Came here and was looking to have vermicelli. They offer a variety of different vermicelli entrees here. Each different dish just offers a different type of protein. This particular Pho place is pretty clean. The spring rolls were tasty. They are wrapped in rice paper with grilled pork, mint, lettuce and vermicelli. The addition of mint is great and unexpected it gives it another dimension of flavor. I'm not usually accustom to tasting mint in the spring rolls. The vermicelli dish then arrived. It's everything we'd expect: pickled carrots and daikon, vermicelli, cilantro and grilled pork. I would have preferred more Overall, this is of the better vermecelli dishes i've had because of the flavor of the pork, the pickled vegetables and the flavor of the fish sauce. read more

We love this place....we eat here at least once a week. Everything here is good. The meatball pho is my favorite but I have tasted their lemongrass chicken and that is my second favorite. The spring rolls are delicious and this family cares about their customers to know our preferences. It gets crowded and sometimes the wait is long but worth it! read more

Not enough meat in the entrees. Order double meat and pay the extra. The pricing of meals is below what I would expect to pay ($7.50 average), so I shouldn't have been surprised by the meager meat offering. The lack of meat (also a little over cooked & dry) was disappointing. The meat broth was flavorful and this "hole in the wall" has potential. We went bc of high Yelp rating, but I left underwhelmed and thinking of other Pho restaurants, hence the 3 stars. I'll probably try again with double meat order and hope to give them more stars, bc I like to support family-owned restaurans. This is a fair review. read more

One of the better Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I'm generally not very fond of the Vietnamese restaurants in the DFW area - I'm from Chicago and moved here 4 years ago. I think the Vietnamese food in the DFW area is just ok compared to Chicago or Houston. Pho Crystal is pretty decent compared to the other DFW Vietnamese restaurants and I would come back here to eat again. read more

Good food and great service. The restaurant is on the smaller side with only about 12 tables. It does get crowded but for good reason. The cum bo luc lac was delicious. The meat was filet mignon quality...nice and tender. It was suculently sauteed with grilled onions and green and red bell peppers. Served over lettuce and a side of rice. The combination pho broth was delicious which is the most important part of pho. The vermicelli was perfect as well. It's a hit or miss at most pho restaurants but definitely a hit here. The shrimp spring rolls and Thai Iced tea topped off our dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant if you have a pho craving. read more

Great service and friendly employees! Pho, spring rolls, and Viet ice coffee on point!

Pho is a very particular and exacting taste. You can search around for the perfect Pho and come up short. We tried Pho Crystal on lunch real quick in the cold snap. It was Ahhhhmazing!!! You can pick your size bowl. If you go for lunch you might have to wait for a table, but it's worth it. Don't let the location and space fool you this place is delicious. We went back two days in a row. read more

I absolutely love this place. Best pho in North Texas. My go to for comfort food. Staff are super nice! Very traditional, freshly prepared. No canned or processed food here. Love love love!!!!! read more

Came here with 2 others on a Tuesday night around 7pm. There were only a few patrons but the place quickly filled up within the 15 mins that we were waiting for our food to come. We each ordered a bowl of Pho and all were very tasty. Get the large if you're hungry as the regular size is pretty modest. The shrimp spring rolls were just ok to me though...nothing special there. We waited a while for our check to come only to realize you actually have to go up to the counter to pay. They didn't have a problem when we split the check 3 ways and each paid with our card. Some places really would give you a hard time for that. I'd come back again for the reasonably priced Pho and to try their Bun. read more

I love this place, and always receive great service and food. But on Friday the beef in the pho was iridescent rainbow color. Not sure if it's okay, but couldn't eat it after discovering weird discoloration of the beef. read more

I just want to say that my family goes here at least 2 to 3 times a week. Well said!!! Grilled pork spring rolls and steak with meatball added is my every time order!! I used to live in Haltom city and there is the best pho place called Mylan. We were so sad if we couldn't find a pho place when we move here. We were so relieved that we found this place. We just can't get enough since my family is such a soup and noodle people. haha~ You guys try this place out if you are around Allen area. You won't be disappointed! read more

