Finally a pho place close by! My coworker first recommended we order lunch from this place so we Togo-ed. Of course pho Togo is not the best but it was still delicious! When my parents were visiting from out of town I brought them here for their meal before their drive back to LA. I have to tell you, it's yummy! The soup is clean, but packed with flavor, the eggrolls were crispy-- although I have to say $15 for eggrolls are a little steep haha The spring rolls were fresh and soft, I get really sad when pho places serve really hard, dried spring rolls. My mom LOVES pho, she doesn't like cilantro but she'll endure it if she has to hahaha Moving from a very Asian dense area to almost non-existent, I miss the abundance of Asian food the most and this place opening down the street is a blessing! I'd still order the $15 egg rolls again because it was freaking delicious! There isn't much to say about the ambiance, it's clean, it's fairly large with spread out seating. There are couple booths from what I remember. Service was good, they are busy but they try their best to be attentive. One of the serve saw that my mom and I were sharing a pho and brought us bowls and I thought that was sweet, attention to detail!

This was my first time visiting Pho 95 on Warm Springs, and I was very impressed! From the delicious food and friendly service to the cleanliness of the restaurant, everything was excellent. I ordered the Grilled Beef Bowl with grilled marinated beef, their special house sauce, vermicelli rice noodles, cucumber, carrots, bean sprouts, chopped peanuts and fresh mint. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The hot sauce provided on the table was especially good--deliciously spicy without being too hot! And the portion was very large - enough for a second meal with leftovers. The restaurant has several TVs, and the atmosphere is very inviting and welcoming. I also really appreciated having all the condiments readily available on the table. It's conveniently located near my work, making it a great lunch option. I'll definitely be back soon and look forward to trying more of their menu. I highly recommend Pho 95! Great food, great service, and a clean, welcoming restaurant. (Photo of my meal included!)

I'm pho-reaking out that Vegas might actually have some good Vietnamese soup. But it's actually in Henderson?! Pho 95 appears to be a chain that started in Colorado and recently expanded to a quiet Henderson plaza. You'll find it south of Sunset Station at the southeast corner of Warm Springs and Julia, and it shares a building with The Great Greek. Noticing that customizable pho kinda charges per meat, I went for the Pho Dac Biet ($18.95). The bowl came out very quickly, which was a great sign. The broth was hot but not inedibly so. Flavorwise, it's a bit on the subtle side but is tasty enough, but don't add too much lime or you might actually make it worse overall. Squeeze that into the free glass of water for a palate cleanser instead. The meat selection was all the usual ones aside from meatball, which is not one of my faves anyway. They are mostly really flavorful and tender aside from tripe (naturally) and the rare steak (a couple too-chewy pieces). They're also cut to an appropriate size for one mouthful w/ noodles or smaller, which I can't believe I have to say after seeing some lazy kitchenwork from other places around town. Portion-wise, it strikes me as a little larger than a typical "medium" size, which is all anybody ever serves around the Vegas area. One of the more promising things to kick off the experience was the plentiful accoutrements, including fresh basil and two juicy wedges of lime. The fresh upholstery, beautiful mural, and more contemporary music (EDM influences and one actual Eminem track) were all very welcoming too. Note that service is very typical of a Vietnamese restaurant, so they'll offer you to seat yourself when you get in. Also, when you're done, you'll want to walk up to the register to settle your bill. Drive, don't run, to California to satisfy your pho craving... but if that's too far, then Pho 95 might just be the best you can get in the Vegas valley.

This was our first time here. The combination pho was yummy. The portion size of the noodles and meat were giant in my option. The broth flavoring was mild yet nice. I loved the giant mural on the wall. The service was excellent.

