The pad Thai is good however they don't put peanuts on top. We all know pad Thai has peanuts.

We were there 10/14/23 I wish we lived closer, the food was delicious! Sweet Chili Red Snapper was delicious. It was pieces of fish (glad it wasn't a whole fish) that were crispy on the outside and tender inside. The sauce was sweet and spicy delightful combination. I love whole fishes but hate eating them in a restaurant, so much work LOL Volcano Pork Shank (Osso Bucco Style) was a chef special and the pork was tender falling off the bone and spicy! Be careful if you can't handle the heat, ask them to make it mild lol Thai Iced Tea and Lychee Iced Tea, I'm so happy they offer the Lychee version as it does not use milk (dairy and me are not friends...) but still used the same tea as the Thai Iced Tea, YUM! I ordered a Shrimp Pad See Ew to take home and it was delicious. Pad See Ew is my go to at Thai restaurants, which makes it easy to compare. Even though I ate it the next day, the noodle was not soggy. It was not too sweet nor salty. My only comment is that there was only 4 jumbo shrimp, I would have prefer a bunch of small shrimps so I would be able to get a shrimp in every bite vs eating the shrimp separately from the noodles lol Service was excellent! If we're in the area will definitely stop in again!

Food was delicious. Service was amazing. Ambience was calm and collected. I came here on a Monday night. In this area, there's really not many restaurants open on Monday so it was a great find. The mushroom and peppers dish with chicken was fantastic, very flavorful And the peppers were fresh and crunchy. I also tried the emerald fried rice and I will give you the same description, minus the part about peppers! The food was a sufficient proportion, I was adequately stuffed at the end. But still had space for dessert! I tried the fried cheesecake. The presentation was very cute. The fried crust was delicious, and the cheesecake was good. All the foods here were good but for the price, I wouldn't order takeout from here. If I'm going to spend over $15 on food, I'd rather dine in but that's just me. But that's not to say the price wasn't worth the food. Enjoy!

We've never had a bad meal at Palm Thai. We always start with an order of the Thai Rolls, which are absolutely delicious. You can't go wrong with the Pad Thai or Drunken Noodles. The service is warm and inviting and the staff is extremely attentive. The ambiance is calm and comfortable. They always have great music playing, and it's not too loud. We come here every chance we get!

Like any great restaurant Palm Thai gets it right by starting with the freshest ingredients. I especially noticed this with the green salad which was tasty and crisp with a clean finish. You feel healthier immediately after you eat it! The chicken satay was served nice and hot with condiments that were very complimentary. The lemongrass soup has a inviting tart hotness but I preferred the coconut milk soup. The desserts are fantastic and you should not pass up the fried cheesecake or the carrot cake both were terrific. My son had the shrimp pad Thai and felt that the shrimp were not sautéed long enough to pick up adequate flavor. I highly recommend reservations for a weekend night ... It's a local favorite due to the superior food and moderate prices. (For Madison area) Jeff D.

What a find! Back story: We were in a bind- love Thai food, it's part of our standing rotation but our local place started serving really terrible food during quarantine. We wanted to support local businesses and would order in once a week. We started the hunt for a local Thai place with great food- enter Palm Thai. Great selection, options for spice levels, customization and consistent time after time. The duck rolls are unique to this place and worth trying if you like roasted duck. Green curry, pad Thai, pad kee maow and drunken noodles are delicious. If you haven't tried this place- give it a go you won't be disappointed.

We have been looking for a good spot for Thai food in the area since moving in. We decided to take out for the first time. We ordered and it was ready within 20mins, which was great especially during prime dinner time around 6. We ordered the chicken drunken noodles and the chicken green curry. Those are our usual go tos when getting Thai. The level of spicy was great for the drunken noodles. Definitely a medium spice, not too hot and not too mild. The noodles melted in your mouth. The green curry was great also, the one thing that definitely caught my attention was the way the eggplant in the curry was cooked. It tasted as if it was sautéed in olive oil first so it had the melting like butter taste when you would chew it. It was phenomenal! Highly recommend getting the green curry! It came with rice too to enjoy with. We will be coming back when we're getting Thai !

We were very excited to discover Malay nearby in Morristown, and we had to check it out. We ordered the Malay Prawn Mee, Chicken Sambal, and the Roti Canai. Roti Canai is one of my favorite Malaysian dishes, but this didn't quite hit the spot. The roti wasn't soft and dip-able. It was kind of flaky and kept falling apart every time I tried to use it to scoop up some curry. The curry was a little watery and not all that flavorful, and I defintiely would've appreciated more than just one or two chunks of potato and chicken. The chicken sambal and soup were additionally a bit disappointing. The chicken sambal was just okay for me, and the flavor didn't really blow me out of the water. It almost felt like something I could make at home. The soup similarly did not have a particularly rich or flavorful broth, and left me a little dissapointed. Another thing that really influences my review is how cold it was inside. It got even colder when people opened and closed the door. It was so cold that our food didn't seem hot. I think the cold air cooled it off instantly and we were left eating room temperature chicken and soup.

You owe it to yourself to get that dish at least once in your life. I can also recommend... basically anything with the word Malay attached, which tells me the other dishes are probably also good if that's your style. Well today, I'm ordering takeout to start my holiday a little sooner, but service is prompt and friendly. They're happy to answer your questions and offer advice on your order. They recommended me away from getting something breaded to go, as being covered would steam the crispiness away. How thoughtful. So as my meal gets ready to join me, I'll keep you updated with how much I love this place: It's back in my regular rotation of local restaurants.

The restaurant had only a few people when we walked in. Two of us arrived first and we were seated immediately while waiting for the third person, who came about 5 minutes later. I mention this detail because a lot of restaurants are strict about not seating you until the entire party arrives (I appreciate Nakorn for not sweating the small stuff). It was my second time and their first time (per my suggestion). We're all foodies so I was confident they'd enjoy! And I was right :) For starters, we shared a curry puff appetizer (3 pieces). Small size, BIG flavor!! Especially paired with the pickled sauce. Chef's kiss! For our main dishes - I had the Chicken Pad See Ew and they tried the Mixed Seafood Pad See Ew (shrimp, scallops, and mussels). Everything was delicious!!! Had it not been for the intriguing conversation around the table, we easily would not have any leftovers to take home. It is a BYOB establishment, so we brough Sake and enjoyed it in the wine glasses provided by Nakorn. I love downtown Summit and all of its foodie glory, but if you've ever been, you know what parking is like. Free after 6pm Monday - Saturday and free all day Sunday. There's a small lot directly across the street from Nakorn, which is convenient. Be intentional though, the parking spaces go fast.

Lol. Anyway, I was immediately seated. They waited for me to be done with viewing the menu before trying to harass me like a lot of other restaurants do. The food was fresh and delicious!!! I got the flatbread appetizer and if it wasn't for the fact that I live over 30 minutes away, I would've gotten it again to go so I could eat it at home, but I can only imagine how it must taste so much better hot because it's so flaky. It's the flakiest thing I've ever put in my mouth. I also had the chicken Pad Se-ew along with a Thai iced coffee and I picked up a Thai iced tea to take home because why not! The service was great. I ordered the yellow curry, and it was very bland and runny. I couldn't taste any spices and could barely taste the coconut.
