Had a group party here and it turned out great! The establishment is very clean and the customer service for the most part is above satisfactory. I wish they had Vietnamese Sandwiches, but I'll get over it. Loved their fried rice and egg rolls - couldn't get enough! A big added plus is the self-served frozen yogurt with the usual toppings of fresh fruit, candy pieces, sprinkles, etc. There is no better way to beat the heat than with a refreshing cup of frozen yogurt? Stopped by here for lunch. It's very clean with attentive staff - unlike the typical Vietnamese restaurants. The Bun Bo Hue was delicious - like what the other yelp reviewers have stated. I was a little disappointed with the Vietnamese ice coffee. It's definitely not made fresh. I'm not sure if it's a powder mix because it had a slimy / syrupy texture to the coffee. Oh my, this place is legit. I love their noodles and their egg rolls with the peanut sause. I was going there quite often a little while back to have meetings with a client. Good food. Poor seevice. One waiter was very attentive the other the complete opposite. One helped me figure a dish close to what I wanted. The other forgot I ordered food and 3 other tables who came after me got their food before me. Then when I got my food it was cold. I just found out about this place and was excited to try it. A vietnamese place that isn't on the other side of town from me? Awesome. The first thing I thought when I walked in was that it was very big and well lit. When we walked in the waiter seated us. Whoever picked the chairs here must have never sat in them because they were horribly uncomfortable. When I looked at the menu, the place earned a strike. They don't offer tripe or tendon in their pho. I ended up ordering the Pho Dac Biet. The service was quick and the pho was decent. I had read in a review on here that it was toned down a bit for western tastes and I have to agree with that. That being said, I would come back again. read more

This place is too expensive for what they serve you. I order a grilled chicken rice plate and the chicken portion was too small for what it's worth. I say I got about 3 small pieces of chicken breast for a price of $10. The side of the salad it came with was a bigger portion than of the rice and the chicken combined. The food was very fresh with generous portion sizes. The staff was very friendly, even teaching me how to pronounce the dishes in Vietnamese. The only downside was I had to ask for utensils, and I just got up and got my own napkins. That won't keep me away though, the food was good enough to bring me back. read more

Service was great. The spring rolls were great. But the pho was a disappointment. The broth had no body to it. I'm not Vietnamese but I've eaten a lot of pho and this was subpar. No mint , parsley brought instead of cilantro , no squid in pho or tendons. Pho had shredded beef in it kinda strange. I added a lot of hoisin sauce and made it better. Sorry for bad review I probably will try again. It was 11 am maybe broth wasn't ready.will give second chance. read more

Best Pho Evah! And I've eaten some crazy good pho at some crazy out of the way pho places. I could eat here 4 times a week easy! There flavors are rich, and "Spike it yourself" friendly. Which is perfect for my husband and I because I like mine slightly spicy with more umami and he likes it nuclear hot with no hoisin sauce. Lots of meat, noodles, veggies.... your are absolutely getting a good bang for the buck. The prices may be high for some people, but your getting broth made from scratch and HELLA GOOD customer service. If it's just you, I suggest sitting at the bar and striking up light conversation with the waitstaff. You'll feel like your eating at a friends place. Now I want pho! :-P read more

Best pho I've had in BR! They put twice the amount of meat and twice the amount of side dressings! The atmosphere is upbeat and after you finish your pho, you can make your own frozen yogurt dish!
