I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable this place is. $10.45 for a regular size bowl of pho with any selection of meat cuts; $13-14 after tax and tip. I felt that the amount of meat and rice noodles was perfect for a satiating lunch. My friend also got a viet iced coffee (with condensed milk), which you get to pour the drip over ice yourself. Pay with cash at the register. Service was absolutely superb. This will now be my go-to pho place in Centreville--the ambience is cozy and peaceful.

CASH ONLY Visited here on a Tuesday evening, only a few tables of people were dining in the restaurant. I ordered a regular bowl of noodle and it's plenty! The meat is fresh.

The best broth hands down. Huge portions for the price just bring cash because they don't accept credit cards.

It's always a good day for some Pho 75! I'm so glad they opened up a location a bit closer to home. We usually visit the one in Arlington. This is by far one of our favorite Pho joints. Their broth is unforgettable. Full of flavor and depth, perfectly seasoned. Our takeout order was ready in no time. Everything was neatly wrapped and employees are friendly. Plenty of indoor seating is available and the restaurant is clean. They are incredibly generous with the portions, which is greatly appreciated. The price is right and we were all happy with our meal. Pho 75 takes cash only and there is an ATM machine at the restaurant. Can't wait to come back.

I came here after my doc appt. I wanted something warm and they delivered. The Pho had was delicious, I also had a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I hadn't realized the milk was at the bottom of the cup and all I had to do was stir. They were so nice and helpful, when I asked for milk the attendant offered to prepare my coffee for me. That's when I realized my mistake. Anyway, the place was definitely remodeled and felt a little cold. This is cash only, so come prepared. Their menu did not have any variety. I enjoyed my pho and I might go back if I'm in the mood for Pho. I cannot stress enough how very nice the staff was and very very kind and helpful.

My fave pho 75 restaurant out of the bunch. Pho is consistently flavorful with fresh ingredients. Service is quick. Just like the other Pho 75s they are cash only. There is an ATM inside in case you need it. This is my go to spot for Pho.

I came here when they first opened up and it was just meh. Apparently they've fixed things up and sorted out the kitchen because this pho was awesome. Plenty of meat and the noodles were cooked well. Similar to other Pho 75s in the area, the interior is pretty plain but this one is a step above the cafeteria feel you get in Herndon or rosslyn. Service is fast (it's just pho) but they did forget my iced coffee which I had to remind them of. I will definitely be back since it's so close to my house.

TL;DR: CASH ONLY. Only has pho. It was good enough This is a popular spot that has been in the NOVA area for quite some time, and now they've opened a new location in Centreville. NOTE: This is CASH ONLY. They have an ATM in the corner if you need to withdraw cash for your bill. Service was nice. FOOD: ~They only have pho. No spring rolls or vermicelli or rice dishes. So I would expect the pho to be top tier ~Pho (3/5): The broth was okay and they give an decent portion of noodles. The meat was SO DRY and tough. Quite disappointing. Maybe I'm missing something on the hype/following of this place. If I wanted to curb a pho craving, this would be enough. But with better pho spots nearby, I would not opt for this location.

*****CASH ONLY***** (they have an ATM machine near the bathroom entrance... It's located in the old Pho bistro space. Pho 75 is OG and people show up just for the name... They are unapologetic... we only serve Pho... no vermicelli, no summer rolls... just Pho... take it or leave it... something about that speaks volumes even before your first spoon full of broth... it's a statement. The soup is deep and rich... you know they took time to boil the broth for the proper allotted time... the meat is soft and tender... little thicker than I like... but nothing to complain about... The service is quick and fast paced... a ton of people are always waiting for a seat... they want you to order, eat and clear out... Winter is coming... this place is going to be packed... come at an off hour if you don't want to wait!

So this Pho 75 location is not as good as the OG ones. The broth just didn't taste as good. Two things to be aware of: 1) They take cash only 2) There is nothing on else on the menu, but Pho

**TIP: CASH ONLY!!! (Bring cash)** Ambiance is just like the traditional simple Vietnamese Pho restaurant vibe. Service here is quick and friendly--got me in and out in less than 10 minutes with my togo order. Came here right when they opened to grab lunch to go, ordered three bowls of pho and a Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá). They packaged everything so neatly and reused boxes as to go carrier, which I found very efficient (less waste for unneeded bags) and organized. They packaged all the broth separately and noodles, meats, cilantro, and onions in another. The broth was perfect, plenty amount of meats and toppings, they did not skim at all! My Cà Phê Sữa Đá was perfect, the traditional strong Vietnamese coffee with the sweeten condensed milk, perfect rich and sweet combo. Awesome spot to get your pho craving fix.

I was excited to learn that Pho 75 was coming to Centreville, VA. If you're a native DMV, you'd know that the Pho 75 is an institution. I grew up eating at the MD location so this business has a special place in my heart. It's a no frills pho establishment. They only serve one thing on the menu-- pho! The pho broth was all too familiar and nostalgic. It hits the spot for me. Although, I find it light and dense and it wasn't as robust and savory as the other locations. It was still very good and came out piping hot and the portions were quite generous. NOTE: this establishment only accepts CASH payments. There is an ATM machine inside the restaurant.

We all know Pho Hoàng is just limping at this point and pho Duong is probably the same: both expensive and lacking flavor pho.

The food is consistently great. My personal favorites are the Shaking Beef, Lump Crab Fried Rice, Tamarind Fish Soup, and the Stone Pot Soft Shell Crab. Those are must-orders for me every time. I've tried several other dishes too, and honestly everything has been good. The place has a warm, welcoming vibe. It's family-run, and you can feel the friendly service every time you visit. They also have Karaoke night every Friday, which makes it a fun spot to hang out with friends. If you're in the Chantilly area and craving Vietnamese food, this place is definitely worth a visit. PS. My fiance and I LOVE this spot, and are so happy to find a great Viet spot in our area. We used to go to the Eden Center for Viet food, and still do, but it is nice to find a spot in Chantilly. Every dish we had for dinner was so so good. Crispy egg noodle, combo 100/10 I cannot stop raving about their egg noodles. Normally I get this dish at dimsum places like Hong Kong pearl. But this is BETTER! Ok first, the noodles retain their crunch even in the sauce. Second the sauce is a sauce; not a gravy. Third, the veggies and meat really are nicely coated in the sauce, it stays so flavorful, especially the brocolli. Beef banana leaf salad 10/10 This is the second time trying this and it is always the perfect amount of spiciness. I could eat this alone or with rice. I do think that there's too much onion, bc I needed a mint for sure after this. haha! Crab fried rice: 8/10 I liked the wok taste, but they include crunchy rice and crunchy garlic chunks, it's a new fried rice texture I'm not quite used to. I liked it, but I was hoping that the rice was fluffier. I also wished that there were bigger crab chunks that were visible in the dish. Overall, still tasty. But I don't know if I'd order it again. I think their specialty dishes are better than their soup dishes (ie. pho, bun rieu, bun bon hue). If you order more stir fried or other dishes it would be better !! But just my opinion The restaurant is one of my TOP FAVS! It's beautiful interior paired with really good food makes it a fav spot!
