Pho Bat is the best food in Colorado! We have tried three relocations now and we always leave thinking about our next meal. Everything on their menus is authentic and very flavorful. Definitely try, you will not be disappointed!

Wow, just wow. Incredible broth. You do taste a slice sweetness of maybe cinnamon but it makes the broth heavenly, if it's not your preference throw some jalapeños and lime into it. It'll be perfect. I chopped some basil with my hands to add some herbs. The soup was so comforting. A small size is perfection , I loved the chicken and meatballs. Id skip the marinated steak next time. Wow, top 2 meals here while visiting Vail. Comforting and affordable. I'm salivating while thinking about that bowl. Good for the soul!! P.S. Yes, they had bean sprouts.

It's decent place dor a long day ski or other sport. Broth is not really authentic. Food is fresh and also tasty. Service is a little slow and careless for my time there. Also some of the servers doesn't know English very well so you need to show them what you need. I have to ask for 3 times for my togo chopsticks. Ambiance was nice and look like a sport bar. Overall the food is good but not really vietnamese to me.

Good price for the area. Service was fairly prompt. Atmosphere was good, seemed like a nice place to drink. Pho was a good size. As a Houstonian, the amount of meat given was a bit lacking but seemed reasonable for the area. Broth was a bit weak but the addition of nuoc beo (fatty broth) made it tasty. The noodles themselves were probably some of the best I've had.

Shrimp pho, small size. So good!!!

It sure has been tough to locate a good bowl of Pho in this valley. I was super impressed with the light, flavorful broth of my shrimp Pho today for lunch. The traditional accompaniments of jalapeño, Thai basil, lime, and bean sprouts. I also ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls with peanut sauce. Also delicious but I added hoisin and salt to the sauce. Something was missing and this really amped up the flavor of the dip. Service was stellar, kind and happy servers and bartenders. I sat at the bar and am looking forward to my return. I will say the bar is a little sticky. Not sure if it a varnish problem as the establishment is clean. All in all a great meal.

Medium pho, highly recommend. I put siracha in mine

Was out in vail hitting the slopes then came here after a beautiful day on the mountains, linked up with the rest of the group & pulled up to phobay I can't front at 1st I didn't really want to go (wasn't in the mood for Vietnamese food) but that all changed once the food came lol The place nice somewhat empty dark with a warm moody vibe, clean tooI loved it ! The wait staff was nice & friendly we came with a big party so they helped us merge 2 tables. The food came out it was amazing ! I ordered the short rib meal & a Thai iced tea w/ tapioca (I should have left that out though made it hard to drink the tea) but w.e. p.s. Serving sizes were good you could share if you're not a big eater. We tore our food apart! Like on some cavemen shit Lmaoo idk why but for some reason I wasn't expecting it to be so good but I cleaned my plate idk what sauce they served with it but it was so good & the rib was cooked perfectly very savory. Overall the meal was amazing I just fucked up on my Thai tea thats my bad though. Definitely Recommend !

We needed a break from the expensive high class dining of Beaver Creek and wanted something a little more casual. It was freezing out so pho sounded like the best option to warm up! We are pho lovers back at home and hoped Pho Bay would live up to our expectations. It was DELICIOUS! They have an extensive menu and the first menu I've seen where you can mix meats in your broth. They also have a beef and vegetarian broth option. I opted for the vegetarian since the beef wasn't gluten free, but my husband really enjoyed the beef. The waitresses were knowledgable about GF options since the menu wasn't marked and I really appreciated that. I also really loved that you could see the size of the bowls since pho has 3 size options! My ONLY complaint about the restaurant is that the staff seem a little unorganized. There were times where all of the staff was doing one single task together and help was needed elsewhere. We waited a bit for our check as all of the waitresses were working together to clear one table.

Was in keystone and stopped by for some pho. Their largest size is ginormous and absolutely worth the money. They also had boba!

I enjoyed dinner and even when they served the wrong plates to our table the change out was seamless and painless and our plates were brought to us quickly. The food was yummy, and the place was clean. It was a great dinner.

