Big portion with vegetables, fermented black beans, so good! - Spicy crispy fish - highly recommend this if you like spicy food. I love this dish whether the chicken or fish variations and this might have been the best I've had! I can't say enough about the Chinese food. We were blown away with how good they were. Our server Patrick was incredible. He was so friendly and welcoming. He's a serious skier and you can often find him backpacking 30+ pounds of cooking gear to make fresh food slope side! We have tried many places in Vail and I highly, highly, highly recommend this place. The interior is small so I recommend making a reservation. My wife was dumbfounded by the elevated price with the less Then substantial s@&$ pieces of sushi. I looked at what was delivered and it certainly wasn't 389 dollars worth of food. So there was a back and forth where the person on the phone acknowledged a misrepresentation of pricing but didn't want to make an adjustment on the receipt. MIND YOU from my perspective, I was already telling my wife 'let this be'. Well the girl on the other end heard that and even though she is a customer service representative she decided to hang the phone up before my wife did. I slept in the dog house that night paying 400 dollars for 80-120 dollars worth of sushi. If you want sushi, go somewhere else. If you want to maintain a reasonable relationship with your wife, go somewhere else. The food is mediocre. The pop-up was located in the back of 10th Mountain Whisky and Spirit Company (a bar) which was a bit confusing to get to not being familiar with the area. My mom was not familiar with how pop-ups worked so the process was unfamiliar for her but Mick explained how it operated as a walk up counter to take food to-go or eat it in the bar lounge. They were very delicious with a spicy flavor filled with glass noodles and soy sauce! My mom and I also shared the Classic Duo which are a Pork and BBQ Pork Bao, which was my favorite. The meal also came with cucumbers, carrots, and chili oil to dip, which the freshness really balanced the savory taste of the bao's. The bao's are reasonably sized and were very filling. Because we came towards the end of their pop-up, Mick kindly offered us their Beef Bao's at a 25% discount -- we got 2!
