I'm pho-reaking out that Vegas might actually have some good Vietnamese soup. But it's actually in Henderson?! Pho 95 appears to be a chain that started in Colorado and recently expanded to a quiet Henderson plaza. You'll find it south of Sunset Station at the southeast corner of Warm Springs and Julia, and it shares a building with The Great Greek. Noticing that customizable pho kinda charges per meat, I went for the Pho Dac Biet ($18.95). The bowl came out very quickly, which was a great sign. The broth was hot but not inedibly so. Flavorwise, it's a bit on the subtle side but is tasty enough, but don't add too much lime or you might actually make it worse overall. Squeeze that into the free glass of water for a palate cleanser instead. The meat selection was all the usual ones aside from meatball, which is not one of my faves anyway. They are mostly really flavorful and tender aside from tripe (naturally) and the rare steak (a couple too-chewy pieces). They're also cut to an appropriate size for one mouthful w/ noodles or smaller, which I can't believe I have to say after seeing some lazy kitchenwork from other places around town. Portion-wise, it strikes me as a little larger than a typical "medium" size, which is all anybody ever serves around the Vegas area. One of the more promising things to kick off the experience was the plentiful accoutrements, including fresh basil and two juicy wedges of lime. The fresh upholstery, beautiful mural, and more contemporary music (EDM influences and one actual Eminem track) were all very welcoming too. Note that service is very typical of a Vietnamese restaurant, so they'll offer you to seat yourself when you get in. Also, when you're done, you'll want to walk up to the register to settle your bill. Drive, don't run, to California to satisfy your pho craving... but if that's too far, then Pho 95 might just be the best you can get in the Vegas valley.

I ordered the crab wontons and Kobe Pho , the Pho bowl is a huge. You'll definitely be satisfied with the serving. Great service, easy to order and clean environment.

We both ordered the Pho Tai (rare steak pho).

My boyfriend and I are big pho lovers and when we passed this places we knew we had to stop by. It was very clean and fresh inside. They played good music and it was a vibe. Our server was very nice and polite. He did take long to get back to our table but we didn't need much so it was okay. He was lovely and packed up our soup to go since it was so much food. The pho was delicious (8/10!!) the flavor was there and the soup was hot. I'm a spring rolls girly however I always order the pork and shrimp and this time I ordered the beef spring rolls...not my favorite I felt there was not much in the spring rolls besides lettuce and the beef but it was still satisfying! Peanut sauce is always good and theirs was perfect! I would definitely come again!

Welcome to Henderson Pho 95 team! I've been waiting for this location to open since seeing the sign posted! I'm so glad we have this restaurant apart of the Henderson community! I got to stop by and check out the location a few short weeks ago needing a good bowl of pho to cure my cold. I liked to think I chose the perfect spot. The pho broth is so damn good. You get more than enough toppings, sauce , and meat for just the right serving. I got the oxtail and brisket and I was pleased. My oxtail could've been a little more tender but still lots of meat. During my visit I got to chat with the owner Ms.Kim who shared her story of becoming a business owner and her prep to ensure this location was open founded on love, family, and quality service. She also reminded me of the grand opening happening the first weekend in March. Kim was so sweet and welcoming and a hardware. She was able to continue helping with the orders/ service while giving me a little of her time. I did take my pho home but it was just as good served hot in restaurant. Now I did return for a second time bringing a friend. I got the pork chop this time! Omg it was so good, juicy, the sauce/ glaze wasn't too sweet and because I gave up rice for a bit the paired veggies went great with my meal. You can always count on this spot to be family driven as the atmosphere is very chill, welcoming and it's not too busy. You can come eat, catch a sports game, and relax. If you haven't been I suggest you stop by and try before the rest of the city finds this hidden gem! Thanks pho 95 team!

I got the Com Bo Kho and it was delicious! Service was great and we got our food quick.

New pho restaurant! Waited at the counter for my order and they even gave me water while I waited. My order came out in less than 10minutes.