OMG 10/10. I can be picky when it comes to Vietnamese food but this newly opened restaurant knows what they're doing! The food was made to order, hot and fresh. Service quick and attentive. Ambiance was modern and even had a patio in the front! DO NOT skip the Thai tea, had it for my first time ever and it was amazing. All the food we ate was amazing, broth on the pho and flavor of the crispy noodles was awesome. Can't wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I are big pho lovers and when we passed this places we knew we had to stop by. It was very clean and fresh inside. They played good music and it was a vibe. Our server was very nice and polite. He did take long to get back to our table but we didn't need much so it was okay. He was lovely and packed up our soup to go since it was so much food. The pho was delicious (8/10!!) the flavor was there and the soup was hot. I'm a spring rolls girly however I always order the pork and shrimp and this time I ordered the beef spring rolls...not my favorite I felt there was not much in the spring rolls besides lettuce and the beef but it was still satisfying! Peanut sauce is always good and theirs was perfect! I would definitely come again!

Welcome to Henderson Pho 95 team! I've been waiting for this location to open since seeing the sign posted! I'm so glad we have this restaurant apart of the Henderson community! I got to stop by and check out the location a few short weeks ago needing a good bowl of pho to cure my cold. I liked to think I chose the perfect spot. The pho broth is so damn good. You get more than enough toppings, sauce , and meat for just the right serving. I got the oxtail and brisket and I was pleased. My oxtail could've been a little more tender but still lots of meat. During my visit I got to chat with the owner Ms.Kim who shared her story of becoming a business owner and her prep to ensure this location was open founded on love, family, and quality service. She also reminded me of the grand opening happening the first weekend in March. Kim was so sweet and welcoming and a hardware. She was able to continue helping with the orders/ service while giving me a little of her time. I did take my pho home but it was just as good served hot in restaurant. Now I did return for a second time bringing a friend. I got the pork chop this time! Omg it was so good, juicy, the sauce/ glaze wasn't too sweet and because I gave up rice for a bit the paired veggies went great with my meal. You can always count on this spot to be family driven as the atmosphere is very chill, welcoming and it's not too busy. You can come eat, catch a sports game, and relax. If you haven't been I suggest you stop by and try before the rest of the city finds this hidden gem! Thanks pho 95 team!

For the price this tasted amazing. I loved the way the broth tasted. As soon as we came in we were immediately welcomed and sat down immediately, they are very attentive and even offered to cut our sandwich for us. The absolute best pho in town! They've only been open three days and are already off to an impressive start. While they're still working through a few opening kinks (totally expected), the food and service were outstanding and the overall experience was fantastic. I love this modern little Vietnamese spot -- everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully updated. We've really been missing a great pho place nearby, so we were thrilled to see this one open up. This place was a pleasant surprise. We intended to dine at the Greek restaurant next door but saw this new pho spot in the area and had to check it out! We got the egg rolls and I got that vermicelli with grilled pork, shrimp, and egg rolls and it was pretty solid with a great portion and nice presentation. The meal hit the spot for our Viet fix since it's not far from the house and we don't have to trek to Chinatown which is super convenient! I also ordered the matcha blended with boba that was delicious. Service was efficient and bathroom was clean. Overall good experience. read more

Well there were high hopes. The spring rolls were massive. But after that things went downhill pretty quick. Shishito peppers were ok, the grilled tofu well it maybe was grilled but the peppers were not. The beef and egg roll noodles were ok. The egg roll did not seem to be a traditional wrapper but that's ok. Service was good and the set up is nice inside. It was good to try but we will probably not be back. We really wanted to try this place! We called to place a phone order for Banh Mi sandwiches at 11am and was informed that they did not receive bread delivery for that day! So, we call today to make sure they had the bread for Banh Mi! So we ordered 5 chicken sandwiches And spring rolls! The bread was toasted nicely, the pickled veggies seasoned well, not enough daikon! My girlfriend and I love pho! So we decided to give this place a try. Greeted with a warm welcome , the place was very relaxed, clean and the playlist was a vibe. upon placing our order we were very accommodated with what we were presented with plus they were super generous with the amount of food they gave us! First time visit wife and I. We were driving back home from Costco and saw Pho 95, had lunch and everything was fabulous. There were 3 employees and they all were very professional and our Waiter was also a fun guy to talk to. Food and Service was Outstanding and the environment was very clean. Amazing service. Delicious and hot pho. I came about an hour before closing and yet I didn't feel rushed or bothered. There were a few people dining at the same time as well so the restaurant had a vibrant fun feeling. The music was fun too. I was dining solo so I pulled out my headphones to watch something on my phone. Still, the servers came to check on me without disrupting me. My water was always full. The second I stopped eating and pushed my food to the side the server came to clear the table and drop the check. It was very smooth and I didn't have to wait at all for anyone! So yummy, and I'm so happy there's a pho spot just 5 mins away from me! read more