I was looking for a close by Pho restaurant and Pho Crystal showed up in my searches with high ratings so we decided to try it out. I ordered the spicy beef pho while my friend tried the Pho dac biet (the combination). Both turned out great, with the broths very consistent and delicious. The noodles were made perfectly, not too hard or chewy. Although the broth wasn't as good as Pho Pasteur's (a Pho restaurant that can be found in carrolton and Richardson), it was still pretty yummy. I'm definitely happy we decided to come to Pho crystal, we will be back! read more

My kids and I love this place! They use high quality meats for the Pho noodle soup, everything is just right. I remember one time we ordered the flat noodles and was a bit too oily. One thing i need to metion about is the sauce bottle, very clean, not like some other restaurant, very sticky and ...just nasty, so this is one of our favorite Pho restaurant! read more

I am not a big pho guy, but I love the spring rolls here. Tell me a place you can get something that tastes this good, is healthy, and cheap!!! I prefer the chicken spring rolls over the pork or shrimp and make a meal for two by getting four orders. That equals a dinner for two for less than $20 bucks. My only complaint is every time I want to order carry out the phone is busy when I call to order. One time I tried for 30 minutes on a weeknight and got a busy signal every time. Fix the phone system and it would be an easy 5 star rating. read more

I have to say best pho in Collin county! I've been to numerous pho places & the broth here has the right balance. Not too salty, not too sweet & best of all not too greasy! Family owned restaurant, very friendly people. Give the desserts a miss. read more

Are you pho-real?! Best Pho I have had, which arguably is not a lot. The broth was rich and fragrant with so much depth. A beautiful combination of saltiness, acid, and umami flavors! There is a reason for the plethora of positive reviews. I went at lunch time, and it was packed in the small dining area. As a sign of good food to come, I was not upset having to wait ~10 minutes for a table to open up. Food came out fast and piping hot. I order the P1 combination Pho in size Large. Portion was very generous considering there is an XL option available. I will be returning to try more of what they have to offer. read more

This restaurant is closed for dining during COVID, but offers to-go. They will bring your order to your car if you want also. They are friendly, and very popular. So when they tell you it takes 40mins for your order, don't expect any earlier. Overall decent Vietnamese but nothing to write home about. read more

Love this place great pho, Banh Mi and spring rolls, Pad Thai is good too prices are amazing

I eat an embarrassing amount of Pho (3 times in the past week alone). I suspect that the rave reviews on this place are from those that don't have much to compare it to---because pho IS AMAZING, but compared to other places, the flavor just doesn't compare. The broth is extremely light and not far from your basic chicken broth in terms of taste. Also, I tried the dumplings that others were raving about and I just don't get it...they're just dumpling shaped egg rolls. They're your standard egg roll wrappers filled with your standard egg roll filling, deep fried and served with packaged duck sauce?? I will say this, their prices are extremely reasonable and I easily got twice the amount of cuts of beef and vegetables as Pho Que Huong gives you. Easily. So while Pho Crystal wasn't terrible, if you've had pho from elsewhere in the past, you're up for disappointment. read more

Solid Pho place for sure. The place is small, but the Food is really good and comes out quick. I experienced pretty crappy service though which is why I'm only giving it a 3. They weren't mean or anything, just not very personable or attentive. It could be a cultural thing or maybe it was a bad day. Just set your expectations accordingly. Even with the less than stellar service experience, I'd come back based on how authentic the food was. read more

One of the best pho places in town. Really good place and excellent service. Sweet family run restaurant. Excellent choices and the pho size is just perfect. Hoisin and tamarind sauce is usually indicative of how good the place. It was awesome. Loved the avocado smoothie with tapioca. One of the very best north side of town!!! read more