Pho restaurant is new, spacious and all the staff is friendly and attentive to everyone walking in to the restaurant. I ordered take out, chicken pho and pork & shrimp fresh spring rolls. They gave me water while I waited at the counter for my order. Order came out in less than 10 minutes. Pho was still hot when I got home, spring rolls were fresh and both delicious! Definitely going to be on my go to places for lunch or dinner! I can't wait to try other items on the menu!

The absolute best pho in town! They've only been open three days and are already off to an impressive start. While they're still working through a few opening kinks (totally expected), the food and service were outstanding and the overall experience was fantastic. I love this modern little Vietnamese spot -- everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully updated. We've really been missing a great pho place nearby, so we were thrilled to see this one open up. We'll definitely be back and can't wait to try more of the menu!

This place rocks! My wife had chicken pho in a spicy lemongrass broth, and I had the tofu sautéed in lemongrass and chili sauce. She also had shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce. Everything we had was phenomenal, unique, and surprising in the best way. Our server was super nice and had great vibes and conversation about food. The music playing was circa 90's-00's, which was awesome for those of us who grew up with that music during those times. The restaurant is clean, we were warmly greeted, and well taken care of throughout our meal. There were so many great options on the menu, we will definitely be back to try other stuff!

Grilled pork vermicelli bowl, added a fried egg. Very good!
    Kristi S.

I thought it was an 'order at the counter' type place but we were seated at a booth and handed waters and menus right away. Food was fantastic. I had the grill pork vermicelli bowl. It was a ton of food. Service was really great. The waiter even packed up my leftovers in a box and bag. 100% will return.

Family owned business, customer service and table side manner is great! Food was good and plentiful, generous portions, quality was also good.

After this last visit, I don't think I'll be back unfortunately. I ordered a pho with meatballs without onions and my bf ordered a chicken noodles dry with no chives which comes with a side of chicken broth. The chicken broth was flavorful and my bowl of pho was decent. As my bf started eating his food, he pulls out a piece of hair that was in his food. He let one of the employees know and they told him that they'll make another one for him. They come out again with the new dish and it this time, it had chives in it. At this point, my bf lost his appetite already and we were ready to leave. Service was lacking. You need to flag someone down to help you or refill your drinks. It wasn't busy when we were there. There was one other table and our waters weren't refilled and we weren't asked about how's the food or how we were doing. It was a letdown since I really wanted to like it and it was close by the neighborhood. But from our experience with the food and lack of service, we will head somewhere else.

The workers are so sweet and were very attentive the whole time, and the food arrived super quick! Beef was also tender! Be weary of the spice levels, I got a 3 and immediately wished I got a 2; they let you know that they get their chilis from Thailand so there's a bit more kick to them. Grapefruit Crispy Prawn Salad - My honey and I were pleasantly surprised at how good this salad was. The dressing was sweet, savory, and had some fish sauce in it for that umami. It is located inside the same shopping center as In-n-Out, Goodwill and Grocery Wholesalers on the northeast corner of Serene and Eastern. As such, getting in and out of the shopping center can be challenging, depending on the time of the day. One thing I particularly appreciate is how friendly all their staff is and how clean they keep the restaurant. They have a wide variety of tasty dishes on their menu. Although I have not had their pho, it seemed all the other tables around us were enjoying it. I am not a big pho fan, especially when it is hot outside...so I stuck with rice dishes. Wife and I started with the fried egg rolls. The wrapper was perfectly delicate and light and they were not greasy. A great way to start dinner. Wife chose to have the shaken beef (cubed tenderloin), which included generous amounts of thinly cut onions and tomatoes. It was cooked very nicely and with the veggies, rice was not really needed. It's a great meal for someone looking for a meal with less carbs. For my meal, I chose the grilled pork and bean curd skin with shrimp. It came with a nice portion of broken rice and some pickled veggies which went well with the proteins. The pork was tender and flavorful. I absolutely loved the crispy tofu skin with shrimp! The appetizer and main dishes were very, very good. Pho Hong is a great place to get your Asian food fix in Henderson!