This is a very cozzy and homey place. One of the better pho places in town. The pho was full a flavor and everything is fresh. The meat is super tasty and plentiful. it was overpriced and especially for what you get. The food was not good and the portions were very small. the descriptions of the food aren't that clear and two people in my group ordered rice noodle bowls thinking it was pho bowls but it was a no taste cold noodle with a couple pieces of meat on it. the shrimp and rice plate for $18.95 was just 6 burnt pieces of shrimp and a very small white rice cup and a couple pieces of vegetable which we thought was supposed to be a salad . waste of money and we were all hungry after. read more

I was really happy to get a Vietnamese restaurant (grill, really) near me. I ordered my favorite, vermicelli noodles with grilled pork and egg rolls. The noodles were good and there were more of them than veggies (by comparison to other places). But the flavor of the egg rolls was off. They were inedible. So happy to have a new pho spot in Hendertucky! No more going to Horizon ridge, St Rose or Eastern. Food was delicious. I do wish they made the shrimp patty roll that Pho king makes (iykyk) however the crab wontons here were amazing. The pho was very flavorful and hot. The entire was staff was welcoming and it was such a good refreshing vibe. This will definitely be our go to pho spot! read more

I've waited so long to say: oooh, my!…read more Umai Ramen is a Henderson spot that surprisingly dates to pre-pandemic times. Located somewhere in a sprawling Stephanie plaza between Ross and Hobby Lobby, it's somehow managed to survive despite being on hardly anyone's radar. Initially, I had eyes on a salmon app, but I eventually read enough of the menu to notice the Orange Salmon ($13.99), apparently classified as a no-rice roll or something. This is indeed a rendition of a certain famous "new" sashimi-style dish with salmon slices paired with orange slices and an umami dressing. It doesn't super evoke the awe and nostalgia of the original version I had, maybe lacking some orange punch and also using larger but lower quality salmon sashimi cuts. Fortunately, the presence of all the sauces, orange wedges, and microgreens bestows enough flavor to cover for that issue. I also found a more interesting option than a hot bowl of soup in their menu. The Black Garlic Mazemen ($14.99) is a sauced bowl of kale noodles (yep, they're green) with spicy ground pork, chashu, and some sort of mixed greens. It is served hot, so it isn't as much of a relief during the summer, but you can mostly handle it without a spoon. The noodles are coated with that luscious, perhaps under-described sauce that didn't really speak "yuzu" to me. The ground pork doesn't make the whole thing too spicy, and the thin chashu slices are nicely caramelized and tender. I was quite happy with the dish and would order it again as soon as tomorrow. Umai Ramen is really a hidden gem. I can't speak for their regular ramen menu, but I had some very nice dishes here tonight and suggest that anyone else in Henderson who's overlooked them make a stop for either lunch or dinner.

But it is responsible for managing its space and paying attention when a customer is being harassed or assaulted directly in front of staff. Please improve how you manage the pickup/line area and train employees to recognize when something is clearly wrong. If you see two men unnecessarily crowding a woman who is by herself while she is loudly confronting them, take 30 seconds to ask, "Are you okay?" I shouldn't have been sexually assaulted while picking up lunch and then left feeling as though nobody in the room cared enough to even ask what happened.

I give it a 4 out of 5 because it's new and really no other pho options near it. Their menu is not yet finalized and I see a lot of stuff on there that I wouldn't care for when going to a pho restaurant. Feel like they need to narrow it down and focus on the Vietnamese and pho dishes. We don't go to a pho restaurant to get Chinese food. Also the condiments at the table at lacking.
