This restaurant has quickly become my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Manassas. I say that as somebody who has lived here for several years and truly love Vietnamese noodle soup. I find that their broth is full of flavor and their noodles have the proper consistency and do not begin to disintegrate (I noticed this primarily with takeout at other restaurants). The owner is very kind and courteous and so his is brother who works alongside him. As an added bonus, they make two signature hot sauce that I really enjoy, and I have not found anywhere else. One has lemon grass and it's just the perfect amount of tangy and fragrant! I often find a couples come here on dates or large families come by. The meal truly never misses. Pho Saigon offers delicious pho. After a big hike at the Battlefield, this is the perfect place for lunch. While, Pho Sapa had the best Spring Rolls, held tight with amazing peanut sauce, Pho Saigon's fell short with me. The wraps were a bit more loose and the sauce was more like molasses and hoisen. (Which it should be.. just a preference) -Pho Saigon's actual Pho was out of sight! I got the Seafood Pho and it was so delicious. First timer: Just recently I've been hearing that their pho is delicious, so I went today right after they opened at 10:00. Of course the place was empty except me, which I love. It was cozy, quiet and clean. I was waited on immediately. I chose the tofu pho with beef broth, broccoli and carrots. Accoutrements were quick to come to the table and were generous. Pho came quickly and the broth was delish! I was disappointed with the tofu, though. It had been frozen and fried (which makes it deliciously chewy), but it was very dry and TOO chewy. There is limited seating capacity for social distancing but we got seated right away. Our typical orders include the Combination Beef Pho, Brisket Pho, Fresh Shrimp Rolls, Fried Shrimp Rolls, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Appetizers are usually served quickly along with iced coffee and water. Pho serving is very generous and the broth is really flavorful which can be enhanced by hoisin, hot sauce, and two types of housemade chili paste. Oxtail pho was delicious! The soup broth tasted so good and authentic~ similar to pho75 broth. The oxtail meat was yummy and not too tough. They gave a decent amount of meat :) the pho was ~15 dollars and I think it was worth it even though the service wasn't great. My brother got the grilled chicken over rice which wasn't that good compared to other pho places like pho bistro. The spring rolls were just alright.
