Best Pho in 20 mile radius. Broth was not too seasoned and didn't have a dominant flavor, but exactly perfect. The meat had a decent quality and the noodles were fresh. The portion size is worth it for the price. One thing to note though is their choice of music, the modern American music doesn't suit the ambiance. I wish they would stick with mellow calm Vietnamese music

Overall solid choice. Got extra noodles to go . Combo for here. Noodles to go to for later. So yes. Overall booths need some work. Lightning is dim. TV is the focus in the dining area. Service attentive and helpful. Bubble tea seems to be popular here, saw multiple orders.

The #3 was very tasty, although not spicy as advertised. You can add additional chili upon request, but don't add too much because it really is spicy! Service was great and this place is definitely worth trying out.

Driving back from Shenandoah national Park and heading towards Arlington. Was looking for a nice place to have hot soup or broth after such a long day of hiking in windy, cold weather. Looking for spots, this was one location that had solid reviews. Although we arrived, just shortly before closing, the place was packed even on a Sunday evening. The portion for the large bowl of pho was fantastic and everything tasted authentic. The whole staff were very welcoming and there is something observed about authenticity when the staff reflect the ethnicity of the cuisine they serve. Will definitely return again !

Let me to start by saying, I really wish I got his name, but I believe he was either the owner or manager, and wow what great customer service skills this guy has. He is very happy and accommodating from the moment you walk in. Takes time to explain the menu to you and even offer some suggestions. I was absolutely not a fan of the pho though, it lacked a bit of flavor, and the meat choices were very thin. In which I actually informed him to let him know I was not a fan of the taste, and he quickly brought back a menu for me and told me to pick something else. He did not have an attitude about it at all, he kept his same happy and accommodating demeanor. The grilled chicken rice dishes are actually really good, the chicken in season so well. So I can imagine that there are other appetizers and kitchen dishes are good too. The place is not too fancy, but it's very clean, and so is the restroom.

Homemade Nem Noung Coung was delicious and the dipping sauce for it was onpoint ... it had a nice peppery flavor to it which was a pleasant surprise and did well . The coriander chicken salad was fresh and on point .. fresh herbs makes the dish. Bo ne was full of tender cubes of steak and fresh pate so good .. Scallion noodles and lobster delicious ! Nothing exceptional but good quality, good food And a fair amount of steak in mine for $16. I wish I could say the same about the service or lack there of provided by the two young female servers. For starters, they have zero communication skills. They drop things at the table and just stand there without a word. I did not receive the Vietnamese coffee that I ordered until I asked for it nor was I asked whether or not I wanted it with whipped cream - there's was no description on the menu so I wasn't aware it came with whipped cream. When we placed our order we asked for extra cilantro and received no cilantro at all. Once the runner delivered our food no one came over to ask how everything had turned out, if we needed anything else etc. The lack of communication, lack of attention to detail and quite frankly complete lack of personality turned a pleasant afternoon meal into a disappointment. It's a shame because I saw several other things on the menu that I'd like to try but I'm not interested in being in that unpleasant atmosphere again

I know - because I asked the restaurant staff when I recently visited in person for some Pho. Why is this important? Because, for some reason - the previous business listing under the "Viet Flavor" name - was simply updated/changed on Yelp to "Pho Banh MI 89" - and of course this keeps all the reviews that were under the the Viet Flavor name. What should have occurred - is that the Viet Flavor business listing is "Closed," and a new business listing created for "Pho Banh MI 89." Until that happens - I have no way to post a review except for here. I visited recently to sample the Pho Ga. The Pho Ga was expensive - I paid around $17 and change for a bowl - seemed a little high. I also ordered the Summer Rolls - which were pretty standard quality-wise. The Pho Ga chicken broth is a bit light for my palate. I'd like to see more depth of flavor and complexity to the chicken broth. As usual, after tasting the broth - I added all the accoutrements: Fresh Basil, lime juice, Jalapeños, and Bean Sprouts. Noodles were not clumped; broth was steaming. Decent bowl of Pho Ga - but not outstanding. The inside of the place was totally gutted during the transition to the new business. Bright, clean, lots of seating. Service was good. Paid with Apple Pay. #PhoBanhMI89

Deep, rich, and layered with flavor, it had that slow-simmered warmth that makes you appreciate a well-made bowl of spicy beef noodle soup. Every sip felt like comfort in a spoon. The beef was tender, the noodles had the right bite, and the overall execution was solid. Service? Friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself? Clean and well-kept. No complaints on that front. Now, for the one thing that threw me off--the ambiance. Sitting in a Vietnamese restaurant, fully ready to embrace the experience, I found myself listening to Hispanic music and watching Spanish TV. It wasn't blaring or disruptive, but it definitely took away from the immersion. I get that the area has a strong Hispanic presence, and I respect that, but when I'm diving into a bowl of pho, I want the setting to match the dish. Maybe that's just me, but it felt a little off-brand. Would I come back? Absolutely--for the food. The pho alone is worth the visit. But if I had a choice between this and a spot that fully embraces the cultural experience, I'd probably lean toward the latter.