We waited about 10 minutes for a table, they are understaffed many tables had not been cleared and cleaned. The restaurant has great curb appeal, the sever was very nice. We got the beef filet pho up-charged $4.50 for the filet but it tasted like well done beef jerky it was not filet. The soup was full of MSG couldn't eat it mouth and tongue tingling. The spring rolls were full of rice noodles, not basil, lettuce or onions. The menu had chicken wings, seaweed salad, french fries, sweet potato fries. That is not typical fare at a Vietnamese restaurant. If you are looking to escape expensive dinner head over for a break but you will be disappointed with the food compared to your local restaurant you go to back home.

Beware of an automatically added 24% gratuity for party of 2! This alone is reason not to return.

Great place. Prices that make you feel like you might actually be in a normal town. Otherwise just great traditional Vietnamese pho.

We told two workers and the host that a group in front cut but they literally did nothing about it. They should at least leave a clipboard for people to write their names. The food was decent. The spring rolls with shrimp and avocado was good. The pho ga (chicken pho) was alright... the chicken was dry chicken breast and the noodles were not pho ga noodles. They were regular pho noodles but the soup was good and hit the spot after a cold day.

I'm not sure if they have a private parking but we were able to find some street parking. For a big group we were able to get seated right away even though the space was a bit tight. I have tried their Thai tea and their filet mignon pho. Thai tea 2/5- this was overly sweet. I couldn't even finish it at all. There were any barely tea and more milk than anything else. Filet mignon pho- the broth was hearty with good flavor. This was a great choice after hitting the slopes. I do have to say the meat could have been more tender. However, overall, it was a good bowl of pho. The portion for regular size was fairly large. Two people could have potentially shared. The server was really attentive and I would come back if we are back in town.

You make the order at the counter and will get a text when the order is ready. We ordered a half chicken which would have been enough for us in general but the batter was so crispy and well seasoned that we were highly tempted to order a whole chicken just to take home with us to brag to other family. It was sooooo good! I am from South Korea and I know when my chicken is good. Even some Korean chicken franchise in Denver can't do this good. It will come with a sauce for dipping on the side. We chose the bird sauce and was perfect to dip or mix it in with a jasmine rice along with complementary herbs (basil, cilantros, etc) and cucumber salad. Plus their special soft serve of the day made it even more perfect. We had a coconut soft serve ice cream topped with caramel sauce which was very good. Not overwhelming just refreshing as a whole. This will be our place for sure whenever we pass by! Chicken and outer range hazy ipa were perfect match. I loved that they are existing together. We were starving and I regret so much for not taking the photos. Miss the place already

We came here on our moms weekend, and managed to get into this spot for an early dinner at 5pm…read moresame-day (hence, moms trip). Overall a great spot! - Service: 5-star. Our waiter was very attentive and flexible, and willing to cook my pork a little bit longer (if you don't like pork on the rare side... ask for it to be medium-well) - Food quality: 4-5 star. First of all, the bread and butter was to die for... but we ate too much of it and couldn't finish our meals because we were starving after some skiing that day. I ordered the pork dish which had awesome flavor, just a little undercooked which they fixed no problem. Friends ordered the half chicken, wedge salad, and mussels. All were great but the chicken could have used more flavor (so I heard). - Cocktails: 4-5 stars. The dirty martini comes in a coup glass and felt very small, but the mezcal cocktail was perfection. I ordered two of those and asked to lighten the sweetness a bit. - Vibe: Classy-casual? We were dressed nice for dinner and did not feel out of place, but some were on the more casual side too. Overall a great pick for dinner, I don't think anyone would be disappointed!

The dishes were beautifully presented and well thought out. Had the mussels and croquettes and finished with the Panna cotta dessert which was a beautiful presentation almost michelin style. Wish we could have tried more dishes but we were full since the portions are generous. Not sure what else you could be looking for but this place hits all the criteria for a complete restaurant experience.
