Pho and seafood (August 2024) - The image shows a glass door with a printed sign announcing the reopening of Pho & Seafood on August 1. The sign states that the restaurant is coming soon under new management. The reflection on the glass reveals a parking lot, some cars, and outdoor scenery, with a person taking the photo visible in the reflection. The door has a no soliciting sticker and a Visa sticker, and there are indoor plants visible inside the establishment.

I believe it's under new management as of August 2024. They have seafood dishes now along with traditional Vietnamese food (pho, rice dishes). I enjoyed the pho but noted the protein was not too plentiful. I enjoyed the broth. Hubby got crab legs and mussels and was tasty and average cost. We will try again!

Ordered takeout here. More expensive than other pho spots in the area, but the pho broth was decent, and I don't have any complaints with the overall order.

Plan VG3. Pho Vegetarian 100% Vegetable Broth (Pho Chay) B98- Grilled Beef (B Nng). - A bowl of Vietnamese pho containing clear broth, rice noodles, chopped green onions, and cilantro, is placed on a white table. Next to it, a basket holds two sandwiches with baguette bread, filled with vegetables and meat or vegetarian options, on parchment paper. The setting appears to be a casual restaurant or cafe.

Been exploring more of our "local" spots in Fairfax and discovered this spot on our search for pho in the area. It's in a strip mall so plenty of parking. The restaurant itself is super clean and very cute. The staff is super friendly and made sure to ask if we would like forks or chopsticks. We used chopsticks, but I just thought it made the place feel more welcoming to people who may want to try Vietnamese food. I LOVE that they had different versions of the rice paper wrapped "summer rolls" I'm allergic to shrimp so I was excited to order the winter rolls which had grilled pork instead. They also offer bean sprouts fresh or steamed which I thought was something I hadn't been offered elsewhere. Great find in our area!

Worst food quantity and quality. Ordered shaky beef and it was like a $3 ingredient list for that much of a portion and they charged $16. Literally one slice of tomato , few cucumbers, a tenth of a lettuce. All the veggies were dried out. The beef was so small as you can see. I could have done a better job. This dish looked like leftovers that they just threw together. The rice was pretty dried out as well. Note to self: don't come back

A bowl of Vietnamese pho with rice noodles, green onions, and broth is placed on a dark restaurant table. A pair of chopsticks rests on the bowl, and a small bowl of rice is nearby. The background shows empty chairs and tables in a casual dining setting.

The food was good The service was excellent The owner I guess he was the owner made you feel like you were a guest in his home

BEST PHO EVER!!!! And and amazing service! They have an extensive menu, we have not found anything that has disappointed. Did I mention BEST PHO EVER!!!! Like nothing comes close to it and we been to many.

Food was delicious, fast, and fresh! Sweet family owned. Service was attentive and excellent. I came for the pho, which was hot, flavorful and had a good size portion of brisket. Server recommended great entrees for those not eating pho. The Shaky beef clay pot was very tasty. The pork was tender and flavorfully grilled. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Our new fav restaurant!

Did a carry out for some pho and fried spring rolls. Spring rolls were pretty good, they should offer it with some lettuce. Very tasty when you wrap it. Pho was decent, flavorful and very rich because of how much fat was in the broth. I really don't like it as oily but it's ok. They don't skimp on meats but I wish I had more garnish in my to go box.

A large white bowl contains Vietnamese pho with clear broth, rice noodles, slices of beef, bean sprouts, and chopped herbs. Two chopsticks rest on the bowl's edge. In the background, a small plate holds lime wedges and bean sprouts. The setting suggests a casual dining environment focused on traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

Good pho, tender beef, but the restaurant's space needs improvement. The staff is attentive and the food is served hot. Will return!

The pho here is so flavorful and comforting. The broth is rich and aromatic, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. Everything tastes fresh, and it feels like a warm hug in a bowl. I could eat this anytime.

The place was filling up and the ambiance reminds me of a traditional bustling noodle house - perfect for the cold snap we were experiencing at the time. We got hot and sour noodle soup, sichuan beef noodle soup, and an order of their pork soup dumplings. Portions are generous and prices are fair, it's easy to become a regular here if you live nearby. The hot and sour noodle soup is as advertised - just enough spice to complement the sour, but not overwhelm to make it feel like mala. It's served, as expected, with glass noodles, some bak choi, and some pork slices. Nothing spectacular but par for the course. The sichuan beef noodle foon soup was slight notch better. The broth gives really warm vibe and you can tell it's been brothing for a long time. Again just the right amount of spicy to make you keep slurping for more. The noodles were average, chewy, but not bouncy. Also comes with a healthy amount beef slices and bak choi. Again - a great noodle soup bowl but nothing jaw dropping. Soup dumplings were fantastic, however. The pork definitely has its own marinade and the soup is flavorful. The dumpling skin is well constructed and complemented well with the noodle soups - especially in cold weather. tldr; solid noodle soup spot, they seem to be consistent and really hits the mark when you're in a for your noodle fix. Soup dumplings are probably a must get side dish with whatever your main is

We got 2 dishes: Lanzhou hand pulled noodles and oil spill noodles. Don't let the photos deceive you -- there is a generous amount of cubed beef in both dishes (buried beneath the noodles in some cases). I loved the chewy consistency of both noodle dishes. Only small downside is that we didn't see any free water provided, and the oil spill noodles could use a tiny bit more spiciness. Overall, would definitely make the post-snow trek out here again just for the noodles.

Kind of wild it's just hanging out here in the food court at Great Wall supermarket. There's usually always a spot to eat and the folks here are real friendly, very community, almost close knit village vibes. I literally get the Lanzhou beef noodle soup every time. My wife likes to explore their other options (win-win in my book lol) Beef noodle soup hits every. single. time. The broth is rich and hearty, just the right amount of chili oil on top, you can select your thickness of noodle (there's like 7+ types) - I always get thick - and the portions of beef are generous. The noodles are cooked just right - bouncy, has the hand pulled texture, very long. Presentation is gorgeous. Get the noodle soup here. You will not be disappointed. Other dishes are great too, the potato salad is an excellent side dish if you're feeling a little extra or perfect just as a snack if you're peckish The stir fried noodles is my wife's favorite and it reminds her a lot of home. Lots of warm flavors - cumin, bit of spicy, nice and thick sauce. It's a hearty and complete meal hitting all the macros The lanzhou liangpi was pretty good, it's a side dish but heavier than you might think - the noodles are generous and thick, lovely amount of chili sauce splashed in with fresh cucumber slices garnished on top for balance The other dish we've tried (thus far) was the triple mix noodle which is similar to the stir fried noodles but a bit lighter, without as thick of a sauce Ingredients are all super fresh, I literally dream of the noodle soup on the coldest of days tldr; get the noodle soup
