Best green tea i've found in Midlothian! The salted foam on top held integrity and didn't melt immediately into the tea. Not too sweet, with a beautiful, aromatic, fresh-brewed green tea flavor. I also love the tofu with noodles. It's a deceivingly bigger portion than it looks. It comes with pickled veggies, sprouts, and a light sauce to pour over everything. Pho Bowl prices are a little higher than i'd typically prefer from a spot I usually pick up from; but the quality speaks for itself. The interior atmosphere is nice, which might be where those extra dollars comes from. My boyfriend had the oxtail pho and said it was good, but he wouldn't order it again because the oxtail was on the bone and effortful to eat. Service was friendly from the staff and the food came out relatively quickly from ordering. Food was not very memorable in terms of spices or ingredients. Ventured over because the hubby and I have been a bit under weather and I had a taste for Pho! Not too many places near me and so- I decided on venturing out to a Pho restaurant where I knew the soup was going to be delicious!! Veggie Pho for me minus the bean sprouts with beef broth and Chicken Pho for my love. 10/10 just as I remembered. We also had 2 orders of summer rolls that were delicious and fresh! Fresh shrimp and veggies all wrapped up served with a delicious peanut sauce. Our soups were great and definitely worth the ride. It was Nice and quiet during my visit. I just beat the lunch hour which I recall they would get pretty busy. I also noticed they've changed their hours. They use to only open through lunch time and again for dinner whereas now the hours in between they are open. Maybe one day we'll venture over and enjoy a meal dining in...the restaurant has upgraded its interior and decor. The store was clean and staff were welcoming. I went here on lunch one day and the service was amazing. They just opened for the day, so the waitress was very attentive and nice. I got the meat lovers pho combo with a crispy spring roll and I got Thai tea to drink. The pho was alright but did not have as much flavor as other pho places I've been too. But the amount of noodles and meat was perfect. I just had to add some fish sauce to the broth to make it have a little stronger flavor. The crispy spring roll was amazing, it was so crispy and the inside had a lot of filling which was nice. The Thai tea was probably my favorite item. I had the pho, which was ok. My husband ordered the pork bahn mi. Ummmm.... I will be getting THAT when I come back! On a cold day, the pho was ok, but I have a higher bar set than most. With that said, I have nothing negative to say about that sandwich! Perfectly cooked and seasoned with a lightly toasted crunch to the warm bread.... The spring rolls felt greasy but the owner said via the cashier that it was the water released from the tofu. You need to press your tofu to get out the excess water. The tofu in the pho was... I could have been eating caulking. It needed to have some marinade or something? If you serve tofu, you need to learn how to prepare it. We have visited Pho Bowl for years before the new owner took over 5 years ago. We event visited one last time when the old owner and the new owner were present. The new owner renovated the restaurant about 5 years ago, the place looks really modern, we decided to give it a try. However, the food is no longer tasty and all portions got smaller. Today we visited again after 4 years, I couldn't believe that there is no typical combination pho; the noodle was very hard, and we were only able to pick 4 types of meat in our pho(or you will need to pay extra). The fried rice was really so-so, not worth to pay that much. Most disappointing part was that this restaurant used to have the BEST Shaking beef we ever had...but, not anymore. All we can say is we are not going back again There is better Pho restaurant call Pho Ngon in Kingstowne Towne center, about 10 minutes from this location. Give it a try! read more

