I was in the mood for banh mi, and unfortunately, I still am. (Most of the reviews here focus on the pho, which I didn't try.) The takeout vibe in here is very strong. While there are clean tables inside, the man soloing the front of house was glued to his phone, not even looking up when I walked in. There are two touchscreens inside blaring "order here", which is offputting. While he was preparing my lemongrass chicken sandwich and veggie spring rolls behind the counter, another customer rolled in to pick up her order. Ungreeted, she and I ultimately called multiple times through the curtain until the man finally heard us. They really need another person upfront. Loved the crisped, yet moist spring rolls. But my main course, the lemongrass chicken banh mi, was too sweet, lacked acid, and lacked freshness from the carrots or greens. On the plus side, the bread was moist inside and had a crunchy crust. Sorry to say i been to alot of pho in the area this place can not call authentic. The owners are not Vietnamese and therefore, cannot qualify as authentic. Their other options like fish and Chinese traditional dishes are also not authentic to my taste. The ambience is like chinese take out feel. Not a great place to have a seat down meal. No frills restaurant with friendly service and a home-cooked feel to it. I ordered the pho and it was yummy. The ordering process was straightforward (screens) and you can eat inside the small restaurant- it's very clean and comfortable. read more

I just got food poisoning from the pork buns and the lemongrass pork rice plate. Everything came nicely and the flavors were nice but I got horrible food poisoning from it. If you don't want to get sick, stay clear. read more

Chanced by this place cause out daughter really wanted noodle soup. She loves Pho so we decided to stop by here since it was the closest. The restuarant is small. It can fit maybe 16 people total but it is very clean. They have bubble tea too but we decided to have Pho, Spring Rolls and the Banh Mi. We were very pleased with the food and the service we got. The Pho we got was the house special, it basicallu had all the meats you would have in Pho in one. It was very good!! Next was the spring rolls that my toddler devoured. Needless to say she loved it. But I think the item that stuck out the most was the banh mi. We had the Chashu Banh Mi. O M G! The baguette was so soft and the blend of veggies on it was so fresh and good. The meat was soft and so flavorful. We love it and it can be a go to place for us when are in the area. read more

So glad this is just opened in Summit! Pho soup is clean tasting, lots of meat, got extra grilled pork on side, and summer rolls are delicious. Interface w iPad to order, service was quick and friendly and place has seating for about 12 people - 4 tables or so. Recommend the place to purchase real bowls and pho spoon for dine in customers. Door dash and Uber eats delivery service bowls are fine. Nice quick pho fix whenever you need close to home. Check out the photos below. read more

We ordered for takeout 3 items: the combo beef pho, lemongrass chicken bahn mi, and the lemongrass pork vermicelli. Lemongrass chicken bahn mi- chicken was seasoned well, veggies were fresh, baguette was the right texture - good light crisp crust with soft inside. Overall good bahn mi. Wish there was more chicken for the price. Lemongrass pork vermicelli - The person taking my phone order entered it as a rice dish. When I pointed it out at pick up, the person who rang me up was really welcoming and polite and offered to fix the order without any question. When I declined because I was in a rush, he immediately offered a drink. That was great customer service! Rice was cooked appropriately. Pork was tender, but a little more charred and seasoned than my preference. Veggies also fresh. A side of fish sauce to pour on top would have helped pull it together. But I think they chose to season the pork more instead of giving the sauce. Combo beef pho - good mix of ingredients - raw and cooked thin sliced beef, tendon, tripe, meatball, red onion, basil, and bean sprouts. Noodles had the right bite to it, not soggy. Ingredients all fresh. I know I keep saying fresh but this is important for this type of food. My kids liked the broth. I probably would've enjoyed it more if I reheated it to piping hot. This was my first time here and I have to say I'm impressed with the pho. Now the place itself , I wouldn't eat at. They have tables but it definitely has a takeout vibe. They don't even have a bathroom which I find odd. Other than that, I was very impressed with my Pho. I probably paid around 16-18 for my pho and the portions were so large I didn't finish it in one sitting. I recommend getting extra veggies. My broth was very flavorful. The brisket was so good, I'd highly recommend. The sauce that they give you, one is a red spicy sauce and the other one is a savory brown sauce. They are both so good and you should definitely use them. My partner had the pork chop pho. Personally I liked mine better but theirs was good as well, especially the meat. They got their broth spicy, which I would definitely do next time. I'd go here again. read more

False advertisement! I ordered the vegetarian pho and it did NOT include baby bok choy or shiitake mushrooms (as advertised)! It only had broccoli and cremini mushrooms! Do not say your pho includes something when it doesn't! Also, learn your mushrooms!! Soup was rediculously salty! ...probably to mask the flavorless broth. Simple Pho with fresh quality ingredients. Basically you get a bowl with noodles, broth, whatever meat/tofu you selected, and a separate plate with fresh herbs to mix in. Not bad but seems to be missing about 12 other ingredients to really give the pho character (ie: other mixed veggies/fake crab meat, mushrooms, etc). Tiny place so we ordered take out. Excellent pho, dumplings, summer rolls, but the standout was the Lemongrass Chicken bahn mi sandwich. Really enjoyed the mix of flavors. Nice addition to Summit dining scene. We'll be back for more. read more
