere: There was plenty of seating here and the place was clean! Overall, a 4/5! Definitely a recommended spot for Pho in the area.

I've been here for lunch a couple times but we now do take out mostly on the way home from my eyelash appointment. Food (4/5): I really like the food here. It's a solid 4 star and consistent for Vietnamese. The spring rolls are crispy, the fresh summer rolls are my favorite and hubby always gets B1: with chicken rather than pork (vermicelli noodle bowl with lemon chicken and crispy spring roll). Atmosphere (3/5): the inside is a typical Vietnamese restaurant (not fancy, more like a cafeteria.) Service (4/5): when I phone in my order, sometimes the person is a bit abrupt, but they are always nice when I come in to pick up. Takes than 20 min to be ready.

Phở Tai Chin

Visited with a friend for lunch wanting something warm that would hit the spot on the briskly first day of Winter, and naturally phở fit the bill. We came during lunch and with plenty of open seating we were able to quickly be seated and order. The ordering process was fairly painless (bonus points for letting us order in Vietnamese). I ordered the Phở Tai Chin along with a teapot of the Jasmine Tea to share. A solid bowl of phở for sure. Meat was a bit more done than I would've liked (might've just been me taking me time eating), but nothing offensive enough to raise a big stink about. Far from the best in the area but does the job in a pinch. I haven't tried that many of the other locations in the Chantilly/Centreville area but hope to eventually to compare.

Grilled Lemon Chicken Salad

I had the grilled lemon chicken. The food was not too bad but overpriced for what it was. Service was a bit curt. Ambience was mediocre.

VERY delicious food, some of the best pho I've had in a while. I'd definitely come back again :). The only thing is the crunchy spring role was very sad and mushy inside. (I won't be buying that again)

Cooked rice noodles and sliced chicken are arranged on a foam tray, likely part of a takeout meal from a Vietnamese restaurant.

**TO GO REVIEW** Worth it? No Repeat? No As much as I want to love this place, it just fails me every time. Tried the Chicken Noodle Soup ( Pho Ga ) and Pho Tai multiple times. It's the only Pho place open at 9:30 in the area so I've gone multiple times and tried to see if the Pho broth improved. Unfortunately, the broth is salty without any of the richness from the beef or chicken stock. Just kind of watery, salty. I've gotten takeout from Pho restaurants further away and their noodles don't clump as bad as this place.

The cashier pushes you to tip, or you don't come, he says. A tip is something given when you like, not when he is asking point blank

Saigon Bistro Chantilly

My friends and I are huge fans of Saigon Bistro. We used to drive to their Sterling location, so we…read morewere really happy when they opened a branch closer to us in Chantilly. The food is consistently great. My personal favorites are the Shaking Beef, Lump Crab Fried Rice, Tamarind Fish Soup, and the Stone Pot Soft Shell Crab. Those are must-orders for me every time. I've tried several other dishes too, and honestly everything has been good. The place has a warm, welcoming vibe. It's family-run, and you can feel the friendly service every time you visit. They also have Karaoke night every Friday, which makes it a fun spot to hang out with friends. If you're in the Chantilly area and craving Vietnamese food, this place is definitely worth a visit. PS. If I forget to take a pic, you know it's definitely good

My fiance and I LOVE this spot, and are so happy to find a great Viet spot in our area. We used to go to the Eden Center for Viet food, and still do, but it is nice to find a spot in Chantilly. Every dish we had for dinner was so so good. Crispy egg noodle, combo 100/10 I cannot stop raving about their egg noodles. Normally I get this dish at dimsum places like Hong Kong pearl. But this is BETTER! Ok first, the noodles retain their crunch even in the sauce. Second the sauce is a sauce; not a gravy. Third, the veggies and meat really are nicely coated in the sauce, it stays so flavorful, especially the brocolli. Beef banana leaf salad 10/10 This is the second time trying this and it is always the perfect amount of spiciness. I could eat this alone or with rice. I do think that there's too much onion, bc I needed a mint for sure after this. haha! Crab fried rice: 8/10 I liked the wok taste, but they include crunchy rice and crunchy garlic chunks, it's a new fried rice texture I'm not quite used to. I liked it, but I was hoping that the rice was fluffier. I also wished that there were bigger crab chunks that were visible in the dish. Overall, still tasty. But I don't know if I'd order it again. I think their specialty dishes are better than their soup dishes (ie. pho, bun rieu, bun bon hue). If you order more stir fried or other dishes it would be better !! But just my opinion The restaurant is one of my TOP FAVS! It's beautiful interior paired with really good food makes it a fav spot!