The Pho was a little smaller portion than most places. The Thai tea wasn't bad. Question of cleanliness is what concerns me as while my coworker was eating his chicken fried rice he found hair in it (see picture attached) I think that alone takes away a persons appetite all together. We quietly told the waiter and he took it back and removed it from the bill with no problem. Then as I was going through the photos from previous reviews we saw that one of the pictures someone found a small snail in their food. They remodeled! I love this place! They have the most authentic pho. When I walk in, I get this clean, modern, new vibe. It's so cute with yellow and pastel colors. It's close to my home which I love, only 5 minutes, that's so convenient. They uphold social distancing rules, which I love, they have hand sanitizer available, they have tables 6 feet apart. Ordered a Vietnamese sandwich - Banh mi (it was over $10 - that's a little ridiculous). It wasn't made on a french baguette, to begin with. The flavor was not authentic. I had pho here before; pho was not bad. Overall - good, not great. I'm with Amy M. on this way - overprice for food that's not even authentic. We regret paying that much for a sandwich. Went here for the first time for Pho and Fried Rice take out. The food was decent. However, with all the inflation, they are now charging an extra $.50 per entree and $.25 per appetizer for takeout. They can make some excuse about it being for the cartons and bag, but that's still ridiculous. So with 2 dishes, that was an extra dollar. Then, during the card swipe, the guy there had the balls to pre-select a 15% tip before turning it around. He said all I needed to do was "sign". That's not how tipping works, I'm sorry. I've been coming here for years but the last two times I've been absolutely awful I mean how can you mess up Pho? Price for a bowl of pho is now up to $14 you can see where they crossed out the old prices on their menu and made the new prices in pen ink. The meat variety in the pho is tough with gristle and disgusting and I actually had to spit out most of it and heard another customer complaining about the meat as well. Came here on a Friday during lunch, it was somewhat busy, but not to worry, the service was still very fast. I ordered the B13 pho and my coworker ordered the beef stewed soup. I like that the pho broth has the strong spices flavoring (not watered down). Perfect for these breezing days and conveinently located down just outside of Ft Belvoir. First off, the pho is delicious! Food service is quick. Secondly, the customer service is UNMATCHED. I personally observed the owner/manager going around to each table and having personal conversations with every patron. And I don't mean "How's the food?", I mean "Wow, you guys are healthy! This place used to be our go to spot for Pho and even after moving from the neighborhood. Was in the area and felt like having Pho. Called to place the order which took more effort than needed having to repeat & reconfirm for the person taking the order. Went inside to pay and pick up the order and the customer service was horrible. Asked for hot sauce and this is the portion they have. Don't know what it is about Asian restaurants being so stingy about giving sauces. They act like as if it costs them so much $$$ to provide this service. Very fast, friendly and efficient Pho noodle bowl place. You can get in and get out with your to-go order really quick! The broth taste great and they give you plenty of leafs, beans sprouts and jalapenos. I have only tried the Pho bowls, spring rolls, and fried dumplings here. They do have a pho bowl rewards card if you get 10 bowls you can get one free. They have made it very easy for me to grab a quick, filling lunch to go and get back to work. read more

It was so cold today and I was craving pho, so we stopped by during 1ish and the place was packed. Parking was a pain, luckily we found a spot. I ordered the lunch special combo which consisted of a bowl of pho of any kind except for their special pho which was too awesome because typically at other pho joints they only allow you to pick either chicken, beef, or veggies, what a selection right? so I'm so happy that you can get almost any kind of pho except their special and one other. The combo also comes with a soda and a side of either a spring roll or summer roll. I opted for the spring roll and that was ok. It didn't have much that was stuffed in the roll, the nuoc mam didn't taste that great and the garnish that came with it was eh.. and it didn't come out pipping hot like I liked it to be. The pho however was fantastic. You couldn't smell the aroma of pho but the taste was there. It didn't taste like flavored cubes, but anyhow... the size that they give you is a perfect size for lunch, and they don't go skimpy on the meat either. Typically at another pho places that consisted of a lunch combo, they go skimpy on everything, not this place. I also noticed the owner likes to socialize with her customers so that's a plus to see. This is definitely a new favorite spot of mine for pho in the springfield/alexandria area. The only thing I would change would be the amount of garnish for the pho, there were 3 of us and it wasn't enough. Also they should come out with a punch card, buy 9 bowls get the 10th free or something. Lure more customers in!! Lunch combos are $10ish. read more

First Time visit was today and it was a very pleasant experience all around from the food to the people who provided it. Saw mixed reviews and decided to give it a shot. So glad we did, the food was delicious, the portions were more than enough to walk away full of Pho and Happy. I did the lunch combo and my wife the beef stew, both were tasty and meat so tender (melted in your mouth). We tried both the spring roll (fried) and the shrimp, very delicious, and each with it's own sauce which enhanced the individual flavor. The biggest draw to bring us back was the personal greeting by the owner and conversation, very personable and told us if we had any issues or questions she would handle personally. We recieved a stamp card and I see it filling up relatively quickly and looking forward to every delicious slurp towards our free bowl. read more
