Water for all at the tables

Food: Chicken pho: lots of meat in the pho and good broth. Fried spring rolls-very good! Summer rolls- also very good Fresh limeade- I enjoyed it bit my mom thought it could have more flavor. Service: Our server was nice and very efficient. Service was also quick. Atmosphere: Not a large restaurant and your basic pho restaurant set-up.

Consistently good. Small dine in area, but turns over pretty quick. One day I'll try something else, but for now the pho is just too good. Favorite pho spot in Burke for sure.

Didn't know that this was in the Burke Village Center, but my friend was craving pho and found it on yelp. We came around 5:50pm and they had several parties seated and a couple tables open. Public parking lot for the shopping center available. It seems like they are pretty popular with people trickling in and picking up take out orders. We ordered hot tea, spring rolls, and summer rolls. My friend got 18a Pho Duong Dac Biet and I got the Com Ga Nuong (grilled chicken and rice). The chicken and rice dish was good (and comparable to others I've had) but I was a little disappointed with the spring rolls and the taste. I didn't try the summer rolls but my friend seemed to enjoy it and took the leftover one home. I feel the prices are better or comparable to others in the area and they have more of a selection than the one near my house. The interior is pretty standard for pho places I've been, simple and plain--not very aesthetic. I might come by to try the pho, since I passed on that this time around.

I've had takeout pho a couple of times and it's great! I hope they do not change anything about it.

Excellent pho. One of the best tasting broths I have ever had. Restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

Is this better than H Pho?

Yes and more options. H pho is Chinese owned and this is an authentic Vietnamese owned restaurant.

Everything tasted great! I ordered extra lemon to squeeze into my soup. The restaurant was clean and looked simple with some nice Vietnamese decor. It was quiet when I went for lunch on a Tuesday. The food was average priced and the portions were huge. We really enjoyed everything we ate! Bathrooms were also clean. Easy parking in the springfield plaza. I suggest going here. They have a variety of traditional Vietnamese food (not just your typical pho and banh mi sandwiches) and I'll be back to try more menu items :)

I liked how at the get-go they gave me a full set of silverware and chopsticks swaddled in a napkin. The crispy 1. Chả Giò spring rolls with ground pork and crab were excellent. I especially liked that they provided two dipping sauce for the spring rolls. One sauce was sweet and the other was tart with fish sauce flavor. I liked both sauces equally. For my entrée, I ordered the 24. Cơm Sườn Chả pork chop. I was intrigued by the menu description which included egg custard and broken rice. Overall, the pork was very good and I liked that it was not over-marinated with lemongrass. The egg custard was a square of something gelatinous. It had a mild pleasant flavor. So the broken rice is interesting. It seems like a short-grain white rice, but has a very nice somewhat dense texture. Even though the menu advertised lettuce with tomato for my pork chop, the lettuce came with thinly sliced carrot and radish instead of tomato, which was fine. The only negative about my visit to Brothers Bistro was that the pork chop came out at the same time as the spring rolls appetizer.

The dinnerware they use is so cute, too, which is always a plus! My go-tos.. -bot chien: pan fried rice flour cake in egg omelet. A must try. The soy-based slightly sweet dipping sauce is highly addictive! -rice vermicelli bowls: always fresh & packed with all the wonderful herbs & fixings. Their grilled pork is my favorite. I love their nuoc cham fish sauce. -broken rice (com tam): my favorite thing from here. Their grilled pork chop with bone is incredible. C8 is the best with all the classic com tam sides. -Bun bo hue: I'm picky with my BBH since I'm certain my grandma makes the best version. But it's amazing here! During busy hours, service is surprisingly quite slow. I found my table to be waiting 10-15 minutes for our order to come out which is unusual for a pho restaurant. Also in terms of my rating for food, I have not personally tried their pho but have tried their other dishes like the bun bo hue noodles and the bun dau mam tom which are more traditional Vietnamese dishes that a Vietnamese person would come here and order and I think they are very good except the bun bo hue is not at all spicy like the traditional broth and the bun dau mam tom is a little lacking in toppings. Other than that, I am willing to return to try their pho and try for myself to see if the pho holds up to the standards that customers love.
