This is the first time my husband and I have been to Pho, but I can promise you it won't be the last. The pork dumplings were perfect! I had the meatball pho it was so rich and just a hint of sweet, so good! Spicy seafood was just the right amount of spice. We also sampled the frozen yogurt and it was better than tcby or menchies, best part is it is all you can eat. The staff was friendly and fast, we couldn't ask for more. You definitely want to give pho cafe a try. read more

Very nice decor, good service, tasty soups. Nice busy area, you may even sit outside to eat whatever you want. They also have frozen yogurt. It qas a party of 3 and the broth was just perfect, i didn't even have to add other sauces in it. read more

The food came out quick and delicious. The staff wear masks and the bathrooms are also very clean.

Decent pho in a clean setting, with friendly service. This may be the best Vietnamese in Baton Rouge, but I've had better in Lafayette and New Orleans. Didn't try the frozen yogurt, because.... well, who has frozen yogurt with pho? read more

Pho Cafe - Crispy noodle bowl - Vietnamese Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Visited this restaurant again. So good! We enjoyed the food and friendly waitress. We tried the shrimp spring rolls, eye of round and brisket pho and vermicelli noodles with pork, chicken, shrimp and egg roll... yummm!!! Again we were too full to taste the fro-yo! Hopefully next time read more

I'm debating between 2 and 3 stars. The pho was fine. After noticing that our table was without soy sauce like the other tables, I requested some. The guy who was waiting on our table, told me that I wasn't supposed to use soy sauce in my pho and that I should be using hoisin. Guess what? I don't like the sweetness of hoisin! I could have been asking for it for others in my party. I just thought it was rude. The food was fine. Nothing bad, nothing great. I can go elsewhere and get better service. The place is pretty. read more

Our servers were very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious. The coconut water was refreshing as well. Our favorite was the clay pot meals and the combination pho bowls read more

Let's be honest. A Pho restaurant and a yogurt store in one..... what do you think you will get. With the Pho not very many options. 3 meats. It was average. Polite service but again. $20 for two very small spring Rolls and Pho on a scale of 1 to 10. Solid 5. read more

This is my go to place for vietnamese food. Spring rolls are good but overpriced. The Pho is inconsistant (sometimes really good, sometimes average but never bad like some places on Florida). Pho Ga(chicken) is usually really good. Bun thit nuong (vermicelli noodles) and Com suon/thit nuong (rice dishes) are excellent, whether you get grilled chicken, grilled pork, grilled beef, grilled shrimp or grilled pork chop on rice. Everything grilled have always been excellent and well marinated. I usually just go for one of the variations of these 2 dishes. read more

Great food experience. Very flavorful. Friendly atmosphere. Will be back again. Had the seafood pho, well done brisket pho and dumplings. Great choice. read more

Love the pho here! This is one of my favorite casual restaurants in Baton Rouge. Great for take out too!

Very good. Stick with the clay pots, pho's, soups, and noodle dishes. Much better than anything local.

Finally tried the pho and it was awesome. I just moved from Chicago where I had an entire neighborhood of Pho shops. I am so happy to have found a great spot to get my fix! read more

Service and food aren't very consistent. Definitely not my go to place for pho. I do like their egg rolls and papaya salad (which we'll order for special events). Their ice cream machines don't have the variety of flavors I'm use to in comparison to menchies. read more

It's always such a pleasure to eat authentic, well-prepared ethnic food. This place is just that quality. In addition, the staff is friendly & welcomes your return visit with warm smiles of affection. Finally, the prices are moderate & you'll usually find Vietnamese regulars at adjoining tables. Sample everything on the menu & be sure to ask for daily specials. You should not be disappointed. I never have! read more

Food was average. Portion was a lot smaller than I'm used to and it was more expensive than the larger portions I'm used to. While it tasted fine, it didn't taste very traditional; just like plain chicken broth really. 3/5 read more

They're pho is the best I have had in the area. I've had better else where, but it definitely quenches the craving when i get it. I wish the pho had better flavor and more add in options, but generally tasty. read more

Awesome pho. I've always wanted to try it and it was amazing. I ordered the spicy Seafood Pho. It wasn't really spicy then again I'm used to really spicy food so I'm not complaining about that. They have a nice set up of condiments which include Chile oil to help spice your Pho up. Once I added the Chile sauce it was amazing and had just the right amount of kick. The shrimp were fresh and not frozen. The crab wasn't real crab but then again who really uses real crab these days. The decor was very warm feeling which matched what you were eating. Our waitress zephanie was very nice and courteous to us. I would suggest anyone who hasn't had Pho before to come here. This puts top ramen out of business. I may never eat instant noodles again. read more

The pho was amazing.. I also ordered a side of chicken dumplings steamed.. once again that was amazing I would definitely come here again and again if the food stays the same.. read more

i got chicken fried rice and chicken spring roll. food was normal. it was not special or anything. i got as to go and was expecting my order to come out little faster consider there was only one person ahead of me, but it took a bit longer than expected. read more

Went there a few times, husband likes their dumplings, but complains portion of food too little for a male. I always order pho, that's plenty for me read more

Excellent food and customer service!! Tried egg rolls and Pho Seafood soup!! Both were excellent dishes!! If your looking for authentic Vietnamese food look no further read more

I had lunch with a friend here this week, and we both loved our dishes. The service was excellent and the place was bright and clean. We started with the chicken spring rolls. They were tender, rolled tightly and had just the right amount of meat to complement the fresh veggies. For his lunch entree, my friend had the brisket soup. He described it as fresh and clean, adding that all the ingredients worked well together, yet were distinguishable. It came with Thai basil, which he loves. Instead of Pho, I opted for a rice vermicelli dish with grilled shrimp. The shrimp were grilled perfectly. I added the fish sauce that came with the dish, as well as some of the leftover peanut sauce from our appetizer -- and Sriracha for a little kick. Perfect. We will be back! read more

Delicious pho and some of the best service in town! Chris has a great thing going here!

