I don't like many pho places in the area, but I will always come back here. The broth is very good. I enjoy the lemongrass chicken rice plate, too. No complaints when coming here. Employees are very nice; we talked about the Lunar New Year on our last visit and she was super friendly and kind.

This place serves the best pho i've had in a while. Their tea and fruit smoothies are really tasty as well. Its nice and clean and spacious with good vibes. The service was quick and staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Pho, spring roll, Thai tea
Michael S.

I went here on lunch one day and the service was amazing. They just opened for the day, so the waitress was very attentive and nice. I got the meat lovers pho combo with a crispy spring roll and I got Thai tea to drink. The pho was alright but did not have as much flavor as other pho places I've been too. But the amount of noodles and meat was perfect. I just had to add some fish sauce to the broth to make it have a little stronger flavor. The crispy spring roll was amazing, it was so crispy and the inside had a lot of filling which was nice. The Thai tea was probably my favorite item. It tasted like actual Thai tea and not the artificial or instant type. AMAZING! The ambiance was very relaxing and chill. It felt very minimalistic but also calming. Very nice place for a quiet lunch.

Yummmmmm!!!!

I had the pho, which was ok. My husband ordered the pork bahn mi. Ummmm.... I will be getting THAT when I come back! On a cold day, the pho was ok, but I have a higher bar set than most. With that said, I have nothing negative to say about that sandwich! Perfectly cooked and seasoned with a lightly toasted crunch to the warm bread.... I sat there nodding my head in approval the whole time. Whatever came on the side with his order was forgotten once this sandwich came out. We will definitely return when we're in the area again.

Pork Chop

The customer service was quick and friendly. The food was okay. The crispy spring rolls were a little burnt and greasy. The pork chop was a little tough. The Pho was a little smaller portion than most places. The Thai tea wasn't bad. Question of cleanliness is what concerns me as while my coworker was eating his chicken fried rice he found hair in it (see picture attached) I think that alone takes away a persons appetite all together. We quietly told the waiter and he took it back and removed it from the bill with no problem. Then as I was going through the photos from previous reviews we saw that one of the pictures someone found a small snail in their food. I know these things happen but I don't like finding surprises in my food so I wouldn't give this place another shot unfortunately.

Food is decent priced a bit high for the lack of full flavor. I've only had takeout tho so maybe there are extra fees.

The Lemongrass chicken in the vermicelli bowl was over cooked. I did enjoy the sauce but that is about it.

Okay bear with me for a long review. I am passionate for this because I've been on a hunt for some…read more Pho and their mango sticky rice is good too! (fair warning they do sprinkle some peanuts on there, look out, if you are allergic)! In case you don't want to read the whole thing: 10/10 pho. The portion is so worth it! The flavor is amazing and so hearty yet refreshing. Also I am 99% sure my food came within minutes of ordering because I did not even get the chance to open my book. The way I rate pho, are two things, one, the noodles, and two, the broth's flavor. Noodles: Because nothing hurts more than a yummy broth with some overcooked noodles that breaks when you try to eat them. Pho Saigon Pearl is doing it right, their noodles are perfectly cooked, you can pick them up and they're not clumpy, they don't fall apart (literally God Bless) Broth: bone broth is soooo good for your overall health and every time when I am feeling slightly under the weather, I look for a good ole pho place for some yummy broth. No one wants flavorless and greasy broth, and it's awkward to ask for salt, but LET ME TELL YOU GIRLLLLLL THE BROTH (fantastic give me 14 of em) it is sooooo perfectly seasoned, it is perfectly salty and gives you that beautiful completed flavor of meat and veggies. The ambiance is nice, lots of lighting, clean interior and spacious set up. Overall: 10/10 would recommend. Literally kisses all around because I already feel better I CANNOT wait to come back again!

I was super impressed and dare I say blown away by just about everything! From the Tom Ka soup right through to the Drunken Noodles - each dish we had was packed with flavours that were bold, authentic, and beautifully balanced. The service was great! Despite it being super busy - our sever was very attentive (especially on a holiday evening), and even came to let us know the kitchen was closing and if we wanted desserts, we had 10-15 mins to place the order/s. The venue itself is really unique/trendy - I would describe it as a fun, unexpected blend of a cozy French bistro aesthetic with a Thai twist--warm, stylish, and welcoming. A total gem in Old Town & I can't wait to go back!

Today, I tried the Pik Khing with beef. This is one of my go to entrees at any Thai place. Great flavors here to include a nice medium spice flavor. I have tried the Panang Curry with chicken. Very good. Normal spicy is probably too mild for me. Good flavors. I like to get a side of broccoli to add more veggies to the dish. It comes with broccoli already but I like a little more. Oh, and the decor is really nice. Love the designs inside. Very cool. Give them a try!

Phở - Tái, Chín, Gàu, Gân, Sách: The broth wasn't as deep or clear as the Philadelphia branch's, and it lacked a bit of umami and sweetness. The beef was slightly overcooked, lacking the chewy texture of raw beef. However, the rice noodles were still bouncy. Overall, it was just okay, not worth waiting in line for almost half an hour. Chè Báp: Simple but incredibly delicious! The coconut milk was rich, fragrant, and sweet, but not too sweet; the corn pudding was thick and fragrant, and you could even taste the corn kernels.