The staff is so sweet and kind, I have enjoyed my experience here each time. And the food is delicious, I love a shrimp spring rolls. My new favorite place ..I really enjoyed my meal and service read more

Pho Cafe - Yum - Vietnamese Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Gotta Love pulling up at 8:45 pm, parking in front of the door, walking around to get your toddler out of the back seat, only to have the door locked and open sign turned off right in front of your face, 15 minutes earlier than posted closing time. read more

The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was great. The amount of food was minimal compared to the other restaurants we've patronized. I was expecting the traditional fare but received half of everything expected. I wanted bobas or at least a milk tea and they don't sell these whichwas odd. I travel a lot and food is something that I am familiar with. This restaurant should take notes and add more items to their menu. It's very basic and the price doesn't match the quantity. read more

Had lunch with friends today that are on a pho kick. We started with with the chicken dumplings that were delish. Food came out fast and hot. We all had the pho and pho sho it was good also. I had the brisket (16) and it was more than enough. Service was super and very friendly. I was too pholl to get the fro-yo :( but I've had it here before and as long as they didn't do anything different it's a treat. Their new pergola outside is nice too. Enjoy this place, I did!! read more

This is one of our go-to spots for lunch. The staff is so pleasant & friendly & by this point, they know our orders - drinks & food! I'm so impressed by them. The wait staff is quick to help out & are so nice! And then there's the food - so fresh, & comes out quickly! We never have a long wait for it & haven't had any mistakes with our orders when they come out. If you're looking for good Vietnamese cuisine, head to Dream Berrie! read more

Pho Cafe (formerly known as Dream Berrie Cafe) is a locally owned Vietnamese restaurant in the Sherwood Forest corridor. The interior is bright, clean and has plenty of seating (there are also a few tables outside on a covered patio). They serve Vietnamese cuisine, and their pho is outstanding. In addition to Vietnamese fare, they also have a frozen yogurt bar (with several flavor options and lots of toppings). The service has always been prompt and friendly, with few language barriers. read more

For a new Vietnamese option, try this place. You won't be disappointed. My husband got pho, which he loved, and I got grilled shrimp and chicken. Both were fantastic. For dessert, you have to try their frozen yogurt. It's very nice, with a couple of unique toppings that I had not seen before. I'll be a repeat visitor, for sure. read more

Love this place! Super friendly staff and the food is great! Fresh and light so I never leave feeling greasy or heavy! The spring rolls are my favorite! Can't go wrong with any of the choices! Love the rice and the noodles! I've never had the rice crepes or rice vermicelli but if it's as good as their pho or rice dishes, you won't be disappointed! My typical order here is the pho tai nam and the goi cuon hep nuong. I've yet to be disappointed! read more

On the Appetizer side, Shrimp Spring rolls were good with the chili sauces on the side. With Entrees, the Chicken Pho there was Ok but not so great. And the Claypot Chicken Rice was not good with the chicken pieces being hard and the rice sweet. We tried the Mango Frozen Yogurt that lacked flavor, was less creamy and more watery. I would try this at a proper Yogurt place instead. The service too was lackluster with the staff not being really available. The overall ambience was dull. I tried because I wanted to have Pho and that's the nearest at the time. read more

I was taken to Dream Berrie (now Pho Cafe) by a Vietnamese friend to try pho for the first time and was not disappointed! Very generous portions, tasty, and fresh. read more

Went one day because I was desperate for some pho. I really wasn't expecting it to be too great because it seems kind of random to have a frozen yogurt bar AND pho. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I actually enjoyed it. I didn't try the yogurt, but the pho was really good! I would go back and recommend to others read more

I stopped in on a whim and I'm so glad I did!! The customer service was EXCELLENT!!!! The food was delicious!!! The owner took time to talk with me about the history of the cuisine and offered suggestions on what to choose. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!! read more

The porkchops. OMG. You've never had a porkchop like this and you WILL be addicted. Thank me later.

Had a group party here and it turned out great! The establishment is very clean and the customer service for the most part is above satisfactory. I wish they had Vietnamese Sandwiches, but I'll get over it. Loved their fried rice and egg rolls - couldn't get enough! A big added plus is the self-served frozen yogurt with the usual toppings of fresh fruit, candy pieces, sprinkles, etc. There is no better way to beat the heat than with a refreshing cup of frozen yogurt? Nothing like lunch and dessert all in the same place. We definitely be back, and perhaps even for another party. read more

I actually give 0 star. I visited here once with my family for lunch. A young guy served our table. He recieved my order when he was eating food. And we started to eat pho, but he never came back to our table until he brought a check. So we do not want to give a card for him quickly. What do you think after that? He came and asked about my card "can u give your card?" I almost heard like this. So Dont go here for your lunch because the young guys must be busy for their lunch. Don't bother their lunch time!!! read more
